Came in Friday afternoon. Got greeted with a hello. The two guys was in the back room. One guy came out and saw that we were Asian and black. (Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I'm sure it did) He's whole attitude changed!! Didn't want to help us. Told us whatever we have on the floor that's it. Nothing else is in the back. As he was walking way. We was like Huh? Ok.. We walked around and finally saw it after 10 minutes BUT there was only ONE BOTTLE. Wried but ok.. We were looking for specific bottle of liquor. CALLED AND LOOKED on OLCC website and say the store has six bottles. We drove an hour each way after we called. Got to the store only to be told we can only buy one per party! Not per person! And the bottle was less than $40. It was not like we're gonna buy the whole thing!! We only wanted two bottles. Never again. read more

I called ahead to ask about a specific bottle that has been harder to track down. I spoke with a very nice lady who looked up in her system and said the bottle was in fact available. I stopped in about 15 min later. The lady I spoke with on the phone asked me if it was me who just called. She explained that her system says she had the bottle but she was having trouble locating it. This particular bottle doesn't have a designated shelf space because it's so limited. She spent about 15 min and found the bottle. We chatted a bit about other various releases. Service was over the top and very helpful. I was a regular customer here until my last two visits, both times the owner had a negative attitude that was completely unjustified. They keep nicer bottles next to the counter, and I took one off the shelf and took a quick lap around the store to see if there was anything else I wanted. When I got to the counter, I was scolded for taking the nice bottle around the store. I was supposed to hand it straight to the cashier, despite no sign informing me of the policy. Today, I went in and tried to hand a bottle from the nicer shelf straight to the cashier. The owner, Preet, gave me grief for trying to purchase a 'one per customer' bottle....despite the fact that it had been a week since my last purchase and it was a completely different bottle than what I had purchased the previous week. I should not have to argue with the owner of a liquor store for them to take my money. I'm done with this store, which is unfortunate. They are close to my work and home and they used to have great service. But for some reason, in the last few months, I've found the owner to be quite rude and unwilling to provide decent customer service. I'll be spending my money elsewhere. Also worth mentioning that they hold out allocated bottles for positive yelp and google reviews. I was explicitly told....we'll give you this bottle if you leave us a good review. read more

Oh god. If you're a younger female, please make sure you go in here with a guy. NEVER ALONE. My roomates came here a few weeks before us and came back disgusted with the unprofessional way they were touched in the store and hit on by employees. Didn't know it was the same lIquor store on New Years but I went in with one of my girl friends. Immediately one of the guys was asking us to follow their shop Instagram, touching our lower backs and arms. He grabbed my friends arm really hard and kept whispering in our ears to follow their Instagram and what our plans were and touching our necks. It was SO uncomfortable and SO not okay. Over priced.... Local bottles are priced 50% higher. There were actually no prices visible and it was clear they charged what they thought they could get away with. Definitely took advantage of me, and most likely take advantage of others that are traveling. Great shop for picking up a bottle of whatever you're interested in. They have a great variety of liquors. We mainly looked at scotch, Irish whisky, and bourbons and they have a nice selection. The price points go from cheap to very high end, so whatever your wallet is able to buy you, you can likely find something here you'll be happy with. They also have tastings. When we came in they were doing a vodka tasting. I'm not a vodka drinker, but it was fun tasting something new and a surprisingly good line of vodka! Check out Nebula 9 if you're curious about what we tried. Conveniently located by the Pizza Schmitza and across the street from Albertsons. I went in to find a specific bottle and the lady behind the counter was very helpful in trying to see if they had it. Unfortunately she couldn't find what I was looking for but told me to call and check the next day. She also took down my name so whoever was there would know what I was looking for. I called the next day and the person working couldn't find it while I was on the phone but took my number and said he would call me back if he found it. 30 minutes later and I got a phone call letting me know they had my bottle on hold for me. This place is amazing. This is one of the best set up liquor stores I've been in. First thing you notice the store is very clean and welcoming. Next isles are wide enough that you don't feel like your going to knock bottles off the shelves. The staff is extremely helpful, nice, and friendly. They also have a small but decent walkin cooler! The WORST customer service I've EVER experienced. Employee was rude and yes, I felt racist, just like another reviewer noted. Was told I could only buy one bottle of the particular liquor but there was no sign to that effect. When I questioned him about the lack of signage he said something under his breath.
