I am really torn about this hotel. It opened in like 2020, but it's showing some wear and tear like it's 8 years old. It's a nice modern hotel and I honestly like it. There's just some negatives that drop my score down to a 3 and a half star review. I did round up to a four because my kids really enjoyed staying here, and because I hate giving low scores. Especially, if it might be that one room that we unfortunately got that was the bad seed. Pros: Next to a mall and Trader Joe's Clean and modern Nice amenities Nice breakfast set up Freeway close Service is great Room was clean Cons: Towels in room felt like 100 grit sandpaper, and they are kinda small Went to the pool 3 times. Never any towels Broken items and wear and tear in room. (Torn couch pillows, broken lamp, soap dispenser fell off wall, broken outlet) Overall, a great experience here, minus the little broken things and the towel situation. The staff can be a little more attentive with breakfast tho. The waffle batter and bacon ran out and there was no quick response to that issue.

Avoid Room 112. Flea-infested. Apparently a pet-friendly hotel. Booked a room here for two nights. Stayed October 8-10, 2024. Great location and good complimentary free breakfast. However, fleas were in and around the bathroom and kitchenette just after you enter the room (112). General Manager says cannot do a refund since it was booked through 3rd-party and offered a free-stay for future use instead. I declined given my experience. GM said will try and reach out to 3rd-party to work something out and give me a call. GM has not reached out yet since then. P.S. As I was about to drive off the property, my ankle was itching. I checked and found fleas on my socks. I was wearing black socks and shoes so they are difficult to see. I decided to remove my socks and threw them in the trash along with the shoes.

I stayed for one night in a king suite. The place felt very spacious and comfortable. It was quiet and I did not hear any noise through the walls. The heating and cooling unit was also pretty quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room felt clean. There was a place to cook and the refrigerator was decent sized. The only con was that the bathroom had a bar door that was a bit heavy to pull back and forth. The breakfast was okay- a mix of cereal, yogurt, bread, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. There is plenty of parking and it is located next to many shopping amenities, including Trader Joe's.

Bench with a table in the pet area. Nice

What a hidden gem. This place is amazing!. We arrived about 10pm, where by Amas check us in and then walked me over to preview the room. I loved it right away. It was very clean with all the amenities. I felt great about the room bc it was so big. There was a full kitchen, and a through the room window are The Shops at Los Lagos .Amazing view. Lots to do. I stayed for a night. I spoke with Dennis who went above and beyond for me. He then got the Manager Michelle. She greeted us and we thanked her for a really good time. We now have a home away from home and we will definitely be going back to this hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel for anything. Attention pet owners they have a Doggy spot with grass and a very nice one. They also have a front patio and a dining area outside both gated as well. The outside amenities don't just include the dog area and pool area but, actually being a part of Los Lagos means a lot. You walk out into it. You are as close to a car as you ca

We had s rough start. When we walked in we immediately noticed there was sugar on the counter and the cooktop was gross and sticky. We went back down to the desk and someone came up immediately while we walked over to Trader Joe's. When we came back everything was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and the 3 pillows were great. Dennis at the front desk makes everyone feel welcome. He's a great representative for the Hilton brand! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Great location if you're visiting Glen Ivy.

Good news! The second deposit was refunded! I was frustrated initially but relieved that the issue resolved itself.

Staying overnight anywhere can be a hit or miss. Thankfully Hilton Corona made a big eventful weekend a breeze for guests this past weekend. I've never stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but this hotel is excellent for long-term stays as each non-smoking room includes a well-stocked kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, induction burner cooktop, and full-sized refrigerator), sofa bed, ottoman, ergonomic desk chair, plenty of shelving, and a rolling utility table. They also offer free continental breakfast from 6:00 - 9:30 am (weekdays/weekends may have slight change in time), free parking (with EV chargers!), accessible amenities, AND are dog-friendly! Shout-out to Sophia! My friend was having her wedding nearby, so she had a room block for this past weekend. The bridal group had formed a small line when we all entered together. As Sophia began assisting my friend first, a woman walked down the hall on the first floor and stood slightly behind from me. I had a pretty good idea of what was going on. It took a bit of time to get my friend checked-in, but as soon as she was done, the woman behind me bid the bride-to-be congratulations and immediately stepped forth asking Sophia to assist her immediately as she was in the middle of working and wanted a room change because the elevators were too loud. I totally saw this coming and wasn't in the mood to protest, so I just waved for her to go ahead. However, Sophia, (bless her heart!) not having any of that, very professionally asked her to kindly step aside to wait first and she will get to her as soon as she is able to. The woman clearly did not expect that response and exasperatedly said she will just wait in her room. Such outstanding guest services by Sophia! It was a rather long drive for me to get to Corona and standing outside for rehearsal at the venue was draining especially when it was 100°F or about 38°C, so I was really relieved and touched to receive stellar service from Sophia. She assisted us all with a gentle smile, incredible kindness, and the utmost patience. At the time of our stay, Home2 Suites had Neutrogena products (love their pleasantly light and clean-scented body wash - must be their Rain Bath shower gel!) and provided Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf products (many guests said the chamomile tea was really nice)! The complimentary breakfast bar was pretty impressive. I'm not going to go into detail because you just have to check yourself in here and come early for their offerings. I only wish I could have eaten more! I had to hold back because I didn't want to be burping in my make-up artist's face or be bloated in my dress. *sweat drop* P.S. If you are calling in to book/reserve a room, make sure you call the actual landline to the hotel or else you will be routed to their off-shore call center. P.P.S. Don't forget to pack a bathing suit to lounge/swim in their saline pool! P.P.P.S. Lastly, there's a freaking Trader Joe's right next door. Need I say more?

My MIL always says we should stay in their house but having two toddler boys and a 10yr old boy is madness at times. This is the best way to contain them lol. The rooms are equipped with a wet bar and sink in the living area and then a shower and toilet in the bathroom with the sink and vanity separately (at the foot of the bed). This is probably my only gripe cause its impossible use the vanity area without disturbing everyone. The gym is clean and 24hrs. The pool is clean and kids like it which helps in the heat of the desert. It would be nice if they offered a little more of a customer service style room service though. Makes it a little challenging when it's 11pm and you need something like pillows, towels or TP and have to go to the front desk yourself with little ones. The lobby has some pretty good munchie food to get you through the night since there isn't a kitchen service. Ot the healthiest options, but definitely comes in clutch! Staff is and has always been nice, professional and helpful. The overnight shift is probably not used to a lot of customer interaction but they are pretty patient with me and my late night energy and munchy needs lol.

Instead, it was one of the most stressful and irritating experiences I've had in a long time. I had the most unrestful sleep imaginable. The guests in the room above us were constantly stomping and blasting their TV. I called the front desk to ask them to intervene, but absolutely nothing was done about it. The issues started before I even arrived. Two days prior, I called to confirm my booking and was told everything was set. When I called again right before arrival, I was suddenly told my booking didn't exist. Though they eventually found it, it left me incredibly uneasy. When I finally arrived--exhausted and desperate to lie down--it took nearly 25 minutes of total confusion. The two older ladies at the front desk explicitly stated they didn't know how to check me in, leaving us just standing there. Also, the second floor hallway had a pungent, powerful marijuana odor permeating from outside of the rooms. To make matters worse, breakfast both mornings was barely lukewarm. The entire dining area was completely disorganized, and the staff seemed utterly confused about what they were supposed to be doing. From the messy administrative errors to the lack of basic noise control and cold food, the customer service here is entirely lacking. If you are looking for a peaceful, restful stay, look elsewhere. I will not be returning~~~~~~

It's near many restaurants/fast food chains and supermarkets so no worries about having to travel far. Parking lot doesn't look too big but was occupied by many cars already though there were still a few parking spaces available. The lobby is clean and open with a water dispenser with lemon slices. I was hoping to refill my water bottle but there's a sign that says to not do that but rather use the plastic cups to the side if you want water. There are 3 floors but ONLY 1 elevator and it's slow. Faster to walk the stairs though its located on either end of each floor. Imagine the hotel busy and waiting for the elevator. Eeek. The hallway and stairways are clean. Our room with 2 Queen size beds is a decent size though a little narrow eith limited walk space. There is a long bench to put your luggage(s) on or for you to sit on. The back wall where the bench is there are square hooks to hang your purse or clothing items. There is a small dresser part of the desk and a small closet/armoire with somw hangers, iron and an iron board. There are many dimmed lights options within the room. There are switches under the TV, by the bed stand, and 1 by the closetn but I like the table light (3 settings) better to act as night light as its dimmer and doesnt brighten up the room. The bathroom is very spacious. The tub has a grip mat to prevent falling and there are complimentary Dove brand hair care and hand wash & lotion. The water pressure is strong and the hot water is hot! What I like is that there is a bathroom fan that is strong enough to suck away the moist after a shower. It's loud but it does its function. Most hotel rooms don't even have the fan. The bed is good, not great. Not soft but not firm. The pillows though are very fluffy. I like that the linens are clean and pretty white as I did not see any stains. Complimentary breakfast is good though I wish they had bacon on the weekends as they only had it on Friday. The rest of the weekend was turkey or pork sausages instead. There's a variety of hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, cheese egg Omelette, bacon, sausages, biscuit and gravy) options with bread, english muffins, muffins and including a pancake machine. They also have a small fridge with Oikos yogurt (strawberry/ blueberr/vanilla flavors), organic valley milk )regular/chocolate milk), and SILK brand milk with a juice machine. A coffee station is available all day including a basket of fruits (apples/bananas/oranges) on the table for you to grab. The eating area is small though I didn't experience any issues with getting a table during my 4 days/3 nights there. Service at the front desk is good though my interaction was to request a pool towel only. My husband managed the check in and check out but he didnt complain so I guess all is good. The gated outdoor swimming pool & hot tub area is small with a few lounge chairs and 2 tables. But good enough for little kids to enjoy during their stay. I would definitely return to this hotel if our hockey tournament requires us to. It it kind of farther to the rink where we have to be compare to another hotel where we usually stay.

The location is right off the 91 so it's centrally located to wherever you're going in Riverside. The two places for improvement would be (1) for them to have more non-pork options for breakfast (turkey bacon at least) and (2) addressing some of the rooms which showed notable signs of age and wear--particularly the bathrooms (sink, shower). I would take off half a star but yelp only allows whole stars. So it's either a 4 or 5. Quite frankly, I think the customer service a hospitality outweighs a few cosmetic issues in the vanity. So 5 stars it is! Besides, they appeared to be renovating several of the rooms so I trust they will have them all done by the next time we come. What we liked about this location was that the room was spacious and clean, the AC worked well and kept us cool, the bathroom products were nicer, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast foods were good. This site has an interesting layout for a two queen room; the bar counter area separates the two beds in a way that makes each bed not visible to the other when laying down; this would be highly appealing for individuals who want a bit of privacy and are sharing a room. Additionally, this is an excellent location for bringing a dog since they do not overcharge, and they have reasonably good pet relief areas. What we did not like about this location started at check in. Our check in person was not friendly or warm; she spoke in somewhat of a monotone, rehearsed way and did not answer the one important question we asked about the EV chargers. Of all eight stays, this was the least friendly check in. We also did not like that there was a fee to use the EV chargers; no other location charged for what is a very low expense to offer customers. Since we have free charging through Tesla, we added an extra stop to get the charge needed to continue on our journey. This was less convenient. Also, loading and unloading on the ground floor was made challenging by having long railing (the first floor is higher than the parking lot level) along the front, exterior accessed doors. Overall, I would recommend this site again only if you do not need to charge your EV, have a dog, and do not mind checking in with a person who is not happy to be there.
