I made plans with some family members to go to Glen Ivy Hot Springs, we were looking for a hotel that would be nearby. After looking at the photos of Home2Suites Hilton Hotel in Corona , CA we decided to book the trip. The hotel was clean, it felt newer, the rooms are suites so you get a kitchen, living room and bedroom areas for what seemed like a reasonable price. We stayed two nights. Breakfast is served each morning and there were different options each day. I have to do a big shout out to the front desk clerk, Dennis. He was so friendly, helpful and really seemed like he went out of his way to make us feel welcome, answer questions and help with whatever we needed. You don't find that too often these days. He is a real asset to this hotel. We had a nice time while staying here. The hotel is right next door to a big outdoor mall. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby and some a short drive from there. My only complaint was that the website showed photos of a beautiful firepit. We were looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying this and while we were there a lady working there couldn't get it to turn on. Another worker tried too, they couldn't get it to turn on. It wasn't working the second evening either. When I asked a different worker if it was finally working, that person said "On yeah that thing never seems to work. I thought to myself....... Well maybe they should hire someone to repair it since it's one of the main photos in their ad that draws you in on how nice this place is, but I didn't say anything. I do think if a hotel has something nice like this, they should be maintaining the property and have it working on a regular basis. Good customer service, every staff member we came across was nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good, Friday morning we had bacon, egg and potatoe wedges. Sat morning they had smoked sausage link cut up and cheese omelette along with potatoe wedges, both days also have bagels, muffins and toast. They also have a juice station with orange, apple and cranberry juice available. There is a waffle maker and batter that was quick to make. Room was very spacious, we had the 1 king bed suite. Room was clean and able to fit 4 people no problem, with the fold out bed. Kitchen area had a coffee machine, tea was available too. Amazing stay. Easy making reservation online. They have several categories of discounts including senior rates. Easy check in. Although I think it would be helpful to offer more information at that time ie, explaining that housekeeping is every other day. Actually we stayed Friday to Monday and housekeeping did not empty our trash during that time but the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful when I communicated with them. Overall the hotel is clean, decor is beautiful, and it smells amazing. From the moment you walk in and throughout the hotel there's the most wonderful smell. The free breakfast has fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal, self serve waffles, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, pastries, self serve toast. Plenty of seating including two patios in the front. My only suggestion would be more lower seating options for seniors or perhaps persons with disabilities. Many of the tables were high top. I used the washer and dryer for $3 per load and that was helpful. I used the fitness center. Treadmills, bikes, and free weights. Parking is $10. I'd definitely stay again. I am really torn about this hotel. It opened in like 2020, but it's showing some wear and tear like it's 8 years old. It's a nice modern hotel and I honestly like it. There's just some negatives that drop my score down to a 3 and a half star review. I did round up to a four because my kids really enjoyed staying here, and because I hate giving low scores. Especially, if it might be that one room that we unfortunately got that was the bad seed. Pros: Next to a mall and Trader Joe's Clean and modern Nice amenities Nice breakfast set up Freeway close Service is great Room was clean Cons: Towels in room felt like 100 grit sandpaper, and they are kinda small Went to the pool 3 times. Never any towels Broken items and wear and tear in room. (Torn couch pillows, broken lamp, soap dispenser fell off wall, broken outlet) Overall, a great experience here, minus the little broken things and the towel situation. My wife and I stayed here for two nights when we visited Glen Ivy (less than 4 miles away). The only hiccup we had was that we arrived for our 3:00 PM Check-in at 3:25PM. Preciosa was polite but informed us that the room wouldn't be ready for a half hour. We were able to check in at 4PM. The room and hotel were clean, quite, and in a great location. You can walk to a great outdoor mall area with entertainment, several food options, movie theater, bowling alley, an Italian market (good sandwiches (cheap) and gelato) and a Trader Joes. There is also a large pond where they hold concerts. read more

From the moment we checked in, our experience was excellent. We requested a room on the first floor, and they delivered it! The room itself (a queen suite with pull-out sofa bed) was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with plenty of shelf space and cabinets. The kitchenette actually WAS a functioning mini-kitchen, with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and even ceramic plates and bowls! Plus, the sink, soap, and sponge to wash them! The man at the front desk when we checked in, Alex, was very friendly and helpful: after we went into our room and realized we needed to request sheets for the pull-out bed, I walked right out to Alex, asked him for some, and he had them ready for me in less than a minute - cleaned, and organized in a sanitary zipped-up bag, ready for use. The pool was kept clean and at a good temperature and was stocked with plenty of towels! As it was 100 degrees in Corona when we checked in, that pool felt delightful! We only had one night's stay, so we did not get a chance to use their excellent-looking workout room, or their available laundry service. The free breakfast included make-your-own fresh mini-waffles, which is something I've never encountered at a hotel before. Very nice! When we checked out, a friendly gentleman named Dennis helped us and was very helpful and thorough. I really enjoyed chatting with him. I have to applaud both Alex and Dennis. When you deal with that many strangers who come to you tired, frustrated, and anxious to get to their rooms, or get on the road again, and you still keep an amazingly happy demeanor and happy face, you're doing something right! read more

There were a bunch of black hairs all over the bathroom floor that I had to clean up. I could not believe they charged us $75 for one night for our 5 pound dog who doesn't bark or cause any accidents. The front desk guy was not very friendly. Avoid Room 112. Flea-infested. Apparently a pet-friendly hotel. Booked a room here for two nights. Stayed October 8-10, 2024. Great location and good complimentary free breakfast. However, fleas were in and around the bathroom and kitchenette just after you enter the room (112). General Manager says cannot do a refund since it was booked through 3rd-party and offered a free-stay for future use instead. I declined given my experience. GM said will try and reach out to 3rd-party to work something out and give me a call. GM has not reached out yet since then. P.S. As I was about to drive off the property, my ankle was itching. I checked and found fleas on my socks. I was wearing black socks and shoes so they are difficult to see. I decided to remove my socks and threw them in the trash along with the shoes. read more

I stayed for one night in a king suite. The place felt very spacious and comfortable. It was quiet and I did not hear any noise through the walls. The heating and cooling unit was also pretty quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room felt clean. There was a place to cook and the refrigerator was decent sized. The only con was that the bathroom had a bar door that was a bit heavy to pull back and forth. The breakfast was okay- a mix of cereal, yogurt, bread, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. There is plenty of parking and it is located next to many shopping amenities, including Trader Joe's. read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Corona in part because state of the great accommodations we had at Home2. We booked one room on Expedia, then added one for our son when we arrived. The front desk clerk was nice and made check in simple. The hotel is very clean and the rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of the dining and entertainment hub in Corona and everything is walking distance. The rates are reasonable and we liked the free breakfast buffet! During our move, we had to stay in an extended type of hotel and chose Home2 Suites by the Hilton in Corona. It was a lovely suite with pots, a stove top, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, colander, and even a dish sponge and dish soap. The beds were clean and comfy. The shower has excellent water pressure and didn't take long to heat up to temperature. The shampoo and conditioner-- AMAZING! Left my hair feeling so soft! The morning breakfasts were great as a busy mom on the go! There's a gym, laundry mat and pool. There's also a Trader Joe's next door to grab all the essentials to make meals in your suite and if you didn't feel like cooking -- Dos Lagos, right next door has tons of restaurants and shops. What a hidden gem. This place is amazing!. We arrived about 10pm, where by Amas check us in and then walked me over to preview the room. I loved it right away. It was very clean with all the amenities. I felt great about the room bc it was so big. There was a full kitchen, and a through the room window are The Shops at Los Lagos .Amazing view. Lots to do. I stayed for a night. I spoke with Dennis who went above and beyond for me. He then got the Manager Michelle. She greeted us and we thanked her for a really good time. We now have a home away from home and we will definitely be going back to this hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel for anything. Attention pet owners they have a Doggy spot with grass and a very nice one. They also have a front patio and a dining area outside both gated as well. The customer service is wonderful, everyone is very nice. I liked the cleanliness of the room and amenities. I disliked the fact you can hear everything that is going on in the rooms next door, the walls are very thin. I went during a busy season (I assume) I informed the front desk the noise was out of control, unfortunately they were unable to change my room but perhaps they need to assign rooms accordingly to each group and occasion. We had s rough start. When we walked in we immediately noticed there was sugar on the counter and the cooktop was gross and sticky. We went back down to the desk and someone came up immediately while we walked over to Trader Joe's. When we came back everything was clean and nice. My friends tried again and they still couldn't find it. Turns out they had misspelt our names (simple names). Then my fiancées dad tried to confirm booking and was charged way more than the rate was - plus we'd arranged to take care of the cost with the hotel. The hotel had also misspelt the email address. The amount of issues we had with this hotel is insane. They didn't get one single thing right and it was a very embarrassing experience in front of our friends and family. I said to my fiancé that we need to get the heck out of this hotel. The added stress and humiliation - which went on for WEEKS and WEEKS is certainly nothing anyone would want for their wedding. Staying overnight anywhere can be a hit or miss. Thankfully Hilton Corona made a big eventful weekend a breeze for guests this past weekend. I've never stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but this hotel is excellent for long-term stays as each non-smoking room includes a well-stocked kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, induction burner cooktop, and full-sized refrigerator), sofa bed, ottoman, ergonomic desk chair, plenty of shelving, and a rolling utility table. They also offer free continental breakfast from 6:00 - 9:30 am (weekdays/weekends may have slight change in time), free parking (with EV chargers!), accessible amenities, AND are dog-friendly! Shout-out to Sophia! My friend was having her wedding nearby, so she had a room block for this past weekend. The bridal group had formed a small line when we all entered together. As Sophia began assisting my friend first, a woman walked down the hall on the first floor and stood slightly behind from me. I had a pretty good idea of what was going on. It took a bit of time to get my friend checked-in, but as soon as she was done, the woman behind me bid the bride-to-be congratulations and immediately stepped forth asking Sophia to assist her immediately as she was in the middle of working and wanted a room change because the elevators were too loud. I totally saw this coming and wasn't in the mood to protest, so I just waved for her to go ahead. However, Sophia, (bless her heart!) not having any of that, very professionally asked her to kindly step aside to wait first and she will get to her as soon as she is able to. The woman clearly did not expect that response and exasperatedly said she will just wait in her room. Such outstanding guest services by Sophia! It was a rather long drive for me to get to Corona and standing outside for rehearsal at the venue was draining especially when it was 100°F or about 38°C, so I was really relieved and touched to receive stellar service from Sophia. She assisted us all with a gentle smile, incredible kindness, and the utmost patience. At the time of our stay, Home2 Suites had Neutrogena products (love their pleasantly light and clean-scented body wash - must be their Rain Bath shower gel!) and provided Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf products (many guests said the chamomile tea was really nice)! The complimentary breakfast bar was pretty impressive. I'm not going to go into detail because you just have to check yourself in here and come early for their offerings. I only wish I could have eaten more! I had to hold back because I didn't want to be burping in my make-up artist's face or be bloated in my dress. *sweat drop* P.S. If you are calling in to book/reserve a room, make sure you call the actual landline to the hotel or else you will be routed to their off-shore call center. P.P.S. Very nice hotel! I stayed here while on a trip and enjoyed my stay. For a bonus, this hotel is next to a Trader Joe's so it makes it very convenient to get a snack or other breakfast items. There are also a lot of restaurants and shops walking distance or a short drive away. The parking lot is large as well. I didn't eat breakfast either day, I am gluten free so breakfast is usually harder for me but they do have free breakfast. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. read more

It was just okay. - when we checked in, the employee didn't seem to want to be there. He didn't explain anything and I had to think of questions to ask. First was he told me to pay but it was 100$ more than my original booking. Only at that point did he explain that was hold charge until checkout. Then he asked if we'd been there before and we said no. No info followed that question when it should of. We got to the room, and couldn't figure out why the lights didn't work. After feeling around at 1am, we realized you have to put your room key during your entire stay in this box to make the lights work. Probably a good thing to bring up, as I've never seen that. - there are barn doors on the bathroom, which is strange. Those should only be on Closets in my opinion. The glass shower door was broken and worked squeal very loudly as you closed it. Again, it's an okay place trying to a fancy residence inn, but Hilton owns that too, so I don't know why Home2 exists. read more

So far I have no complaints. It's been wonderful. The staff has been really pleasant. They allowed me to check in about a hour early which was. The pool was relaxing. My niece really enjoyed the pool. I really enjoyed shopping in the area. There are quite of few places to eat. They also have a shuttle that comes around every 20 minutes to take you around if you don't want to walk. Overall I'd I'm ever in the area I will definitely stay here. read more

So we thought we booked here for my family to stay overnight while I gave birth at a hospital nearby. Instead my husband booked the same brand hotel but in riverside. We acknowledged the problem upon check-in and the Corona hotel was beyond accommodating. At an additional charge we stayed there. The staff was friendly however the housecleaning was not up to par. Let's just say, I barely slept. There was food left in the fridge and the burner knobs were dirty. Small things like that make me scared of what else can be found beyond surfaces. Even though the bathroom seemed clean, a strong smell of urine kept attacking my nose. I don't know if it was because I was weirded out or not but I took a shower with shoes on because I was so scared. On the day of my c-section, I was exhausted but sadly happy not to have to spend another night there. Surface level everything seems great but if your a thorough person such as myself (as it pertains to cleaning) this might not be the best fit for you and your family. read more

This is my 3rd stay at this location. Great location in Corona, walking distances to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Check out the nearby pizzas spots, there's a reasonably priced one nearby super small but good pizza, I can't remember the name off the back of my hand, they advertise beer and wine. Management at this hotel is very friendly. I feel as if their customer service welcomes me home. On 4/26 around 830am I was greeted by two friendly staff members and their conversational skills are well tuned. It's hard to break the awkward feeling of first talking to someone and it was great. Rooms are clean. Dishes look clean but I am always worried about things I eat on so they provide all the soaps I just washed some just to be safe. read more

My wife and I stay at your hotel when we come to town because it is close to family in the area. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. This was the first time that we were completely disappointed. The lobby entrance was dirty, each elevator was dirty and even had liquid spilled on the inside of the doors and you could see the drips half of the way down the door. Our room was what really got us. Taking our socks off and getting in the shower 3 to 5 mins later and black dirt came off of my feet each night! My wife and I like cleanliness, and this was far from it. If the floor is that dirty, how bad is the bedding?? We couldn't wait to get out! So disappointed! We asked Monday morning for our room to be cleaned and serviced and were told that we were on the list. When we returned that night nothing had been done. Again, such bad service from a Hilton! This used to be a nice hotel but after last night this is one to avoid. I made reservation two hours previous was told it wasn' t full. When I went to room there were fumes. I tried to ignore. After 45 minutes I couldn't and spoke to Alexis. She said there was nothing else unless someone canceled. I told her I couldn't sleep in room. She said she would check me out .since I just paid $214.00 for room, nonrefundable and I was far from home I didn't I stayed downstairs reading and hoping for a cancellation. When I next looked up there was different woman there who said she didn't know I was was waiting and had given rooms away. Eventually I sat in hallway with a chair most of night.might was short as before 5:30 am people were running up, down outside stairs and still doing it now at 6:30 AM Fumes are bad also. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! We are here for a wedding, have all blocked rooms. Last night around midnight a man tried to get into our hotel room with AN ACTIVIATED KEY! That the front desk gave him!!!!!! Then at 12:30 the manager and the man come back up to our room, the manager asks to see our paperwork stating it is the gentlemen room! Mind you this is a Thursday. We checked in at 3pm that day and have the room until Saturday , its 12:30 at night and the manager is asking for our paperwork for the room and was telling us it's the mans room! After we told her we have blocked rooms for a wedding she left. Of course we couldn't sleep the rest of the night! Also!!! My wife and I reserved this room, weeks prior ro our arrival at Home2 Suites (H2S) in Corona, CA. We reserved 3 days; Thursday Friday and Saturday-June 4th, 5th & 6th, at this hotel. We travelled from the state of Nevada and arrived at H2S around 10:00 p.m. on the night of June 4th. We checked in at the desk with Jeremiah, the front desk clerk and went to our room, #328, longing to get a good night's sleep. As we entered room 328, we immediately noticed that on the coffee counter, there were coffee packets, creamer and sweeteners, but no coffee maker. I decided to call the front desk to ask for one, to be able to have coffee in the morning. As I spoke with Jeremiah, my eyes panned the surface of the night stand-where the phone sat and I noticed there was a thick layer of dust, mixed with animal hair of some type on the telephone and night stand. I was in conversation with clerk Jeremiah during this moment, so I added this new discovery to my request. When I hung up the telephone, my wife stated to me that there were either dog or cat hair on the pillows. At first, I thought she might be looking at a short human hair or two, which, though it says something about the lack of attention to detail, but I did not expect actual animal hair all over the pillows we were to lay our heads upon. This then prompted further scrutiny of the room, as we were now a bit apprehensive to stay in it. I made another call to the front desk and expressed our reluctance to staying in room #328 and asked to cancel our stay, due to our discoveries. I went down to the front desk and there was another clerk, Briahna Demaio, whom had just started her shift, after Jeremiah had finished his. It now was 11:00 p.m. By now, we were more exhausted than we were when we arrived. Briahna was oblivious about what we had experienced and was very apologetic after I explained it to her and showed her photos of what we had found. She then offered to give us another room, so we accepted her offer, we were even more exhausted at this point. Briahna then escorted my wife and I, up to room #300. We followed Briahna up and as we entered this room, Briahna herself, could already see the lack of cleanliness left behind by housekeeping. It looked as though housekeeping had made it to appear there had been work done in the room, when in fact, it was as bad, if not worse than #328. Now, after all of what we had in 328, then in 300, were convinced it was time to go somewhere else. Briahna then offered yet, a third room, which we declined. She gave us back a refund for a 3-day stay, though we have not received our initial "hold amount" of $227. I expect it back as well. I checked into this hotel because I was on travel for work . And it was staffed with inexperienced young age girl at front desk to check you in . I was in line to check in for 20 minutes because a guest was complaining about their room and what it didn't have and the telephone doesn't work in it so she had to walk down to the front desk to get in touch with services . It's a nice hotel EXCEPT there is NO IRON , NO IRONING BOARD in the rooms. I didn't think to ask, before checking in if there is an iron in the room because most hotels have iron and ironing board . So I get to the room after making 3 trips out to my car to carry in my suitcase, bag, computer, dress and shoes for business meeting the next day but when I seen there was no Iron I picked up the phone to CALL FRONT DESK but my PHONE WAS DEAD NOT WORKING , so I had to walk up to front desk and ask for amenities that are common in a hotel room a working phone, and iron and board . She said they don't have them in the room , and I was so exhausted after that. So I said , I'm out . I told her I was there 30 minutes I didn't use anything in the room but a towel to wash my hands when I was in there and I want a refund and I will go down the street . The time I checked in everything was closed dry cleaner, store . I call Tiffany manager of hotel , it takes me 3-4 days later to get in touch with her and she said she would credit my stay and give me another night with hotel but that hasn't happened . It's been 5 months and I've called and left messages but she doesn't return my call. That is way I'm giving a 2 star because of management . Michael greeted us and was very friendly and professional, after check in we received text from Michael inquiring if we were comfortabl or needed anything.. the room , a one bedroom suite was the largest suite at a Home2 suites I've ever stayed in, very spacious and clean, with everything you'll need for a stay. Breakfast was good with a good amount of variety, with a lot of sitting area. Will definitely be back. read more

The hotel itself is very nice, very clean. I slept on the pull-out couch bed and it wasn't insanely squeaky (a problem I've had before, everytime you move in your sleep you wake yourself up). The real strength of this place is the amazing staff. We particularly had a good experience with Shannon at the front desk, very helpful and sweet. But all the staff was very nice and accommodating. First off, the hotel in itself is contemporary and beautiful. Lobby is bright and welcoming, with lots of places to sit and plenty of outlets to charge electronic devices. Check-in was ready and the staff were pleasant. $200 hold fee for credit cards by the way (I only stayed one night). My suite/studio was spacious. There's a living room area w/ couch and pullout bed and curtain to separate the bedroom area. Tons of counter space and dressers. Kitchen area is complete and full of up-to date amenities. Bathroom is nice and updated. Big television with easy input set-ups (for those with gaming systems/Yeah I'm a traveling gamer). Beautiful view of the mountains. I have no complaints whatsoever. The hotel was very clean and the room was roomie enough with lots of space to put things. The staff was very helpful except for the person who checked me in. As I checked in he seemed distracted or just not all with it, he informed me that there was breakfasts in the lobby on weekends so Saturday I could come and eat, then he gave me the keys and sent me to my room. I went next door and bought breakfast fixings then went to my room. When I got to the room I noticed he gave me 3 keys (I asked for 2) which I thought was odd. After 10 minutes of trying to get the lights to work and the TV to turn on I called down to see where the switch was I was missing. I was informed (rather rudely) that the extra key was for a slot near the door that activated the electricity for the room. The next morning, after I had breakfast I went downstairs and found that breakfast was served EVERY MORINING. As I said, except for that one person, the hotel was fine. read more
