Make sure you print your coupon and present it before signing anything! Every other business I've used coupons with accepts them after the service is completed and at the time of payment however this business did not honor it and told me next time I should print it and show when I first arrive. Pretty shady since the coupon says it can be printed or shown mobile, it doesn't say anywhere on it that it's only accepted when shown on arrival, and the owner makes you sign a blank invoice when you first arrive then fills it out before he calls you in for payment so he can't go back and apply the discounted rate after the service is done. I ended up paying $60 total for the smog check and certificate that was sent directly to the DMV and I was happy with the service beyond the coupon not being accepted, but it feels dishonest to have a coupon posted online that you won't honor so I'm not sure if I will return in the future. read more

I've been a Loyal Customer for several years, taken many cars here for smog, plus referred family and friends. Recently, the evap wasn't ready so, I paid the fee and left. Evap was now ready, so I returned for the smog only to find out that they are now charging for the retest. READ the fine print people! Customer service had always been top notch, not anymore. The owner of this establishment was a little testy towards me on a previous visit because I had forgotten to present my coupon up front, but I just brushed it off, but now I can clearly see why this place is going to crap. read more

Both times that I visited this business I had a good interaction with the first my vehicle failed but the attendant gave me some advice and recommended a few mechanics to fix my car issues. The second time there was a wait but it was not terribly long. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. This location is a 20 minute drive for me but I will come back for my next smog check. read more

Absolute horrible place to get a smog check. I have had numerous smog checks over the years and thought I would give it a Ty since I had a coupon. Fusion hybrid didn't pass the first test because of a sensor. Still had to pay which is understandable. Got the sensor fixed and returned to retest. And of course they charged me again! Never had this happen before. Smog tester was so rude it was ridiculous. Asked if I was a lawyer and to take it up with the owner Sam who of course never answered his phone. Be aware if your car and in tip top shape or skeptical on passing DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!! read more
