Inconsistent Cancellation Policy : Patients are charged a penalty fee for same day appointment cancellations. The clinic cancelled with no compensation, alternative offered. Our re schedule is 2 months from date was cancelled. Unprofessional Response : We received NO APPOLOGY from the nurse/MA, either in the voicemail or in person. The interaction lacked accountability. Significant Scheduling Impact : As a result of this cancellation, my father's next available appointment was rescheduled two months later, requiring ADDITIONAL time off work. Management should review same-day cancellations to ensure patient respect and courtesy.
