I changed Departments 3 years ago and recently went back into uniform so I returned to this cleaner. I found that the business has been sold and the new owner is having a problem finding good help. The place is under staffed and after having my uniforms for 5-6 days I often arrive to find they still are not done. On 3 occasions the worker who waited on me said I would have to come back as he had no idea where my uniforms were. The owner who works the counter was out and he was only "doing the boss a favor" by waiting on me. He was openly angry at having to wait on me and told me so. When I told him I wasn't leaving without my clothes he told me to "Get the F-out". Nice customer service!

When asked about the damage over the phone he became belligerent and hung up the phone. Then immediately called the laundry store, i was still standing there, and the Owner even told him he needs to make this right. He stated he would meet me Thursday at the laundry to discuss. he was there and never called. I had to leave town and now home he is denying again responsibility. I have bought a replacement blanket and the company verified for me that my blanket was heated even though it stated not to do so.The blanket is a very expensive faux fur long hair blanket, it is not shriveled up and he wont meet to discuss the damage. He just keeps texting he did nothing wrong and if I tell him he did wrong he for sure wont agree. This is the epitome of bad business behavior. And he is hiding behind text. I unfortunately have very little options in this town and he supposedly owns three of the business. Frustrating to say the least!!!!!!! I will not take this post down until he makes it right.
