Finally, the younger guy came over to ask us if we wanted menus. Then the female yells..."I've got it"and came over to ask for our drink orders. Our drinks came out and she walked off. We waited a bit for her to come back and take our orders. After at least a 20 minute wait, our food was brought to the table by a different female from the back. It was warm but not hot. The hamburgers are made from frozen pressed burgers. My husband asked for his medium rare and it was well done. The fries were good, so one star for that. My husband enjoyed his beer, another star. Zero stars for the service which was some of the worst we've ever had. This place was pretty empty on a Saturday night during dinner service. I guess we should have taken that as a sign. They are really missing the opportunity to provide great food and customer service. We won't be returning.
