One of my husband's buddies raves about this place, so we decided we give it a try. First off the parking lot is really tight. Upon walking in we were greeted and it took us a while to decide what we wanted because everything on the menu looked very enticing. We went with Beef Sausage Combo with Mac n Cheese and Collard Greens, Brisket Dinner with Fries and Collard Greens, Pick 2 with Ribs, Chicken, Baked Beans and Potato Salad. I gave it a rating of 9/10 while my husband rated it a 7/10. The Collard Greens were very good. The Mac n Cheese was excellent. I like the seasonings and the shells that they used. The Baked Beans were good even though they didn't have any ground beef in them. I was skeptical at first because most beans like that are light and airy, if that makes sense. These beans were thick and filling. The Potato Salad was eatable. The Fries weren't that good to me. Maybe if I had eaten then as soon as I got back in the vehicle, but the 15 minute drive home they weren't that good. The Beef Sausage dog was good and I made it even better by adding some Baked Beans on it. The Brisket was good, but it was cut a little too thick for my liking. The Chicken was good as well. Found this spot on social media and decided to give it a try! First things first, the woman at the front was VERY sweet and welcoming. Juices: 10/10 -- only $5 each with multiple flavors! I grabbed THREE Definitely recommend! Food: 5/10 -- I tried the ribs (to must fat) chicken (was good, a little dry) mac & cheese (very good!) , & beans. It was okay! The food was so good, well seasoned, the cornbread was absolutely delicious. I had the fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, and collard greens. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. It is to go only. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I was impressed by how the woman behind the register was able to manage the line of customers as well as answer the phone. It was clean inside and out, I was a bit skeptical about going inside because I parked near the gas station, but it was the best decision I could've ever made. Traveling from Cali on my 6 day vacation here, i was craving bbq so i decided to do my research on where to patronage. Everything I had was great! They have huge portions and the prices are very reasonable! First off, the customer service was over the top. I was warmly welcomed in by a very beautiful and delightfully charming hostess/cashier, so i felt right at home. The place is clean and well organized which is a big plus for me. I'm in the hospitaluty industry and I'm also a classically trained chef and a Grill Master, so I pay attenrion and notice everything about an eatery and that made a huge difference for me. Customer survice is extremely important to me especiallywhen it comes to serving food. Now, the rib tips are excellent and you really don't need the sauce, but the sauce is good. I believe they have at least 3 flavors, but i only choose the sweet one. The tips are very young and tender cuts of pork, not overly sized or dry and are smoked to perfection. The Mac & cheese is delicious and the pasta shells are perfectly textured, not overcooked and seasoned with a good balance of cheeses. The beans are good and the potato salad is good as well. The collard greens are very tender with cabbage added, not overloaded with stems like some places have and they were also seasoned just right so they came out great. The peach cobbler is also delicious! The crust is absolutely phenomenal with the perfect texture and balance of sweetness so you can actually taste the peaches not just sugar. I met one of the owners outside and we had a very pleasant chat and he ended up giving me a large one instead of the small one that I ordered, which was greatly appreciated. It's really good and I enjoyed it. This is a must go to place if you want great food and I will definitely be back. I checked Google for nearby bbq spots in Fairburn and from what i researched this is the only place to go to, so I have definitely found my place here. I've experienced a lot of different bbq spots living in LA and Vegas over the past 4 decades and this is how real bbq should be done, hands down, so don't sleep. read more

She goes above and beyond to ensure that each and every customer has a positive experience. On my most recent visit, I ordered the loaded fries with brisket and the melt in your mouth corn bread, which both were absolutely AMAZING! The food was so GOOD that I found myself coming back just 5 days later to try more items on the menu. I was able to order over the phone, the lady was very helpful and understanding when I became undecided about my sides. On certain days they don't have some of the sides. I tried Truckings BBQ with my family recently and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. We ordered 2 rib plates, 2 whole wing meals with fries for the kids and a fried turkey rib plates. For sides we had Mac and cheese, collard greens, and potato salad. The lady who took our order was very nice and friendly. She told us about some of the specials they have such as smoked wings on Wednesday and smoked oxtails on Saturdays. It is take out only so we ate some of our food in the car before heading home. We'll definitely be returning. There was a steady flow of people into the restaurant so hopefully they are thinking about expanding to a larger location with seating inside. read more

I always go for the turkey ribs they are addictive and so tasty fried on the outside but tender juicy on the inside. The chicken is good and I hear the ribs are good too but I don't eat pork. I haven't had the sausage but will get it next time. Brisket is tender flavorful and plentiful- a rarity in ATL GA. It's not in ATL but worth the drive. This BBQ is cheap quality! It's full of fat with no meat. I sent someone for a sandwich. I received 3 bones and 2 slices of bread for $13. I took it back to show them that I was served 80% fat.
