Pretty decent spot for the area. My in laws live down the road so it's convenient for us (and our 4 kids) to stay here when visiting. My MIL always says we should stay in their house but having two toddler boys and a 10yr old boy is madness at times. This is the best way to contain them lol. The rooms are equipped with a wet bar and sink in the living area and then a shower and toilet in the bathroom with the sink and vanity separately (at the foot of the bed). This is probably my only gripe cause its impossible use the vanity area without disturbing everyone. The gym is clean and 24hrs. The pool is clean and kids like it which helps in the heat of the desert. It would be nice if they offered a little more of a customer service style room service though. Makes it a little challenging when it's 11pm and you need something like pillows, towels or TP and have to go to the front desk yourself with little ones. The lobby has some pretty good munchie food to get you through the night since there isn't a kitchen service. Ot the healthiest options, but definitely comes in clutch! Staff is and has always been nice, professional and helpful. The overnight shift is probably not used to a lot of customer interaction but they are pretty patient with me and my late night energy and munchy needs lol. read more

Utterly disappointing. I booked a two-night stay at this hotel expecting a relaxing getaway to complement a spa trip. Instead, it was one of the most stressful and irritating experiences I've had in a long time. I had the most unrestful sleep imaginable. The guests in the room above us were constantly stomping and blasting their TV. I called the front desk to ask them to intervene, but absolutely nothing was done about it. The issues started before I even arrived. Two days prior, I called to confirm my booking and was told everything was set. When I called again right before arrival, I was suddenly told my booking didn't exist. Though they eventually found it, it left me incredibly uneasy. When I finally arrived--exhausted and desperate to lie down--it took nearly 25 minutes of total confusion. The two older ladies at the front desk explicitly stated they didn't know how to check me in, leaving us just standing there. Also, the second floor hallway had a pungent, powerful marijuana odor permeating from outside of the rooms. To make matters worse, breakfast both mornings was barely lukewarm. The entire dining area was completely disorganized, and the staff seemed utterly confused about what they were supposed to be doing. From the messy administrative errors to the lack of basic noise control and cold food, the customer service here is entirely lacking. If you are looking for a peaceful, restful stay, look elsewhere. NOT SAFE, NOT A HOTEL but a mysterious third thing I have yet to understand. The primary existence of hotel is that it is a place to rest/sleep yet for the employees of the Marriott Springhill on 6/12/26 this was LAST on the list of priorities for its guests. I stayed here for one night after a day at the Glen Ivy Spa and the rejuvenated energy I found from my time at the Glen Ivy was promptly gutted by a traveling soccer team comprised of preteens and their unhinged parents/chaperones as well as the lackluster performance of the nighttime employee(s)? of this weird space. When we arrived around 4:00 that day we noticed large groups of preteen athletes but did not realize the havoc they would wreak late into the night but it became quite clear after we returned from dinner that the intention of this group was to act as if they had rented the ENTIRE property and therefore run through its halls with a fierce to determination to be as loud, crude and sexually explicit as possible. Which with them being preteens is understandable that they would engage in this behavior with each other. However what is MONSTROUSLY perplexing is that the adults that brought them to this hotel decided that it was their SACRED time to enjoy the lobby of a mid range hotel to watch the World Cup (how dare you sully that treasure with your turdish behavior) with wild abandonment of their RESPONSIBILITY to CHAPERONE/PARENT minors. White claws are relaxing guys but are they time machines that transported you to a time before common sense? YET in the midst of all this we called the front desk to just try and get some extra sheets to make up the questionably stained folding futon sofa contraption and the phone was OFF THE HOOK. Which never was replaced considering a guest in my party tried to call down at 11:00 that night to ask them to address the non permitted hormonal festival happening in the hallway so we could try to sleep so we would be able to wake up as early as possible to leave. Since there was no answer she went down to the lobby, and saw the pack of adults still delighting in their willful ignorance. She asked if any of them were responsible for the group to which their amnesia swiftly kicked in. She then addressed the now two night clerks at the front desk who said their was nothing they could do, and when she asked about police assistance for the repeated noise violations they replied - "The cops won't come here" HAH! Understandable. Overhearing my friend talk to the night staff a FULL GROWN MAN CHILD from the soccer social had to be held back by his goober gang to keep from getting physical with my five foot female partner in this adventure of customer service what not to do antics. As she boarded the elevator sad excuses for women mocked her as if they had won the empire of Rome like a squad of Temu Helen of Troys. Gals, if you are reading this, it was just a few tables near the breakfast buffet equipment. The lack of accountability and ability to problem solve on behalf of this staff was grossly disappointing which to me indicates that they are very use to this type of behavior and are a hub for traveling teams. So, if this seems like the night for you because you're looking for a lack of sleep and to possibly get into a fight with a group of millennials that didn't understand the real meaning behind Fight Club, five stars. However, that was not my intention but I can't rate it any lower than one, so star for the story. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The two older ladies at the front desk are rude and have no idea what "Good Customer Service " means (Michelle is one of their names). I have been a member of Marriott for decades and this hotel does not meet the Marriott standards for customer service. I called corporate and was told to ask for the hotel manager, I did. Michelle told me she was the manager. I travel about 3-4 times a month and I need to know that my safety and reservations are being handled in an efficient and professional manner. We recently stayed at SpringHill Suites in Corona/Riverside and had a very disappointing experience. Late at night, we discovered what appeared to be unsanitary stains (Blood) on the bedsheets and in the bathroom that had clearly not been properly cleaned. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety, and we ultimately had to leave the property. We reported this to the manager on duty, who apologized and assured us that compensation (25,000 Marriott Bonvoy points) would be issued. However, it has now been nearly 10 days with no points, no follow-up, and no communication. For transparency, I've included photos of both the room conditions and our reservation as proof of our stay. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, and the lack of follow-through afterward made the experience even more disappointing. I hope management addresses both housekeeping standards and guest communication moving forward. read more

So, we stayed here for one night for a girls trip. After checking into our rooms we discovered EVERY ROOM ON OUR FLOOR, appeared to have rooms filled with unsupervised middle school athletes, we believe soccer. They proceeded to run down the hallways yelling, banging on doors, yelling for hours. Until 4 am. At one point my friend went down to complain because the hotel had taken the phone off the hook. When she got downstairs alllll the parents of these kids were downstairs drinking.(this was around 11) when she asked if they were the parents of those kids they proceeded to get in her face, mock her, one of the larger gentlemen had to be held back by the others(my friend is a 5 foot tall female who was alone) when she went to the desk the staff basically cowered and did nothing. As she walked back to the elevators, some female in the group started yelling bu byeeee to her and mocking her. This was the worst experience we have ever had. EVER. The noise just continued till 4 am with them in the hallways running around, no adults anywhere, no hotel staff . The audacity of the parents , the lack of support from the hotel staff, kids cussing at us when we asked them to be quiet(or at least go in their rooms) was appalling . Overall a nice hotel! We rented a two bed with a pull out bed for our family. It is my own fault for not reading the description better, but I didn't realize they were only double beds instead of queens. So it was a very squishy stay for the 5 of us. The pool was freezing, it is outside in January so that wasn't surprising. But the hot tub was luke warm which was extremely disappointing and there were not pool towels in the basket labeled clean towels. Our room was super hot. The air until worked but at 3am our whole family was awake because we were roasting. We ended up turning on the A/C and leaving it on. The breakfast was okay, just a typical free hotel breakfast. The staff was super kind, my son dropped the lid of his water bottle in the bottom of the ice maker and they were great at helping us retrieve it. I checked in here late Wednesday/Really early Thursday with my 2 kids as a quick place to sleep and leave early in the morning. I didn't utilize the amenities, so I can't review those. The room had a really odd layout, the TV was not really visible from the bed that was closest to the window. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. Customer service sucked. The lady at the reception desk told me that I would be charged $100 for my chihuahua (dog) and an additional $20/day for the dog. In addition, I was charged $20 a day for parking. IN CORONA!! Who charges for parking in Corona?!! It's not like it's Newport Beach or Irvine. From the reception check in to the worker (lady) in the breakfast area to the lady that I checked out with, not one person was friendly. Hairs were all over my bathroom and they were long black hairs so they definitely were not mine as I'm blonde. Hotel had two large spiders in it. Stayed at the Springhill Suites in Corona for a birthday party. I'm too old to drive back to SD the same day lol. The hotel was nice and clean. They had a good amount of guests in the hotel. That's always a good sign. I noticed staff cleaning and staying busy every time I saw one. Always a smile from them as I passed by. They have a courtesy breakfast in the mornings in the lobby. Not a huge spread. Pretty much egg and some type of protein. One day it was biscuits and sausage gravy, the next was sausages. They have a couple waffle griddles (you make it yourself, but that timer helps make it perfect every time), all types of breads and toppings. A little fridge filled with yogurt and other goodies. They had oatmeal and a drink dispenser with orange and apple juice and of course a coffee area. It's always nice and convenient when hotels offer any type of breakfast options. We did hop in the pool one day. It's on the smaller size, but it's not like we're training for the summer Olympics anyway. The room was nice and clean. The layout was a little weird to me. Maybe it was the angle of the entry and some corners. Not a big deal. I did notice the sofa/sleeper is from West Elm. That's kind of cool. This hotel is pretty nice inside. When booking through third party apps such as Expedia, Priceline, hotel etc. you have to personally call the hotel to add your guest if they were to check in for you. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful in helping me check in. The hotel is pretty new so my room had plenty of plug in for my electronic devices. The doors have NFC built into the handle, so all you had to do was just tap your card to get in. I choose a room with a king size bed and inside it had a couch that can be used as a bed and it also had a pull out bed underneath for two more guests. It also has a ottoman for your feet and a large wooden tray for your drinks and food. There is also a mini fridge to put some of your food and drinks in there. You get a small kitchen sink. They have plates and utensils as well as a coffee pot with condiments for your coffee. You get a smart tv so you can watch all your favorite shows via your favorite streaming app. The cool thing is if you forget to log out of your account when you leave the tv will reset itself after you check out for safety reasons. You also get a nice size desk for your laptop if you need to get work done. read more

Best qualities: Away from hustle and bustle. In a business area and not homes or daily walk in businesses so it's quiet and tucked away. Average to good morning breakfast. Cheese omelette and scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, bagels, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt and the likes. 24 hour fitness room is nice. Pool was closed on our visit however, so that was unfortunate for our wrestlers looking forward to a "heated pool" to sooth their muscles. Room temperature was good with the standard wall unit. Stayed there this weekend - woke up at 12:45am with bugs on my bed. Many bugs. One exploded when I tried to kill it with tissue and there was a ton of blood . They changed me to a different room, but I had to wake up my sleeping kid to move and ended up only getting 2 hours of sleep. New room was dirty- mold in shower, stuff all over the couch, just nasty. Gross and not clean at all. Spent tons of time I didn't have having to wash clothes I didn't plan on washing- All of our clothes had to be washed in case the bugs were bed bugs, and this place only had one operational dryer. The response I got from the assistant manager about the bugs led me to believe this is a common thing here. I travel a ton for work and stuff for my kids, and this by far was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Believe the bad reviews and don't expect much help if this happens to you here. read more

The front desk staff are the best! The morning crew greet every visitor with a "hello" and a friendly smile Evelyn, no ka 'oi, was especially helpful! We were there for an event that was held in their conference room. They made sure all was well and had the water well stocked. Anybody looking for a small conference/multi purpose room, I recommend SpringHill Suites! Oh and while hosting there, the rooms are pretty nice too! My family and I stayed here for three nights. The main reasons why we chose to stay here is because the location was convenient for us and the suites are inexpensive. However I don't think I would want to stay here again and you'll find out why in my review. First the positives - The suites are super spacious and clean. The person who checked us in at the front desk, Andrew, was nice and friendly. Plus there was a good amount of free parking in the parking lot. It was a nice touch that there was complimentary breakfast. The food wasn't great but I definitely wanted to take avantage of it. Now the negatives - The walls are ridiculously thin. In the room next to us we could hear everything from loud music, talking, snoring, to sex. I ended up having to call the security guard/front desk to ask them to quiet down. The staff was quick to address the issue and tried their best to handle the situation which I appreciated but unfortunately I could still hear everything in the room next to us. Therefore I didn't get much sleep staying here. I realized when Andrew checked us in he didn't give us any information about our stay. All he did was ask for my card. When we got to our rooms I realized I had to call him about everything such fees, WiFi, parking, etc. I know earlier I said he was nice and friendly however he was not informative at all during the time of check in and I ended up having to call him to get all the necessary information which I shouldn't have to do. The appliances weren't working in our suites. Our toilet wouldn't flush. We had to use the public bathroom in the lobby until it was fixed. It was such a hassle. Plus the air conditioning was broken. The room set up was a tad awkward. The television is placed in between the bedroom and living room in front a protruding wall which made it difficult to watch. I've decided to give three starts because of the price and I think even though there were some hiccups with Andrew at the front desk he still seems like a good person. Other than that the negatives really outweighed the positives. I would say our experience wasn't terrible but there's definitely room for important here. read more

It's not terrible but there's a lot of room for improvement. The customer service at check-in was great. The location is not too far off the freeway and theres a Sam's club you could walk to during operating hours. The carpet in the hallway is stained and most of my issues with the room come down to the hotel needing to be renovated overall. The room has a nice layout except for there's only one tv positioned in between the bedroom and sitting area so depending on where you are sitting/laying you're not going to get the best view. Either add a separate TV or let the TV be more positioned in bedroom is my vote. The shower has a lot of mold. Its always a turn-off to see mold as common as I know it is. The shower head has so many hard water stains that it appears to be turning green/pink. I don't think I would stay again until some updates are made. read more

CHECK YOUR BED, COMFORTER AND BED SHEETS REALLY GOOD BEFORE LAYING DOWN. GOD FORBIDS YOU FIND BLOOD!! YES, BLOOD!!! If I could give this hotel zero stars I totally would. We checked in on Friday late at night and the guy that checked us in was pretty nice. Went into our room and tried washing our hands and the water wasn't going down fast. It kept going down slowly to the point that we decided to wash our hands in the other sink by the coffee maker. Since we had another sink we figured it was fine. Next day (Saturday) went out did our errands and came back tired past midnight. We went to our room wanting to rest. We laid down and then the hubby decides to stand up to use the bathroom. As he returns and starts pulling sheets to cover himself what does he find? BLOOD! Yes, BLOOD! The blood was in the comforter area at the top where you place your face and also towards the area where your bottom lays on the bed. It wasn't just one drop. It was in various places, it was so disgusting. We basically slept on somebody else's dirty sheets with blood. Dry blood is so dangerous, exposure to blood stains can be dangerous and should be handled with caution. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), blood is one of the most potentially hazardous substances to clean up. Blood of any kind can expose you to a number of bloodborne pathogens: HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, MRSA, and other transmittable diseases. Even dried blood can be dangerous since certain bloodborne viruses can live for days outside the body and still cause infection. For example, the Hepatitis B virus can live in dried blood for up to a week and Hepatitis C can survive for up to four days. So my husband and I are concerned about our health. We are healthy individuals and I just hope we don't get sick because if we do, we will hold them accountable for this huge negligence. This incident really makes me upset because you expect these type of things on way cheaper hotels, but for $175 a night plus tax and other fees this is totally unacceptable. This really makes me question their "cleaning habits", if they didn't bother to change the sheets and comforter, did they switch out the pillowcases? Did they switch out the towels? Did they clean the toilet good enough? Do they even do all the "Covid cleaning" they claim to do? I honestly highly doubt it. When we checked out on Sunday morning I did talked to the assistant manager and she apologized but a simply sorry and this is not acceptable answer is just not cutting it for me. I will wait to hear back from the general manager because the assistant manager claimed they want to make this right. Hah! Like they can fix what happened?! So please please please be careful when you stay at this place with people who aren't trained well enough with cleaning/housekeeping habits. read more

The front desk employee Upon check in was amazing. She was very friendly and kind. She had already ensured we had a ground floor earlier in the day as I stated on my preferences when booking the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean. In a great area close to shops and food. We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was nice to wake up and get coffee before we left. Breakfast didn't start until 7 so we missed that but we were able to get coffee both days. The first time was at 6am and the 2nd day was at 530am. We appreciate them setting that up super early. read more

This location was perfect to stay at after a long day at Glen Ivy spa. Check in was easy and comes with a complimentary breakfast. Our room was located on the end of the hall next to the elevator. It was a Monday evening with very few guests but this room was still very loud due to location. The queen size beds were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were nice. The room comes with a small fridge and coffee maker. This was perfect since we went out to dinner and had leftovers. When we tried to make coffee in the morning the plug wouldn't work and we noted that the fridge wasn't working either. Bummer all that yummy food had to be thrown out . It never occurred to us to check the plugs we just assumed everything worked. Overall stay was good. I'd come back , but ask for a different room not next to elevator . read more

We stayed at SpringHill Suites in Corona when we were evacuating from the Line fire. We had to bring our dog with us which they told me there was an extra fee of $20 a day. The front desk lady also said they were going to hold on my credit card $100 for incidentals and that would be returned. The hotel charged me the full amount and when I called to ask about the charge the man at the front desk said the $100 is a non-refundable "cleaning fee". That is ridiculous. We left the room clean and my dog is short haired and well groomed. I will NEVER stay here again. read more

Get pool towel from front desk. Room is clean. AC was confusing at first but was able to figure out. Don't use thermostat on the wall, it doesn't work. Breakfast was okay. Bathroom doesn't drain well. My tub fills up even in a short shower. b. Towels are children sized which is horrible. I'm in shape and they don't go around. 3. Beds are crappy. I booked my wedding hotel block with SpringHill Suites because it was one of the recommended hotels for my venue, The Retreat at Wedgewood. I worked with Audrey, who was an absolute delight. She was super friendly, responsive, knowledgable, professional, and eager to help. Booking rooms was super easy, and she was able to accommodate my request to put my parents' room near mine. Audrey also provided me with full transparency of which of our guests had registered, and which rooms they were all in, so it was super easy to prepare welcome bags for all of our guests. I prepared them all in boxes with lists of corresponding guest names to make it easy to distribute to our guests upon arrival. Unfortunately, the front desk attendant didn't get the memo and blindly distributed the welcome bags. I was incredibly frustrated when I found this out, but Audrey worked overtime with me to rectify the issue and replace the missing bags and contents in them. She really went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough for how quickly and willingly she resolved the issue. The guests really enjoyed their stay in the hotel. They enjoyed the breakfasts they offered in the lobby, which made for an easy Sunday brunch after our wedding day. They also have plenty of complimentary parking, which is also super helpful and appreciated. Although they didn't have a honeymoon suite or anything, the rooms on the first floor have higher ceilings than those on the other floors, which made our nights super quiet, as we didn't have to worry about hearing footsteps from above. They have a small meeting room, which they offered to let us use to get ready for our big day, but the rooms were lovely enough that we didn't have to take them up on their offer. We were also able to store the cake from our wedding day in the fridge in their office, which was super convenient so we didn't have to worry about cramming leftover cake in our room fridges after a long day. While checking in the representative at the front desk radio maintenance to room 321 because their toilet didn't flush was probably an indication we would have problems with this hotel. Get to our room no sticker on the door nor inside room that it has been cleaned or sanitized like other hotels are during this pandemic. Walk in it's just a regular room nothing I expected from a Marriott okay fine we are only here for a day is what I'm thinking. Use the sink there's NO hot water AND the sink is stopped up. Take a shower the water is draining slow clearly there's a plumbing issue with the hotel. I noticed the shower head had dried water residue on it which indicates it was not thoroughly cleaned, there's red marks on the tile like lipstick another indicator it has not been cleaned throughly. I turn around and noticed rust build up around the bottom floor, at this point I'm feeling like we are staying in a motel maybe a step above Motel6 or Super8. Lastly our toilet had to be flushed a couple of times too , could be a low water pressure toilet or just part of the existing problems with the entire hotel. Phone outside the elevator on the 2nd floor is sitting on a small table with rust on it. Looks like something they picked up from a yard sale. I now understand why the room was only $103 I'm very surprised and disappointed for a Marriott. read more

Came here for to work as a remote office one day. Fairly newer property, located off the 15 Freeway in Corona. Lots of free parking, and it appears that in the Non-COVID world they offer a free hot breakfast. On this visit it was just a grab and go bag. The property is very clean, and the employees all take the appropriate safeguards(masks, gloves as needed, plexiglass barriers). Like some other properties they do not label things as clean and sanitized, but the rooms are well kept, so bring your own disinfectant if you desire. The rooms are large, a separate sofa desk area, a small wet bar, and a generous sleeping area. The wifi is very good, so it made remote work so much easier. The business center is "closed" as are most of the common areas for now. My only downside is that while i enjoy a good cigar, at most properties smoking is either not allowed on the property, or the designated area is in "back" away from most customers. The smoking area at this property is right in front next to the hotel entrance, so i can see how some people may be turned off by this. Location may also be a challenge, which although right off the freeway, you still have a bit of a drive off the freeway exit to reach the property. It is located in a mixed use Residential/Commercial area, so there are not many walkable amenities nearby, but if you have a car there are many options. Overall a good stay, great value, and would definitely come back if i were in need of a room in the area. read more

Recently stayed here from August 28-29th with my daughter and her dad. My daughter is 9 month old and we were watching her crawl on the carpet and my partner noticed that there wa something in my daughters mouth. We found the back of a pin ( like from a brooch). My daughter could've been severely injured or worse had we not noticed it. I was pretty disappointed and make me feel that the room here aren't properly cleaned and vacuumed. I definitely won't be staying here again which bums me out because my partner and I also use this location for a night away. I often use my Marriott points to book here and I was sadly disappointed. read more

This is a nice little hotel if you find yourself in Corona overnight for some odd reason. Lovely views of the parking lot and freeway, which also provides some soothing white noise for an easy sleep. Strong air conditioning should you want it (it was 60 degrees when I came in on a fairly warm day), clean-looking sheets, floors, and bathroom. Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and soap, which was a classy touch. The lobby is large and easy-to-navigate, and the concierge was polite and helpful, inquiring about what brought me to the city and how my traffic was, and seemed sympathetic upon learning that it was savage. There's a little 'marketplace' to the left with a small fridge of beers and various snacks for sale and the dining area on the right, which seemed to have coffee available at all times. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. I wasn't there very long so didn't use too many of the amenities so can't speak to the comfortableness of the sofa or the channels on the TV, or if the coffee was any good or if the tap water seemed potable, but what I did see and utilize was fine, great even. The bathroom was simple and clean and I didn't have any problems with it and the bed was big and clean and the sheets felt fresh and crisp. Sometimes the hotel card key beeped a yellow but it would eventually beep a green and let me in. Sufficient parking, though uncovered, and a little tricky parking lot in which you might think that the first driveway entrance is the main one but you would be mistaken in doing so, as the second driveway entrance is really the main one and therein you will find the front door and large covered loading/unloading area. The breakfast was pretty good, the regular assortment of some hot foods: oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cold foods: yogurt, milk, some juices, and carbs: waffle-maker, english muffins, cereal, possibly bread, danish-type things, and some quite delicious bagels that were a bit chewy a la Lender's Bagels. There were some condiment-like choices such as butter, cream cheese, and Nutella, which was a nice upgraded option, and toppings for the eggs and oatmeal. As expressed in the photo descriptions, I was a little surprised that there wasn't any substantial meat options like bacon or sausages, and the only meat was the sausage bits in the gravy. Most people like some meat option. Anyway though, the sausage gravy was pretty good and so were the biscuits, kind of like KFC but not as fluffy. Yum. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Upon check out, the concierge lady remembered me and asked about the wedding and hoped that my commute back to the SF valley would be better than it was on the way here, and I appreciated her remembering me. Honesty this place as decent deals weekly however I feel like the customer service is pretty bad and room wasn't very clean either. When I spoke to the person upfront about them mistakenly giving me a two bed instead of one she got irradiated with me and kept saying well "well that's what you got." I know it's not what I got. When I got the room it said "1 guest, one bed." Even though it doesn't really matter because it should be a easy switch and I wasn't frustrated at all and I didn't mind switching out to another room she insisted it was my fault. I didn't argue with her and I just said "OK can we switch it please?" and she said "yeah but just so you know--- blah blah blah about how it's my fault" AGAIN and won't stop. Like ok it's the middle of covid on a Wednesday, it can't be that big of a deal to switch the room. The rooms are equal in price by the way so I don't know why she treated the situation like a interrogation, in front of a lobby full of people. I honestly just think she was bored. Lol Eventually she switched it. Anyways the room had decent decor, and was fine in quality however the TV remote and had some weird lotion like substance on it..... Pretty gross. Also the bathroom didn't have any soap for the sink, or basic hygiene products. The reason why I gave it more than one star is because the price was decent, but prepare to be interrogated by the lady up front if you decide to come. read more

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. This place is ran by poorly management. Carol the "Assistant Manager" is the most unqualified manager I have ever dealt with. I have called corporate to complain about interactions with her where she is flat out discriminating towards guests. The $20 deposit fee, every night is crazy on top of a $10 parking charge as well. You would think that it would be free parking considering how much you're paying just to stay there. The breakfast options during the week are the same (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, fruit and cheese). The only time it's switched up is on the weekends when they add waffles. Also not to mention this is a VERY loud hotel with sports teams constantly staying here making it VERY loud and crowed. I've stayed a few times where there's teams staying here and kids are running up and down the halls,stairs and running in and out of the elevator. It has taken almost three weeks since I have checked out of this hotel and still have not had ANY of my $20 deposits released back to me. read more

Came by the other night and noticed that this newer budget-oriented Marriott suites property, right off the I-15 freeway in a relatively commercial area. Check-in was pleasant and requested a room away from the freeway to minimize noise. The common areas were all quite nice and the room was relatively spacious. The suite did have a sofa bed, wet bar, and 2 closets. The blankets were on the thin side. Water pressure was good in the room. Wifi and breakfast were both free. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good for a budget property. read more

I just finished a 5 day, 4 night stay at this hotel and I have to say, I was very impressed! I've stayed at loads of Marriott hotels of varying brands since I was a little girl. My parents and I are super loyal. This is probably the BEST service i have ever received. Everyone who works here was super friendly and helpful! From the front desk people to the breakfast attendants to the housekeepers, everyone was always saying hi, asking me about my day and my visit, and always very polite. They also handled my Marriott app requests with no problems (sometimes they get ignored and I have to call or go to the desk myself) from check in to check out. Our 2 bed/pullout couch room was spacious! There was a mini fridge, microwave, and sink with a desk, couch, and 2 closets. There were USB ports for charging devices in the lamp. Plenty of lights and lamps. The bathroom toilet handle was a bit rough, but functional overall. I opted out of housekeeping for more Marriott points but they still would ask me if I needed any supplies when they came by my room. The hotel features very spacious gym with 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, a cycle bike, free weights, exercise balls, a big TV and little ones on each machine, water with cups, mirrors, and plenty of space to spread out. They even had yoga mats at the front desk to borrow! The pool has a hot tub with jets and was pretty generously sized for such a small hotel, plus they heated it to the perfect temperature. It's a shame it is outside though because it gets so windy it is impossible to keep it clean from debris 100% of the time :( but it was still usable and clean enough to be in. Breakfast features juice, milk, yogurts, eggs, pork sausage, baked items, cereal, lots of fresh fruits, and lots of spread choices. I was VERY pleased that they leave the coffee and tea and water supplies out all day at this location. It was so convenient! The front desk had a good variety of snacks and drinks and frozen meals in stock. The business center was easy to use and I never had to wait to use it. We will absolutely use this hotel again if we are ever in the area, and I highly recommend it. Thank you amazing staff if you ever read this!!!! read more

After calling the front desk and letting them know the situation, the front desk attendant had the audacity to ask me to TRAP ONE FOR HIM!!!! I am beyond words and completely and utterly DISGUSTED by this hotel!!! Itchy, blood stain clothes, zero sleep... The most foul situation I have ever been in!!
