He sees both Ms. Allison and Ms. Kimberly, both of which are amazing and so patient with him. He always has so much fun in each session. Ms. Allison has been so helpful in keeping us up to date with insurance recerts, letting us know of support programs that can be useful as he progresses, etc. Prior to Kidspeak, he was at another facility and had a very limited amount of words, but since joining Kidspeak we have seen such improvement and growth in his speech that we are truly grateful for all he has learned here. You can truly feel they genuinely care about having my son be successful. I love their approach of wanting to have parents involved during the therapy session. I myself have been able to learn techniques to take back so we can continue promoting it at home. Regarding their scheduling, they are very understanding and flexible. I work nights and my work days vary each week. As long as I notify them ahead of time they have no issues rescheduling and moving things around to accommodate when possible. Filled…read moreout basic 'CA compliant' paperwork but the reason why my child was being seen wasnt the focus of the appointment. Then was told it would take her two weeks to fill out paperwork and hear back if my child qualified. Well I never heard back. They took my money and ran with it. I've called since and left a message requesting an update and I'm not shocked that I didn't receive a call back. Don't waste your time (or money) going here. I don't think they have children's best interest at heart to serve and help what children may need support in.
