Get home and unbag it and it still has all the stains, smell and feel to it. Have had it dry cleaned before at previous business' so i know it was untouched. yes i understand i should have checked it when it came back but that is still incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. don't recommend this business at all

The owner zack stated that he would make it right by giving me a credit. The credit was not able to be used by my mom when picking something up although he told me she could use it on the phone when he gave me the credit. My mom's pieces were also not altered correctly, but she knew to not send them back to the same person twice after they had already butchered mine 4 to 5 times. Ultimately my skirt still has chunks of hard super glue and stitching that looks like my dog did it.

I changed Departments 3 years ago and recently went back into uniform so I returned to this cleaner. I found that the business has been sold and the new owner is having a problem finding good help. The place is under staffed and after having my uniforms for 5-6 days I often arrive to find they still are not done. On 3 occasions the worker who waited on me said I would have to come back as he had no idea where my uniforms were. The owner who works the counter was out and he was only "doing the boss a favor" by waiting on me. He was openly angry at having to wait on me and told me so.
