I am an elliptical girl and there are three to choose from, while I sometimes dont get to use "my" machine, I never have to wait. There are a lot of weight machines and free weights as well as a group class room. There are a lot of young people here, I believe they have special for students. They are clean and have cleaning supplies and signs to encourage you to clean up after yourself, which I appreciate. Its so HOT in here though even with the fans on, I am always very sweaty and not in a workout way. I would love to see more fans in the cardio portion as we are on those machines for a long time to burn calories and not able to move around like the weights people.

No matter your fitness level, you'll be pushed in the best way possible. The training is challenging, high-energy, and never gets easy -- which is exactly why it's so effective. Every session leaves you feeling accomplished and stronger, both physically and mentally. What really sets this class apart, though, is the atmosphere. It's incredibly friendly and welcoming. The last two ladies I spoke with (Courtney) when cancelling and (Aubrey) who called today are get it done type of ladies. They offered to comp me for some time, (which I politely declined) but I won't be leaving this gym at all. I asked her to toss my cancellation to the side and thanked her for giving me a call, I love the atmosphere here and with some proper cleaning it's going to be even better. Thank you guys for being down to earth, owning the mistake (we are all humans) and implementing new cleaning protocol so that members can feel good about coming here and using the amenities offered.
