I just recently got a used Ford Explorer and bought 4 new tires for it from this Firestone location. I got a call about 2 hours later informing that the spare tire I had to put on the drivers side was a recalled tire about 3 years ago. They told me they were going to replace the tire and give me a matching tire to insure my safety. Had they not double checked my spare tire, I would have never been the wiser. The fact that they did this, and are giving me a free tire makes me feel that as a repeat customer to this location, that I do matter as a customer. I will never go anywhere else to buy tires. Beware! Don't let Horhe take your keys! My wife took our car in and not only did he pay attention to the car having two keys. He doesn't know the difference between a door key or ignition key. They misdiagnosed my car and overcharged me! They were nice and respectful throughout the whole process but I'm insulted that they would insult my intelligence take advantage of customers. They said my alternator was completely shot out and quoted me $1200. I towed it to my dealership and they said my alternator was perfectly fine and if it was messed up they would've quoted me $700. read more

Rude, Mis diagnosed a problem with my truck. I had to get another location to fix some of the problems as a result of the work from this location. The management here is pretty new and very rude. Potential customers were walking out after seeing how they treated me in this store. They don't know what they are doing. Nothing but excuses about how they can't help or fix the problems on my vehicle, with out even looking at it, which last I checked, is the definition of their job. My younger son picked up a nail in his tire. Another tire store (advertised as a discount place) insisted that they could not repair the tire, despite the fact that the nail was located in a portion of the tire that their poster described as being repairable. We went to Firestone and they took a look at it, said they could repair it, and did so! They were professional, kind, and reasonable. I heartily recommend this Firestone location! Stopped into this location on Friday June 14th in the afternoon. Around 1pm. I walked in and I saw one gentleman behind the counter. I approach the desk and he has his head buried into the computer. Didn't even acknowledge that I was there until about 5 awkward seconds had past. Finally he looks up and doesn't say anything, So I ask him if they sell Red Top Optima batteries. He says no. And that's all. At this point I could tell the service was going to suck due to how rude this guy was. So I ask " Jorge " if a Manager is on duty. He then says " I am the manager ". So then I ask him if he's ok? Because clearly he either does not want to be there or he does not want me there. I'm the only customer in the place mind you. We exchange a few words, nothing harsh or unkind. But basically I told him, " Jorge, you might want to look up when a customer is at the counter wanting to speak with you, or maybe even greet them when they come into your business. Jorge didn't seem to think any of this was important. And that's fine. I won't be bothering the busy and not so kind folks at Firestone ever again. I've had tons of work done there in the past. Would strongly suggest looking around before coming here for service. When I first started coming here two years ago the service and timeliness of the work being done was unmatched. However, somewhere in the last year the quality of service and management has truly gone down hill. For starters, I have had issues with all of my last three visits from my hubs being cracked (not paying attention to stem orientation), the wrong oil being put in my car, and most recently over booking and not starting work on my car till 30mins before closing. I had just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee, brought it in for a full car inspection to make sure everything was safe and ok to drive on 8/29/2018 So I had seen dripping coolant from the radiator before I brought it in so I already knew it was leaking a little bit. But I had them do an inspection they noted it needed an air filter, valve cover gasket, oil dye, oil change; brake flush,coolant flush, steering shock, track bar. When they told me this I asked what about the coolant leak. They told me there were none. Even after I had seen it before I brought it in. I did decline all work due to I figured if they could not do a thorough I did not trust them to do any repairs. 2 days later My brother tells me have a brake light out and my license plate lights do not work.They didn't even check any running lights! Also went to change the air filter and it was almost new!So I would not recommend these guys work on any car I own or family. Go somewhere else! read more

My Son found these Guy's by accident. He had a flat and went in to get new tires rather than repair a bad one. They told him he only needed two, even though he was ready to buy 4. Later he was having electrical problems, he and I worked on it and couldn't figure it out ( I am a decent backyard mechanic ) They brought the car in and found there was a fuse that wasn't supposed to be there according to GM. They replaced it, and charged us nothing! He has been in a few more times and they had the opportunity to rip him off like Jensen Tire, but haven't. Today we took it in for a gas leak that we were told was going to be costly. The Guy's at Firstone on FT Crook told us it was just a filter, again we were ready to spend a great deal more. I highly recommend these guy's, I would feel very comfortable sending my wife in there without fear they would rip her off! They will get all mine and friend's and Family's work from here on out! read more
