As I was leaving, the same employee opened the door again just to say he wouldn't serve me anyway because I was "drunk" and mentioned how I pulled up on the curb. I wasn't drunk--I was just in a hurry since I live a couple minutes away. I'm a regular customer, so the whole interaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful. The managers walked around as if nothing was wrong, even though multiple tables--including ours--were visibly frustrated. We kept looking around in disbelief at how poor the service was and couldn't understand why no one stepped in to help. Here are just a few of the issues we experienced: #1 We weren't given enough silverware. #2 We didn't receive plates for our appetizers. #3 We were charged for a basket of tater tots that we were told would be "on the house" because of the long wait. #4 Our sweet potato fries were forgotten, but we were still charged for them. At that point, we just wanted to leave. #5 Our server disappeared for 20 minutes at a time and rarely checked on us. #6 Several other customers around us also appeared frustrated with the service. #7 Our waters and Sprites were mixed up. #8 Our food orders were delivered to the wrong people.
