I stayed at this hotel about a year ago for our anniversary, and I have to say, things have definitely gone downhill. They now require a $100 deposit every time you book or extend your stay. They claim it will be reimbursed or that it will just "disappear" from your account. How does that even make sense? We still haven't gotten our deposit back. The room was a good size with a comfy bed and large TV. Having a full sized kitchen was great! They provide dish towel, coffee, utensils, dishes, and soap for the dishwasher. Should you need extra, they will provide you with necessities downstairs. Also located inside the hotel is a self service laundry, a small gym, weekly housekeeping, and a tiny market in the lobby to purchase snacks and beverages. Please note, this is not a full-service hotel. If you are unable to fend for yourself, or do not want to, then go to the Ritz ha! Everhome provides all the hotel amenities that an able person needs 24 hours. I stayed here long enough to appreciate the hard work the entire staff is committed to. Thankful that everyone I encountered was very friendly - from management to property maintenance team. GM Anthony, Andrew, & the girls all were eager to ensure my stay was satisfactory. I got a hotel yesterday to hang with some friends and I saw that this brand new hotel was just barely opened so I decided to give it a shot. There are plenty of parking around the hotel so you won't have to worry about not finding a spot. Inside is beautifully done with the front desk looking exquisite. Checking in was super easy and quick. Inside my room I was amazed by how lovely it looked, it felt like I was at home. My room was nice and spacious and it comes with a king size bed, kitchen, electric stove top, fridge, dish washer, sink, utensils, pots and pans, coffee machine, closet, sofa, ottoman, pull out desk, tv, and microwave. You also get free WiFi to enjoy while you're in the hotel. The bathroom is nice and big with a huge shower and a big sliding glass door. Some rooms come with washer and dryer and on the first floor they also have an area for washing and drying your clothes. This is my first time in this area. And I was pleased to find a clean quiet and well-stocked hotel. The location is freeway close and has some food locations around it. The parking lot is easy to find a space. The rooms to have Wi-Fi but we did find the signal a bit weak. the check in was fast. And the staff was very friendly. The hotel has elevators. It has a large lobby and while it has no dining it has a food store. The room has a refrigerator, dishwasher cups plates, glasses, and paper towels. It also has a stove and sink. The bathroom is the tub shower combination. I did find that the showerhead was too high to reach and that the shower had no grab bars. The beds were comfortable. The room has blackout shades And the room is designed for an extended stay. Overall, this property was a great location and a good value. read more

This hotel for to be an extended stay at First was very pleasant. Azai stayed there on the 28th day. I was paying weekly and then sometimes daily on the 28th day. They decided to rent my room while I was already in my room and instead of them Letting me know the night before when I paid to just go ahead and pay for two days in advance, I wouldn't have had to leave my room and take all my belongings due to the fact that I didn't pay an advance so with that being said they don't they're not loyal to theircustomers because I had already been there almost a month so I should've been informed to just let Miss Jackie can you just pay extra day in advance because we have a soccer tournament out here in Corona and we don't want you to lose your room read more

Customer service was great and the room was nice! I'm used to rooms with kitchens having necessary supplies but not here. Remember to bring dish soap and a sponge. Upon arriving the impression was it is such a nice secluded hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and always being told good morning or good night when you see them or even just a friendly hello. The reason for 4 stars is the internet has 3 tiers. When I called to book I asked about the internet due to working from home and they stated that it is free (1st tier) but never mentioned the other ones. Connecting to the TV (Casting) is difficult and when I called to ask about it they did not know how to help. ONE MAJOR RED FLAG: When I was checking in on 11/17/2023 a lady needed a key to her room. The young lady at the front desk asked her what room was she in and the lady gave the number. She did not verify any information about who is in that room. Just gave her the key to the room. I've found myself in a position where i needed to travel to different areas in the vicinity which caused me to try many of the area hotels. In the end, I wish i had just stayed here the entire time. The rooms are immaculate, the hotel is very new so everything works. Laundry system was easy to use and text you when your clothes were done, clean pots and utensils in the room (no other hotel i stayed in can as that) and a dishwasher. That actually goes a long way. I get there and I'm like being discriminated by a black girl I believe her name was Nicole. Starts deviously checking my ID with my credit card. Starts giving me a side I asked me stupid questions and then charge me $100 and they don't want to give it back. The beds are very uncomfortable and barely had any kind of blanket to cover up. Clean and sophisticated. I've lived at Everhome Suites for 7 months as I looked for an estate home to purchase. The staff are nice and pleasant even the management firm who run the hotel from corporate. The only thing I do not like is the fact they allow pets. I have cooked great meals in my room. Ok maybe I just had a horrible experience with this hotel but here it goes. I just had nose surgery so I decided to stay here for a week to get a better rate. The first night I was so incredibly tired and the tv didn't work so I just went to sleep. When I awoke I noticed rose pedals on the ground and I thought oh how nice and welcoming. Then I noticed jizz stains all over the place! I started to become suspicious the roses were not for me. I looked at the cushion and it had cum all over it. The cleaning lady could have easily flipped the cushion! The shower was broke but that was okay because there were pubes all over the place. I slept in that bed, you guys!!! They fixed the beds you guys but did not clean up the jizz stains! Now I'm naturally laughing when I'm telling the manager Jolene and she's laughing. Then I stop laughing and I say to her, "you put me in the jizz room?!" She then offered me another room. No comp no apology not even a go fck yourself. Just another room. I made the mistake to stay here for work. It's a facade. The only nice thing is that the building is new. But it's starting to show signs of wear. And manager is terrible. Most people staying here are homeless or ghetto. People play loud music in their cars in the parking lot. Smoke and drink in the parking lot. Guest in the other rooms are loud at all hours. Unprofessional House keeping barges in rooms without knocking or waiting for you to answer or get dressed for that matter. Don't dare ask manager to speak to their house keeper or else! They only cover for them instead of trying to apologize and remedy the situation. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

It is convenient off the 15 freeway. They have room darkening curtains which is nice....but that is where it ends. When we checked in on Sunday, the room was still dirty. I wish i would have started taking pictures before i started cleaning the place! Our 3 yr old found a used condom wrapper and glass full of something yellowish orange liquid under the bed. There were cumbs in the couch, and I'm not sure the sheets were changed. The bathroom had something splattered all over the picture. The floor in the bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners. When we asked if they could at least vaccume the crumbs, they handed my husband a vaccume. The stove had something burnt all over it...and there was a short and curly hair in the fridge and something pink all over the ice trays. The bathroom door is a barn door on rollers, but they didn't mount it to the studs so it doesn't stay closed and doesn't open all the way. The toilet paper holder is loose from the wall and the fan never shuts off. Did I mention this was the second room we were in? Same issues, but the first room had a leak under the sink too! Honestly we tried for 5 days to get someone to clean the new room, every day we were told someone would be there the next day, today we leave a bad review. Don't waste your money, the front desk doesn't care, multiple residents have been heard loudly complaining about similar issues at the front desk. They blow off the customers like they are disturbing them and do nothing. They even threatened a black vetran in a wheelchair because he was being too loud with his complaints that have fallen on deaf ears for weeks! Speaking of wheelchairs, if you have one don't plan on going in the hallway while the housekeepers are cleaning rooms as they block the hall and don't move their carts when they see you coming. The freeway is loud, you would think that they would have invested in thicker walls being right next to a major freeway. Honestly with the way the hotel seems put together I would worry that it may collapse in an earthquake! We travel nationwide for work, NEVER have we had a hotel care so little about its customers, let alone corporate customers. read more

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. Bad customer service, called the hotel to see if we could check in earlier and the front desk hung up on us. Called back and the first thing the lady said was "what problem are you calling about" meaning they have a lot of complaints. Once we arrived to check in there was a sign that said "will return in 5 minutes" no one came back until 15-20 minutes. We got 2 rooms and the floors were filthy. There was dust and stuff sitting in the corners. As if they didn't vacuum or mop before. The shower and bathroom counters had hair like if someone shaved. The sink had stains from something being spilled and they didn't wipe it clean. The bed was the worst, the bed comforter gave my husband a burn on his elbow like a rug burn and it would squeak every time we would move. Do not stay here! read more

If I could give a no star, I would. I made a reservation to stay one night. This last Tuesday. I had planned on checking in about 4 pm. On my way home from LA , at a gas station, I got car jacked! Two men approached me and it was a battle. I ended up going to the hospital for observation, as my head was hit hard. The Doctor released me the next day and I called the hotel to tell them what had happened. I figured under the circumstance, they could change my reservation. It was about 6:45 pm and at the Corona location, a very insensitive, young female who I assume was working the front desk, simply said, "We are Igoing to charge you card anyways." Not one bit of concern for me. No human emotion what so ever. I was appalled this young girl didn't ask if I was okay, or anything!!!" She just wanted to make sure I knew whatever happened she could care less, and they were charging me for the night I didn't get a chance to stay there. She made me feel bad. The single king bed room was like a studio apartment. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Every so-called clean towel I touch had several strands of hair attached to it. When I folded the bed spread down, i encountered more hair. When I had to move a very heavy mattress just to plug the lamp back up, I encountered hair and Orange peelings behind the bed and dresser. I went to the front desk to retrieve clean hairless towels and ran into more hair. When I showered and was done, the whole entire bathroom floor was covered in water. Mind you, the shower door was closed when I showered. 1st floor halls smell of urine and stale carpet. I EXPECTED WAYYYYY more from a newly built hotel.
