We checked in at 1 am after attending a wedding nearby. Room and amenities was excellent except for the air con that never worked. The moment we turned it on, smoke came out like burnt wires, but was too exhausted to ask to change the room. Breakfast was ok. No bacon or sausage, but enough to fill you up. Staffs were friendly. 7-20-2019

Christina at the front desk is the only reason I stayed here when the A/C went out at my apt in 116 degree weather. It is unfortunate that the crowd in this area brought the whole experience completely down and the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Super clean rooms, super spacious and most comfy bed I have had in years. All amenities included; coffee pot, frig and microwave. That front desk gal runs a tight ship and does the best she can juggling all the idiots that reside there. It's hard to stereotype a guest but wish there was a way they could weed out the bad seeds. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. A huge thank you to Christina for making my stay with my service dog so comfortable.

What a shithole! I would expect better from the best western! I'll summarize my review with pros and cons about this place: PROS: Jacuzzi Pool Free breakfast (don't eat the string cheese) Friendly managers Somewhat comfy beds Full cable TV Big bathrooms (I had a handi-cap room, don't know why) Free parking and lots of it CONS: The room stank like old panties AC barely works Tweakers everywhere Pool area is run down by people partying Jacuzzi is small so you have to wait for people to get out Head lights in my fucking window all night They put me in a room next to tweakers who had people knocking on the door all hours of the night and shining their headlights thru my window, and no, the blackout blinds there are a damn lie! No fridge/micro overall, a shitty choice. I won't be back. I'll pay an extra $15-$30 to stay somewhere way nicer.

My 8 year-old child found BLOOD STAINS on the bed sheets. There was NO manager on premises to report incident. There was only person running the Front Desk and the Breakfast Room. This location is worse than a cheap-hotel. There was not enough breakfast food for all guests. This is a good example of a Cheap Dirty Hotel.

My MIL always says we should stay in their house but having two toddler boys and a 10yr old boy is madness at times. This is the best way to contain them lol. The rooms are equipped with a wet bar and sink in the living area and then a shower and toilet in the bathroom with the sink and vanity separately (at the foot of the bed). This is probably my only gripe cause its impossible use the vanity area without disturbing everyone. The gym is clean and 24hrs. The pool is clean and kids like it which helps in the heat of the desert. It would be nice if they offered a little more of a customer service style room service though. Makes it a little challenging when it's 11pm and you need something like pillows, towels or TP and have to go to the front desk yourself with little ones. The lobby has some pretty good munchie food to get you through the night since there isn't a kitchen service. Ot the healthiest options, but definitely comes in clutch! Staff is and has always been nice, professional and helpful. The overnight shift is probably not used to a lot of customer interaction but they are pretty patient with me and my late night energy and munchy needs lol.

Instead, it was one of the most stressful and irritating experiences I've had in a long time. I had the most unrestful sleep imaginable. The guests in the room above us were constantly stomping and blasting their TV. I called the front desk to ask them to intervene, but absolutely nothing was done about it. The issues started before I even arrived. Two days prior, I called to confirm my booking and was told everything was set. When I called again right before arrival, I was suddenly told my booking didn't exist. Though they eventually found it, it left me incredibly uneasy. When I finally arrived--exhausted and desperate to lie down--it took nearly 25 minutes of total confusion. The two older ladies at the front desk explicitly stated they didn't know how to check me in, leaving us just standing there. Also, the second floor hallway had a pungent, powerful marijuana odor permeating from outside of the rooms. To make matters worse, breakfast both mornings was barely lukewarm. The entire dining area was completely disorganized, and the staff seemed utterly confused about what they were supposed to be doing. From the messy administrative errors to the lack of basic noise control and cold food, the customer service here is entirely lacking. If you are looking for a peaceful, restful stay, look elsewhere. I will not be returning~~~~~~

I have stayed here 3x I'm a frequent flyer because I live close by and host events on my property…read moreso I stay here often as it's the closest hotel to me and I enjoy it here. Tonight I was not happy with the costumer service through the manger Amber. I booked the most expensive room here. I'm staying in the king suite room suit 426 . I'm staying here with my kids and husband. The pull out bed is way smaller than I anticipated and my kids did not want to share the bed. My son 13 and my daughter 9 clearly didn't want to share this TINY pull out so my daughter decided to sleep on the little lazy boy side of the couch. I called house keeping for more blankets and sheets for my daughter and 1 more pillow. The housekeeping line was busy so I called the front desk and was told to come get my linens. What's housekeeping for if I'm doing their job? Amber the oh so lovely manger advised they could only accommodate us with one pillow because they are so busy and can't give anymore out. That is where I'm bugged and having an issue. As a frequent guest i am not thrilled with Amber at all. As a hotel there should be plenty of pillows, there is NO REASON Why they should only be giving me one pillow. Other then the Bs from this stay the breakfast here is phenomenal, they have a later then usual check out which my family and I love because we are NOT morning people. The hotel is clean, the staff is ok, the pool area is clean and they alpha r a cool basketball court that most hotels do not have. At the end of the day i would recommend this hotel and I will be back.

It's near many restaurants/fast food chains and supermarkets so no worries about having to travel far. Parking lot doesn't look too big but was occupied by many cars already though there were still a few parking spaces available. The lobby is clean and open with a water dispenser with lemon slices. I was hoping to refill my water bottle but there's a sign that says to not do that but rather use the plastic cups to the side if you want water. There are 3 floors but ONLY 1 elevator and it's slow. Faster to walk the stairs though its located on either end of each floor. Imagine the hotel busy and waiting for the elevator. Eeek. The hallway and stairways are clean. Our room with 2 Queen size beds is a decent size though a little narrow eith limited walk space. There is a long bench to put your luggage(s) on or for you to sit on. The back wall where the bench is there are square hooks to hang your purse or clothing items. There is a small dresser part of the desk and a small closet/armoire with somw hangers, iron and an iron board. There are many dimmed lights options within the room. There are switches under the TV, by the bed stand, and 1 by the closetn but I like the table light (3 settings) better to act as night light as its dimmer and doesnt brighten up the room. The bathroom is very spacious. The tub has a grip mat to prevent falling and there are complimentary Dove brand hair care and hand wash & lotion. The water pressure is strong and the hot water is hot! What I like is that there is a bathroom fan that is strong enough to suck away the moist after a shower. It's loud but it does its function. Most hotel rooms don't even have the fan. The bed is good, not great. Not soft but not firm. The pillows though are very fluffy. I like that the linens are clean and pretty white as I did not see any stains. Complimentary breakfast is good though I wish they had bacon on the weekends as they only had it on Friday. The rest of the weekend was turkey or pork sausages instead. There's a variety of hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, cheese egg Omelette, bacon, sausages, biscuit and gravy) options with bread, english muffins, muffins and including a pancake machine. They also have a small fridge with Oikos yogurt (strawberry/ blueberr/vanilla flavors), organic valley milk )regular/chocolate milk), and SILK brand milk with a juice machine. A coffee station is available all day including a basket of fruits (apples/bananas/oranges) on the table for you to grab. The eating area is small though I didn't experience any issues with getting a table during my 4 days/3 nights there. Service at the front desk is good though my interaction was to request a pool towel only. My husband managed the check in and check out but he didnt complain so I guess all is good. The gated outdoor swimming pool & hot tub area is small with a few lounge chairs and 2 tables. But good enough for little kids to enjoy during their stay. I would definitely return to this hotel if our hockey tournament requires us to. It it kind of farther to the rink where we have to be compare to another hotel where we usually stay.

The hallways and common areas are always clean and tidy. We had several of our presenters leaving on super early flights and wouldn't be able to get breakfast. They gave them breakfast bags to go. Nothing fancy--basically some of the portable food from the breakfast, but that small effort went a long way towards making our presenters happy which made us--the organizers--happy too. The location is right off the 91 so it's centrally located to wherever you're going in Riverside. The two places for improvement would be (1) for them to have more non-pork options for breakfast (turkey bacon at least) and (2) addressing some of the rooms which showed notable signs of age and wear--particularly the bathrooms (sink, shower). I would take off half a star but yelp only allows whole stars. So it's either a 4 or 5. Quite frankly, I think the customer service a hospitality outweighs a few cosmetic issues in the vanity. So 5 stars it is! Besides, they appeared to be renovating several of the rooms so I trust they will have them all done by the next time we come. We absolutely intend to use them again and would recommend them to others.
