My establishment has been using this company's service for a while. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or the system they have in place is the issue itself. They rarely run on time (in terms of the scheduled day for pick up) & I signed up for text alerts to be sent before the driver comes to pick up & the text alert came once & did not come for the next pick up till after the driver picked up the bags & left our facility. This is an amazing place to store banker's boxes. I transferred all the boxes for the two offices I work at from local (and quite expensive) storage to this facility 3 years ago and am still very happy. Not only is the price right, the personnel is fantastic - Jason, Dan and Lisette to name a few, but all are helpful and accommodating. The voice of a company absolutely should be much stronger than that of a person who hates their job. When it comes down to a time crunch you absolutely can not rely on Corodata. I have had customer service mishaps like this several times and overall just quite tired of it.. AWFUL company! I'm getting harassing calls from a telemarketer who when asked to please put us on the do not call list replied with "We don't do that, we call you whenever we feel like it". I called the office and some nasty girl named Kaylee tried to play games with me and left me on hold to talk to her manager who magically didn't answer the phone when she transferred me. We contract with this company for records storage and destruction. Dealing with them is difficult and you cannot ever be sure what you are asking for will get done. However you can be assured that they will charge you a very large amount of money to make mistakes. When you try and rectify a situation it is more than likely that the person on the other end of the line will try and make this your fault. If you can find another business to contract with for your record storage run don't walk toward them. This company called multiple times to schedule a time to "share a report with me" on off-site medical storage. I told them multiple times that we didn't need their services and I didn't want anything that they were selling. They insisted it wasn't a sales pitch but more just an opportunity to share. To get them to stop calling, I finally agree to have them come in. The guy comes in, asks me about our medical storage needs, I tell him we don't even have any, and he goes "oh, well that's what I came to talk about. Have a good day then!" And he leaves. What a waste of time both parties to have them come out for something I already told them we didn't need. The guy ends up telling me they use a 3rd party to schedule these meetings. Well, tell your 3rd party to LISTEN before you waste both our times. I've never even used this company but I already have a distaste for them and would never want to use them in the future. read more

Their emails are now set to go automatically in the spam filter. I've told them "no" over thirty times, but they think spamming me will change my mind. read more

These guys are amazing, efficient, cheap, and friendly. I have hundreds of boxes of legal archives stored with them, which they deliver to my office with a few hours' notice. Great scanning job; terrible billing practices! We hired Corodata to scan and return boxes of files, based on a contract that included a per-page price, costs for delivery, etc. The scanning job was great and they turned it around in a week, but the bill they sent reflected twice the contracted per-page rate, plus a bunch of extra costs that were indicated as being free on our signed contract. The bill also included costs that were not associated with our job, including "file retrieval" that never happened while they had our documents in their possession. They tried to correct the bill several times over the course of six months, but each time the per page rate was still wrong, despite my re-sending them the signed contract, and they kept including those extra charges that were not a part of our scanning job. It's a shame, because the scanning job was really good, but I can't work with a company using such shady billing practices. read more
