What I discovered here, though, is that this office is far more than just a place for cleanings. It's a place dedicated to protecting and restoring your smile for the long run. From the very first phone call, I knew I had found something special. Scheduling my appointment -- which I believe is one of the most important first impressions a practice can make -- was effortless. I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and even offered a same-day appointment. When I arrived, that same warmth continued. The team welcomed me with genuine enthusiasm, and the entire office had the feeling of a place where people truly enjoy caring for their patients. Meeting Dr. Hassan was both enlightening and reassuring. I went in believing I had been doing everything right for my teeth and gums. Instead, I learned that some of my habits -- while well-intentioned -- were actually causing damage over time. What stood out most was how Dr. Hassan approached the conversation. There was no judgment, no criticism -- just honesty, education, and a clear plan to help restore and protect my smile moving forward. I'm fortunate to already have a smile I'm proud of, but now I have the confidence of knowing it will be even healthier for years to come. If you're looking for a dental office that combines professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their patients, I cannot recommend this team enough. I'm truly looking forward to the journey ahead with them. P.S. Small but memorable detail: the bathroom sink handle goes up and down -- helpful to know if you're standing there trying to figure it out like I was.

Deciding to have my implant done by Dr Simjee was a terrible decision that I'm still paying for. I…read morehad my original implant done by Dr Simjee in 2014. Around 2017 my implant had become because there wasn't enough bone grafting. I had it redone by him in 2018 which not only cost me financially, but I needed to take a week off work and it was incredibly painful. Then again around 2022 the bone graft had weakened/lessened so I was told that I needed to do it again. He also mentioned that I lost bone on the tooth next to the canine (implanted tooth). He said it was an oversight on his part and we should have done both implants to begin with. He said that since the canine was a re-do for the third time, he wouldn't charge me for the canine, but I'd only have to pay for the implant of the tooth next to it. I decided to only re-do the canine as I didn't want to have a bigger gap in front of my mouth. I was told by the office manager that I'd only have to pay $150, which I did. After the initial bone grafting, I became pregnant and was asked by Dr. Simjee to resume the implant after giving birth. Unfortunately, the office manager changed and the DAY BEFORE my scheduled surgery the new office manager called saying they wouldn't proceed unless I paid $2000. Absolutely ridiculous. After 10 years of being Dr. Simjee's client, I did not expect this.

When things fall off the rails in our personal life, we struggle to learn to trust again, but when I walked in, I felt an instant bond, then I met the staff, and found the family to trust to take care of my oral health. I just appreciated everything like i wish I could make everyone a cake for being so amazing to me because it meant everything to me! The service was soooo good. The doctor was incredibly patient with me, and I absolutely loved my experience here. I have a background in dentistry, and this office reminded me why I wanted to work in the dental field in the first place. The quality of care they provide is truly exceptional. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their patients, and that level of compassion and attention was evident throughout my entire visit. I AM A VERY HAPPY CAMPER. After a 2nd consultation with another periodontist, I was informed I did not need gum graphing. Therefore, I called to cancel appointment and was advised to come in and speak with Dr. M. and see what he advice. This is not right, if I had not obtained a 2nd opinion I would have gotten a procedure for something I didn't need.

Based on all the favorable reviews, I visited Dr. Mardirossian. There are three past Yelp reviews…read morethat I should have paid attention to. Each of these reviews warned me of the shady business practices of this dental office. Complaints of high pressure tactics, unnecessary treatments and unauthorized charges should have been red flags for me. Please read on and don't make the same mistake that several of us have made. I met with Dr. Mardirossian, and he seemed professional. However, when I was instructed to meet with his office manager, Monique it literally felt like I was dealing with a used car salesperson. A previous reviewer mentioned the infamous negotiation room. The tactics she used were shady at best. She first tried to sell me on their "savings plan", which costs $780 for the year and it clearly designed to improve their profits at the detriment of the patient. I didn't trust her at all, and therefore I asked her to send a written proposal for the work to be completed. She did email me a written complete proposal for a total cost of $6348.20. Although this price was high, I agreed to have them do the work. At this point we had a legally binding contract. We had a firm offer in writing to do the work, we had my acceptance and we had mutual consideration. I work for a law firm and this was definitely a binding contract between Dr. Mardirossian and myself. Then half way through the treatment plan, the Dr. told me the next step was a CT Scan so they could create a guide for him to do the dental implants. I told him that as long as the guide was part of the contract, we can proceed. He told me to check with Monique who was not available. Monique called me a few days later to charge me $795 more for this guide!! What happened to our contract? Why are they breaching our written cost agreement and contract, by trying to extort more money from me? I complained to her and Dr. Mardirossian and they refused to honor our contract. Then, Monique calls me to ask for permission to charge my credit card $1266! She explained that she made a mistake and forgot to charge me as the previous work was done. I denied her permission to charge my card until we resolved this dispute. Later that same day, they ignored my refusal for the charge to be made to my credit card and charged the entire amount! One last thing, Monique and Mardirossian pressured me to agree to a controversial procedure called L-PRF = $1,714. I didn't want this optional procedure, wherein he used my own blood to supposedly speed up the healing process. However, I succumb to their pressure tactics and agreed. The day of the extractions, and L-PRF procedure Mardirossian struggled to even withdraw blood from my arm and the whole process was a joke. Four months later and the area was still not fully healed. What a rip-off! Please consider this review and others just like it, and think about whether you can trust this dental office and their shady business tactics.
