My past experiences with Cornhusker have been positive. The cashier is quite personable. Last year I had a complete detail and Sean did an outstanding job. I feel compelled to write this review because the customer service today was unacceptable. I stopped by this morning for a hand wash. I was told the price $55. It is the most I have ever been charged for a hand wash but, based upon my past experiences, I paid. After a reasonable wait, I was told my car was ready. I walked to my car and immediately noticed it had dry water stains. It was also covered with cotton from the towels used to dry the car. The wheels were also dirty. The lower part of the car had not been cleaned. The driver's seat had also not been cleaned and properly vacuumed. I complained to the attendant. His explanations were unacceptable. The store manager and Sean came and apologized and I received a partial credit. I spent 15-20 minutes cleaning my car. Even with the credit, I think it's important to write this review so that Cornhusker Auto purchases new and different towels. I also encourage the appointment of a quality control person to review newly washed cars. read more

My daughter had gotten sick in my SUV and I tried to get it clean myself but with no luck, a friend of mine recommended Cornhusker Auto wash and I'm so glad that I went to them. Not only did they get all the stains out but they said if any bad smells came back to bring it back in and they would clean it again at no charge. They are Awesome! read more

The only place I know my Jeep gets clean every time. They take the time to get rid of bugs on the hood and to dry the entire vehicle by hand. Now that they have monthly plans I will be there even more often. Highly recommended. read more

Well another winter is hopefully gone. Now to get the vehicles cleaned. Only one place in the area that truly gets the job done. The Fox family has done this for years and has the crew and knowledge to get vehicles sparkling. I normally get the 55.00 package because you can normally get exactly what is need interior wise. Have had the full detail package and my car has never looked better. They haves drop off service should you need to be elsewhere while they are cleaning your vehicle. I tried the oil service too. The guys on that side do a super job too. And if there should be an issue, they will come to you and explain the situation. Not too many places that have that type of integrity. I figure over the past several years I have brought both of my vehicles in and the Fox Family has taken care of my vehicles. Just wish the Shell station and Cornhusker would make some arrangement as to purchase your wash at the pump. Just to have the express wash added would save a little time. I come to get my oil changed at the Corn Husker Express Lube which is attached to the car wash. GREAT customer service on both sides. If you get an oil change you are then given a ticket for a free car wash. I am military but I will keep coming here for my oil changes as long as I am stationed here. read more

I'm from NY and we have a car wash there called Buchmans Carwash. It is full service wash, which also offers detailing inside and out. They pre-spray those hard to get clean areas and everything. I miss that place. I recently moved to NE and discovered Cornhusker Auto Wash and this place reminds me of Buchmans. I am very picky about how my vehicles look after a wash and hands down the only place I have found to ensure a clean car besides doing it myself is Cornhusker Auto Wash!! WOW, I selected this place due to location to my office at Bellevue University. All I wanted was to have my windows tinted on my 2014 Camaro. Shot an email the same day I went to their location to make an appoint. Store manager responded very quickly and they were able to get me in the next day. By early afternoon I got the call to pick her up. WOW that is all I can say. They did an amazing job on the tint and also washed my car too. I had a perfect experience with them. I was extremely disappointed in my service today at Cornhusker Auto Wash. I requested a complete exterior and interior cleaning and shampooing and 3 times they got my request wrong. The 3rd time the manager stated that I only asked for a carpet shampoo when I distincly remember requesting that the upholstery be cleaned. Update: this is a business owner that really cares about his customers and their experience. Changing my review to a 5 because of that. They generally do a decent job cleaning. What gets me is the service and lack of common sense at times. We were asked what scent of air freshener we'd like, so we looked at their list and chose Leather, only to be told they're out of Leather. No problem. We moved on. However, when we walked inside the store area, we saw a box of the Leather air fresheners.... The exact same kind that they put in the cars, and there were plenty in there. We clarified with the girl they have at the front desk and she said, "Air fresheners in this box are for sale. So you have to buy them. The guys that clean your car have their own box to grab from and their box is empty." Okay, but what if you, the business, are saying you're sold out? Shouldn't you make an exception and grab one of these and use it? We're already paying for a $28 car wash. Anyone ever heard of common sense? She just shook her head and went about her business. Always consistent, always excellent ! Sometimes the inside of the windshield could be cleaned a little better during a 'Complete' (i.e. inside and outside of the vehicle) wash, i.e. no 'missed' spots on the inside of the windshield. This place has been a disaster for me so far. I was given a gift card for this place to get a new car tinted. Just to get that done, I've had to bring my car in twice. First time I called a week prior to scheduled my appointment. When I brought the car in, they claimed that they did not have any record of the appointment so no tinters where in. Then told me that I could leave my car there and they would bring in a tinter which would take about two hours to complete. I called 3.5 hours later to find the status which they replied that they couldn't get anyone. When I arrived to pick up my car, the staff and two managers were completely rude about their failings to even write down the appointment and claimed that they attempted to call me. I verified on my phone that no calls where received but the one I called them. They also then tried to place the blame on me by showing me the book where there was no appointment scheduled. They even thought it was funny about the whole situation. No apology was given for this screw up and time wasted util I was pretty much out the door and that was even rude with the manager yelling out sorry that they couldn't get my car tinted that day. While sitting and waiting for them to complete the tinting, another customer came in for a warranty claim on their tint. This person didn't have all their paperwork but a receipt which is understandable except that was all he was given. After he left, the staff we're talking about it behind the counter on how they knew that he wasn't given the warranty information and how mad the people were that bought the tint when they called later. I highly recommend that anyone take their business elsewhere as the staff are incompetent and the managers are rude. If you unfortunately do have to come here, make sure you double check that they schedule your appointment and that you get everything that you need besides a receipt. I will not recommend this place and I will never bring my business back. read more

I stopped taking my SUV to Cornhusker Auto Wash last year due to poor service and rude employees. Decided today to give them another chance. Paid $26.00 for the ultra clean. My floor mats still dirty, they didn't even move the bag in the back to vacuum the carpet, just vacuumed around it. The tire rims were supposed have special cleaning, still dirty. I will just continue to drive out west and use Russell Speeder. Because when you pay for the Ultra Wash you get an Ultra Wash with complete satisfaction. read more

I've been using this car wash since 2010 and have seen a significant slide in the quality of service in the past 5 years. I typically buy the top service which includes inside and outside service. Though this is the best wash my exterior is always dirty, often with a dirt stripe right up the middle of the back of my Jeep. Not sure if its a lack of good equipment or personnel issues, but i don't seem to get what I pay for. I actually get a better wash at the gas station at 36th and 370. I only use Cornhusker when the inside needs to be cleaned, which is another level of dissatisfaction. read more

Shawn, Conrad, Andre, & A.J. DID A GREAT JOB helping me trade-in my old car for a new one. It all starts after I made an appointment with the dealership to negotiate a price on a new car... Eventually I was going to need to remove my after-market remote starter & another device from my old car/trade-in. BUT first I needed to get my trade-in cleaned up for sale. I called the night before and SHAWN squeezed in a LAST MINUTE appointment for removal of the after-market items, which was a tentative appointment (KEEP IN MIND the appointment depended on me scoring the right price on my trade-in). This in itself speaks to the SUPERB customer service of Shawn and his employer! However, the GREAT service doesn't stop there!!! During my wash on my potential trade-in, they took extra time to wash up the interior and the engine PERFECTLY! They also took care to clean TWO sets of mats (one set I was keeping, the other trading-in). And when my EXTREMELY ANALYTICAL DETAILED SELF pointed out some other areas to touch-up - they did so with NO hesitation. Overall, they helped me score a GREAT deal on my trade-in. I needed to have the inside of my car cleaned so I called this place. My first interaction was being put on hold for over 9 minutes. Although I was upset, I decided to hang up and try again. When they answered the second time, I said "I'm trying to schedule an appointment for an interior detail.". The response I received was "Yes. Let's do that!" It made me laugh. She asked if I was the one on hold forever and then apologized multiple times. Her response more than made up for being left on hold. Most importantly, my interior detail turned out fabulous. My car wasn't too bad to begin with but when I picked it up the interior looked better than the day I bought it. I am so happy with the results and don't even want to drive my car because I don't want it to get dirty again. I will definitely use Cornhusker Auto Wash again!! I came here and wanted interior cleaning. You get what you pay for, pretty much. It didn't even look like they cleaned it. They were rude and left my car running the entire time so they wasted a half of tank of gas...thanks a lot. Then when I went in to pay the cashier was flirting with a guy and made me wait. Oh too of that, the guy that "cleaned" my car was rude to me because he was "hot" and I had no air conditioning. 1. Your working and you don't need to be IN my car relaxing while your cleaning it promptly and 2. I was 16 and it was my first car. I don't fill up my gas tank with my part time minimum wage job for you to do a crappy job. Two words overall: never again. read more

I come here quite often, and I'm nearly always pleased with how clean my car comes out, inside and out. The only two reasons I didn't give 5 stars: 1) I've had to go back and get the air fresheners I paid for because they forget to put them on the floors. This has happened on 4 separate occasions, one time being told by the teen at bay 1, "Sorry man, we're just trying to get out of here. We want to go home" and 2) The teens at the starting bays 1-2 seem to openly express their frustration with, say, their job?....I'm not forcing you to work there but I am giving you my hard earned-money in exchange for a service, of which does not include hearing about or clearly seeing how bad of a day you're having or how unhappy you are with your job. Let me start by saying they so a decent job on the exterior. I have been going to this place for 2 years and keep dreaming they will improve. Due to the lack of choices for full service in this area I always go back. They do an absolute terrible job on the interior of the car. They don't even try. I even showed the manager one time how terrible my car looked and he said they only do a quick vacuum on the inside. This plAce blows for interior work.
