Just information that this is not fast food. It may take 20-25 minutes for your order, but you can taste the difference in the quality. My party of 3 had different selections, I had the cheeseburger and fries, my wife chose chicken strips and fries, my mother chose a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were all very hot and the cheeseburger I had was an inch thick patty but it was perfectly cooked thru and thru. Very good seasoning and taste. Our 3 baskets included fries and a drink. The fries are breaded and taste great. I will tell you that each basket was $12-$15 each. Again this is more expensive than some places but I think it is worth it. Everyone enjoyed the meal, and it was a great experience. I hope they have good business and will be open for years to come for my frequent visits to Greenville.

We haven't been inside to see the seating arrangement however, we called ahead and placed the order and paid over the phone. The salads were LOADED with chicken, burgers were dressed, and corn nuggets were sweet and great. They even gave us extra condiments as we requested and napkins. Half of the fast food restaurants these days don't even get the order right, nor do they give napkins. This is a really good local restaurant that I have zero negative things to say about. We enjoy supporting local businesses and you will not be hungry after finishing your meal. They don't short you on anything. The food is filling and doesn't seem as processed and chalked full of chemicals like most of the fast food restaurants that run the monopoly's that they have. Sometimes it can be hard to find a good local restaurant but that is not the case with Burger Shack. The convenience of the drive through is great especially when you have multiple kids and don't want to get out to run in to pay/pick up your order. I'm sure we will be back relatively soon.
