We come to Norco several times a year for soccer tournaments. Usually we stay somewhere else but decided to try this hotel out because of its proximity to the fields. That is the only good thing about this place. Besides the beds being lumpy and the pool cutting our children's feet, our children were made to feel like delinquents their entire stay, they were even afraid to go downstairs to eat breakfast. Front desk agent, Conner, was a nightmare. He consistently made up lies about children disrupting other guests with no evidence to back it up, he could not pin point which children (if any) were the ones being disruptive. Each child on our team was in bed by 10pm each night, which happens to be when the hotels "quiet hours" go into place. The hotel has foosball tables, games and connect four in the lobby so children can play, he took the ball for the foosball table so the children couldn't even use them. Worst of all, he then blanket charged everyone in the hotel for the children being noisy during regular business hours! A nice woman, Meleny, at the front desk agreed these should be removed when we were checking out, but as soon as Conner got back into work the charges reappeared on our credit cards. Some families getting charged up to 650 dollars for using the pool and their kids being noisy when they weren't even at the hotel during these noise complaints, they were at a baseball game! This hotel needs to get this guy under control. Not only is he horrible to guests, now he's committing credit card fraud with people! read more

Came to Tru two times in the last year. The first time was during the Christmas Holidazeee and the second was this summer. Both times were a relaxing and quiet stay. Great atmosphere, lots of free parking, and eateries/coffee within walking distance. Tacos, Sushi, breakfast/burgers, Starbucks, and Dutch Bros. all within the same area. More than a continental breakfast each morning and a 24 hour coffee/tea bar/ice machines readily available. I wish they had a few more breakfast items (bacon, regular eggs, potatoes etc.) but still some good choices and they have an automated pancake maker (very fun!!!). Hotel offers a gym and small pool. Great classy food options close by or in the Corona area. I highly recommend this hotel! read more

I'm not sure if the gal who checked us in was Meleny, but the gal at the front reception is extremely exceptional. She was very professional, friendly and sweet. Thank you for a great, clean and safe place to stay. Everything is beyond great. Super clean establishment. Reasonable price. Clean pool. Breakfast was superb. It was delicious. They had delicious sausage. Eggs were cooked to perfection. Our stay was amazing, from check in to check out. The cleaning staff was very nice as well. The rooms felt big and were very clean. Let me just say that I love this place. I does have an issue checking on, but that was through zero fault of any of the staff I encountered. Someone had decided to link my stay with a member with the same last name. This lady name is common. There was no reason anyone should have done that, human or computer. The employee who checked me in (I wish I looked at his name so I could highlight him directly) did everything to fix the issue and was sincerely apologetic for the issue and the time it took to fix before check in could be completed. While waiting I took a minute to check out the place and it was very fun and welcoming. The furniture is more vibrant than most hotels, but it's also super comfortable. It was also nice to see some extensive beverage options (alcoholic and non) and some snack and light microwave meal options. Once I got p to my room I was heated by another more vibrant than most hotels environment. I really liked everything and it felt like home. Great bathroom. My favorite thing though, it was the bed! The sheets were amazing and the mattress was almost the best, icky beat by Sheraton. I'd someone from the hotel reads this and knows what kind of bed this is, I'd love to know! The bat products were very nice. I actually use them instead of what I brought. I was pleased. Every employee was very kind and welcoming. The free breakfast was very helpful too. Overall, I just love this place and wish I could have stayed longer. I'll be back next time I stay over in Norco! read more

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the front desk employee was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. One of my favorite things was the location...it was literally about 10 seconds away from Dutch Bros, which made grabbing coffee every morning so convenient. I have stayed at this hotel about 3 times now, normally it's great, clean rooms nice breakfast and quiet. However, my boyfriend and I stayed last night. We checked in around 330. Check in time is at 3pm. We check in with no problem. After about 20 mins in our room a man opens the door without any knock. It shocked us pretty bad. We I complained to the front desk I was told to speak with a manager in the morning. In the morning when my boyfriend spoke to the manager... the manager stated that it was the maintenance crew, they had no idea we checked up but that they do not a knock policy they can just walk in and there was nothing they can do about it. I'm sorry but what if they walked in a women changing or kids. I think that's absolutely ridiculous and a scary experience to have a MAN just walk into the room. Very disappointed and how they handled it. read more

I booked this hotel last minute over I believe Expedia or one of the booking sites hotel was quiet, sad friendly, and it looks like they would've had a good breakfast but unfortunately on Saturday it does not start until 7 AM and I was leaving quite a bit earlier than that. They did give me a bag to go. I did ask for a recommendation for dinner, and unfortunately, the staff is not live in the area. It could not provide one. The room is clean. It's very basic refrigerator, which was quiet a lamp, a small desk, a pipe to hand closing on and some hooks, I was able to plug my CPAP into a plug across the bed and it was a good thing. He brought an extension cord. There was an outlet on both sides of the bed but the side I normally sleep on it was blocked by a desk. The hotel has a nice machine has a nice store in the lobby or you could get food for a quick meal you are within walking distance of Bob's big boy and a coffee shop. Overall, if I was in this year again, I would consider staying here. The room was extremely clean and parking is free. read more

The single worst hotel experience of my life. I would strongly advise any family to avoid this property. My family of five -- including three young daughters -- had a confirmed, fully pre-paid reservation for the night of February 14. We completed digital check-in and were assigned a room. Upon arrival, the sole front desk employee, Connor, rejected my recently expired driver's license and refused every alternative: a digital passport, my wife's valid ID, and the physical credit card she used to book and pay for the room. I asked to add her to the reservation so she could check in. He refused. After seemingly exhausting every available option to resolve the situation, Connor told us we would need to forfeit our pre-paid room -- stranding my family at an away soccer tournament. As a last resort, I proposed forfeiting the room and having them immediately resell it to my wife, who was standing right there with valid ID and credit card. He again declined, citing a "waitlist." Apparently this hotel maintains a waitlist at 5 PM on check-in day, and that waitlist somehow takes priority over existing customers with pre-paid rooms. Friends of ours checked in earlier that evening with a similar ID issue and were accommodated without incident. Having remained calm throughout this entire exchange, I then expressed my frustration with Connor and his handling of the situation. He immediately ran to the back office to call the police, leaving a line of 15+ guests waiting with no staff for over 15 minutes. Upon his return, he claimed he had called his General Manager, Pedro Figueroa, for approval. That appears to have been false -- he had seemingly only called the police, who arrived shortly after. A sheriff's deputy (who was very nice and understanding) came and escorted my wife and three crying daughters out of the lobby in front of our friends and our daughter's soccer teammates. The deputy noted this was not his first call to this hotel involving Connor. The worst part: at 10:23 PM -- five hours after we were removed -- Hilton texted me that our room was ready and a digital key was active in my app. The room was never forfeited. There was no waitlist. It sat empty while we paid $420 for a replacement hotel, on top of the $280 we were never refunded. I sent a formal complaint to the GM a week ago. No response. I've escalated to Hilton corporate and my attorney. read more

My experience at Tru was wonderful, easily one of my favorite hotels. From top to bottom, the hotel is kept super clean. The soaps in the rooms are also really nice, I love the yellow one! Food here is good as well, and the tvs work really nice. There's a nice gym and even some pockets in the wall to sit and focus on work or a good book. If you're on the fence about coming here, take this as a sign to stay here :) read more

I stayed there over the Fourth of July weekend, and I experienced very rude treatment by the hotel manager, Christina, when I had asked about some fresh towels & such, only to get an answer back like well what are you saying. It's not that hard to understand, I needed towels. I also tried to address the fact that my sheets weren't changed, also to get the same response. Not only did I experience it, but I heard her talking to one of the cleaning ladies in a very rude unprofessional manner. I would have stayed longer, but because of Christina, who claims that she was the manager, & because I couldn't communicate my needs to her, I checked into a different hotel because I don't feel I should have to endure that at a hotel like the Hilton on vacation. You need to hire a new manager, one that knows what she's doing and one that can talk to people, especially her employees and guests. She seemed very unorganized and very unprofessional, and I feel very bad for the cleaning lady that she yelled at. read more

Amazing breakfast, clean and comfortable lobby equipped with a game room and holiday decorations. What won me over was the delightful assortment of consumables at the front desk. Truly amazing experience here, the Digital Key experience was the best one ever! Bypass the front desk, bypass everything, in and out, we kept extending our stay. It was so nice there! This was my second stay at the property, and unlike the first visit, the staff this time displayed unprofessional and inappropriate behavior on multiple occasions. These include: * Failure to accommodate basic guest needs (e.g., no alternative breakfast option for early check-outs despite being informed of our group's early schedule for a youth soccer tournament). * Unprofessional and aggressive conduct by a hotel employee toward children at the pool. * Dismissive and hostile behavior by staff during breakfast service. * Inconsistent amenity access (e.g., denial of hot chocolate that was previously provided without issue. Manager stated they put things away so children do not make a mess and also stated hot chocolate is only allowed during breakfast time). *Staff seemed very bothered by so many children around when there were hundreds of teams traveling to that area. Staff even took away games that are posted in pictures so they did not "break." The large connect four game was removed so our girls could not play with it. The staff's demeanor created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment for both adults and children, falling far below Hilton's brand standards. Hampton Inn down the road is 100x better with customer service. Recommend staying there. read more

they changed us for no reason and they would not let us use the gym even with an 18+ and do not go in the pool it gave us blisters on our feet I would rate this zero stars but I can't also they do wash the towels mine had a poop stain on it and they took away the foosball for no reason. read more
