We bought a used 2008 Chevy Colorado Pickup Truck from Corona Auto Wholesale and was very happy and pleased with the experience! I called the dealership to get information about the vehicle when the Ads just came out without much info and photo. Robert took the call and was very professional. He provided all of the info we need over the phone. The day we came for a test drive and met with Robert, he was professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with. I was expecting pushy used car salesman but found Robert to be the opposite. He let me check out the vehicle and even did a test drive on my own without him on the drive which was a bonus and unexpected. I finally negotiated a price and came to agreeable number without much haggling which was something I was not expecting. Another surprise was a free detailing job on the vehicle which even provided more value on the purchase. Robert was always cheerful and helpful in providing any additional information I need over phone or text. He's very responsive. Robert was trustworthy and honest. He delivered what was promised. When it's time to come pick the vehicle up and do the final paperwork, Mark, the owner/manager was the same, very professional, friendly, and helpful. He was very accommodating in helping us addressing a loose battery concern on the spot. The entire paperwork process took less than an hour and we were out of there in about an hour on a Sunday morning. Watch out for these two. They reel you in with the father/daughter act. You get to thinking that maybe they are an honest car dealership. DON'T BE FOOLED! These guys are crooked and not up front. They sold me a car that had a lot of issues and they knew it. They also told me I was getting the best warranty they offer and that warranty doesn't cover anything I need. I read what it is supposed to cover when I got the car but there are so many stipulations, it makes the warranty worthless. When I found out that there was a class-action lawsuit on the vehicle that they sold me and they did not disclose it, I tried to reach out to them and crickets. Horrible way to do business. I am now paying for a car that is sitting in my driveway while these two are still robbing people blind. Great business ethics. read more

They are a good dealer. A friend of mine recently bought a 2013 Kia Soul from them and it checked out fine. We got a price below market value and the mechanic we took it to inspected it and only found a couple minor imperfections. A center console piece and a trunk cover were the only thing we needed cosmetic and the steering system just needed a cheap coupler. These can be done and replaced for less than a few hundred books online and at a shop. Please keep in mind if you do buy a used car here (and generally speaking) you should either hookup an ODB2 reader or have a mechanic look at it just to be safe. You will always run this risk when you buy used cars because the seller cannot check for every possible issue. Additionally, the staff were friendly and willing to work with us a bit on price. I'm putting 9000.00 cash deposit and finance 2000.00 My credit score is above 700. I'm not worried. Easy terms right? Well, how the freak did it come up to 26,000.00 I tossed and turned all night my wife and I. When I got a call from Mark, the car wouldn't pass smog, I was so happy. I rushed to another dealer. Same deal, same price, different car. Diamond auto knocked it down even more if I buy out for 9000.00 cash. Well I saved 17,000.00. Watch out for these cons out there. read more

Let me be clear. If you don't know about the mechanics of cars just pass this place by. I bought a truck here and noticed after a test drive that brakes needed to be replaced. They immediately sent their "mechanic"? out to get the pads and install them. I got half way home and realized the lug nuts they used on the wheels were not for my truck. Within 50 miles the front wheels started wobbling. I stopped and had to take it to a auto shop. $400 dollars later it was fixed. THEY DON'T HAVE A MECHANIC! They have a minimum wage go-for fixing things so they briefly work. At least until the check clears. Again if you do not understand at least basic car mechanics pass this place by. DANGER! read more

Buyer beware purchased a truck and with in the year the check engine light came on and it needs a new cat. I had a few minors things after taking possession of truck, even had the finance company call for me and then guy laughed and said he eaant going to do anything else for a truck that was from 2006. Bought a lovely used car here from Mark & Bruce. It looked to be in great condition & was very clean. The test drive went well so we decided to purchase it. We had brought our own financing so the paperwork was very easy. We opted to not include a warranty which saved a few dollars off the purchase price, & drove off the lot in love with the car. Unfortunately when driving home that evening the check engine light came on. I called the guys back first thing the next morning & they told me to bring it back so they could take a look at it & repair whatever was wrong. I dropped it off later that day, & they had a mechanic check it out the very next day. Turns out coil & spark plugs were bad in 1 cylinder, so they replaced these at no cost to me. I'd recommend this dealership because they were very easy to deal with & showed some real class in dealing with my car post-sale. Thanks again guys! read more

We had been to a number of dealerships that day looking at used vehicles and were surprised at how dirty the cars were at these places; if they weren't willing to clean the car to sell it, could I trust that they had done their due diligence on inspecting the vehicle?? I was so pleased when we got to Corona Auto Wholesale and found that the cars we super clean (inside and out). We worked with Bruce who had a comfortable, no pressure type sales approach and we were pleased to purchase our new (used) vehicle from him. My daughter brought a car from this dealership it was quick and easy because she came with her own financing. The body of the car is nice and the test drive was nice. However two weeks after buying the car the brakes went out and we called the dealership and they had no one to look at the brakes so we got them fixed. 4 months later the turbo and motor mounts went out on the car and we had to get that fixed. 3 months after that the power steering pump and hoses went out. And she had to repair that also. Be careful when buying used cars because the car fax is only for what is reported to be have been fixed and just because there is nothing on the car fax doesn't mean it's not a lemon. My daughter is 21 and hard working and makes minimum wage and has unfortunately spent thousands into a 2013 Ford Edge that looked good but was dead in the inside and a test drive and washed sparkling engine wouldn't have shown the problems that were wrong with the car. Bought a 2006 Ford F-150 about a month and a half ago. Within that month and a half the alternator, battery, transmission, running rear lights, and dash lights have broke. Not to mention fluid levels in the truck were also very low. I have spent around $1,300 to repair everything already. When buying the truck I signed an insurance coverage for the transmission that I was told would be covered if it broke within 3 months or 3,000 miles. I was under both conditions when the transmission broke but the insurance company that the coverage is under will not pay the full amount I have to pay to get the transmission repaired. When going back to the dealership to ask them to pay the difference they have also refused to help out. If I could give this whole buying process 0 stars I would. First of all id leave no star if i could, for poor service. I was looking forward to purchasing a Nissan Titan from this place and had initially spoken to Bruce, right of the back he seemed racist and unprofessional towards me, the very few questions i had were not answered.I was interested in purchasing vehicle so i submitted the application but for some reason or another Bruce kept holding it off saying he had no answer yet so I called in multiple times trying to close a deal but he would brush me off with a "im still looking for a bank that will finance." I didnt know finding a finance company took a whole week but anyway i was determined to take this truck of the lot til yesterday when i had to call about 3 times just to get an answer in which he rudely said "you either give me $20,000 cash or find a co-signer," a cosigner which i had but he wouldn't let me finish without being an arrogant prick. If he wasn't planning on closing the deal he could have been straight forward and told me he simply didn't want to make business with me rather than have me waste my time. Bruce was very unprofessional and should not have any business in the sales industry as he is not personable. For this i will not give him my business and i suggest anyone who is looking to purchase from this dealer reconsider their options. At this point the truck doesnt even seem that attractive anymore. I bought a Corolla XRS from here about a month ago I commute about 70 miles one way for work and already put about 3,000 miles on it and so far it's a great car there were a couple issues with the car when I got it but nothing major and we worked a deal. I was pretty happy especially because I was able to get the car under Kelly Blue Book fair price for buying at dealerships. There was no pressure what so ever for buying. The buying process was easy and Bruce was nice and explained DMV has been taking a long time to process paperwork for registration & plates & said when they come they'll mail to me. I'm extremely upset cause it's been 7 months and I still haven't received my license plate, I received my registration but not plates. I called and spoke to some lady who was nice and I explained situation she said she'll have Mark call me back. He did leave message saying I would have to contact DMV cause they submitted paper work and it's out his control. I contacted DMV and they said Dealer never ordered my plates. Again I contact dealer and left message with the lady and never received call back and today I called again and spoke to Mark and he said there's nothing he can do because once registration is submitted they can't get my plates anymore because my name is now on registration! I explained even though I paid you guys for them.. Mark said we'll your registration was $381 and you only paid $300 did you get a bill for it? Really that's the answer he gives me and now saying to I owe extra for my registration. He told me now I have to go down to DMV and pay for new plates. So now I got to go out my way to the DMV and pay for my plates myself! I had 3 people in my family he bought vehicles the within same month from different dealers and they received their plates within a month and didn't have any issues. I have bought 4 vehicles from different dealers before and have never had a situation like this. I will be looking into who I can make a complaint about this situation to cause it's unfair to customers. If your looking into purchasing any vehicle here I would make sure they'll be taking care of all your DMV paperwork and not leaving it up to you to do it even after they tell you they will. read more

I brought the car I was interested about to another local mechanic and came back to Bruce with the report. We both agreed that he would fix what's on the list for me except the tires. But after I bought the car, the dome light isn't fixed(which is also on the list), and I went back to see Bruce twice and each time he tried to fix it by himself but ended up not really fixed when I need the light on(I have to try hard to find the subtle position of the switch and the light went off soon sometimes). So I brought the car to a certain mechanic who Bruce is willing to listen to and trusts(though who indeed has bad review on Internet), and after a lengthy discussion between the 3 of us about who should pay for the fix without conclusion, this mechanic started to say to me things like I should know that I bought a used car.....etc. So be careful you walk out of Corona Auto Wholesale after you triple check the promise they made to u before you pay is 100% finished. read more
