Oldie but goodie wing spot on the south side! Corner Cafe has been around as long as I can remember. It's located in Union City, GA and dates back to my Shannon Mall days... Let me say that if you're looking for an upscale sports bar, this "ain't" it. But if you're looking for some more than solid wings and all around good food, this "is" it! Be sure to come with patience because the service can sometimes be spotty. Just order some food and sit down...lol. Whenever I'm in the area this is my go to spot for food. I stopped by here for wings and I did not like them. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a while prior to being fried. I only stopped by because they were the only place open for me to get food late (9:30 p.m.). They have so much stuff on the menu til I was wondering how all that stuff was fresh. This place is hit or miss it always has a weird smell. I ordered the honey hot wings all flat with shrimp fried rice and was sick the next day. I really hope they aren't serving us spoiled food especially the shrimp. I give two stars for the wings and the bleu cheese which tastes like it may be homemade. I am going to give this place 5 stars for the quality of the food I've received here. The wings are always fresh and the sauces taste homemade, the chicken tenders are good, the fries are crispy never soggy or soft, and the fried shrimp rice I had from them was awesome! I will give the dining area 3 stars due to it feeling a bit old/worn out and the carpet looks like it's 50 years old (yuck). They do serve beer & wine so it's a level above American deli (sorry lol). I haven't tried any other foods but as I broaden my horizon here and it's anything less than 4 stars I will update my yelpers! read more

It good but not super bad. It's a great for quick lunch. They have a mixed menu , which is still priced good.They have alcohol , so that's a plus if that's what you're looking for with lunch. The order took a little longer than expected; tables seated after us were served first. Our server was very nice though. The Corner Cafe appears to be a "Local Diner/Dive" that we stopped at to grab a fast bite before getting back on the road. The whole place is very dated, dim and dingy. Half of the hallway that leads to the restrooms is taken up by storage items. They have a lot of items on their menu and the staff was nice. It's been a year since I've been here and it's pretty much the same. I called to place and order and the phone kept hanging up but they called right back and apologized, I was so shocked but happy. It was late but my order was ready within minutes. As always I asked for fried hard wings (honey mustard) but they weren't so when I got home I popped them in the air fryer. The fries were extremely plain no salt/seasoning but the lemonade was delicious. The service was good and they seem to always be busy. May I will try fried rice with my wings next. read more

A great spot for some awesome wings. Tried the hot wings and lemon pepper. Their fried rice was a great side menu. Wings are average size. Its not like those places that serves those tiny wings. They have plenty of meat on them. They have a nice selection of beers and it has a fairly large crowd on the weekends. All I know, i walked out happy and full. Gotta Go back soon. read more

The food isn't all that great along with the customer service. The waiter dropped the food to use and never came back to check on us. So my partner ate through his meal by the time she came back to see how we liked the food, which the fried shrimp was distasteful. Moral of the story I never got a meal. I wanted to give this place less than a 5 but for what it's worth the food was great. I had wings and fries very simple but it was great. The Bleu cheese was quality with chunks of cheese and the lemonade tasted of fresh squeeze unlike that other stuff. I will come back definitely. read more
