So thankful for this urgent care. It's a hit or miss when they're busy, but just went a few days ago and was out in less than 30 minutes with Dr. Ogbinosun. Of course I did set an appt a day before on the website. It was easy to navigate and make an appt. The staff working on August 23rd, 2026 were awesome and super sweet! On top of my 5 star review, i'm so thankful that several months ago I was struggling with muffled hearing. I had been there many times and the doctors had exhausted all options for treatment from steroids to antibiotics. They suggested that I go see an ENT. I ended up seeing an ENT later on and I found out I had a tumor in my ear. I will continue coming to this urgent care. Thank you guys so much!!! read more

We have three kids, now all adults, and have been coming here for years since they were young. We've been here for everything from sports physicals and injuries to sick visits, and all of the doctors and PAs we've seen have been thorough, knowledgeable, and great with all of us. There have been times when the wait was long, even with an appointment, but other visits have been quick. Regardless, the wait has always been worth it because we've consistently received great care. It's hard to find a place you trust for your family over so many years, and we've always been very happy with the care we've received here. Highly recommend! read more

Called in this morning to due to an extremely painful and uncomfortable UTI and the Receptionist did a wonderful job thoroughly answering my questions and successfully guiding me on how to schedule a Telehealth appointment through their Website to help me get seen as quickly as possible to through the comfort and convenience of my own home! I really appreciate how professional and well trained the Receptionists are here in Communication and instruction etiquette. They were so patient and friendly in explaining how the online Website works and showing me how to navigate the different options online. My first Telehealth appointment was an easy and pleasant success thanks to the terrific Teamwork of the Company and I really appreciate how easy and smooth the online scheduling process is! I definitely recommend scheduling Telehealth appointments for UTIs, it saves so much time and resources eliminating the commute and office wait and the Telehealth Providers are super knowledgeable, caring, and expert Communicators in explaining clearly to me how to heal efficiently from my UTI and take better precautions from preventing them from occuring again in the future! read more

This urgent care was phenomenal. I'm so grateful I came in right when they opened. They were quick and efficient. They took care of me right away. It was a smooth transition from the front desk all the way into my surgery. They made sure I was comfortable and were very communicative. The Doctor who stitched me up was incredibly sweet, but also very professional. I really appreciated that they asked I come back the next day to make sure everything was healing well. Greetings, I wasnt feeling well and decided to try the Norco Urgent Care since my primary care physician did not have any available appointments in the near future. I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledgable friendly efficient staff. Everyone I encountered was kind, showed concern and offered remedies / medication for my diagnosis. Meds were electronically sent to my preferred pharmacy with no issues. Much to my surprise there was also a follow up call to ensure i was feeling better and was on the road to recovery. Has to be in the top worst urgent care experiences so far. At 10am I made an online appointment for 1:45pm. I checked in for an appointment 10 minutes earlier and my estimated wait time was 27-42 minutes even though I had an appointment. They send you a text message before your assigned appointment explains that if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. But when you arrive they want your payment upfront. Should waive payment if they are over 10 minutes from your assigned appointment. However, their monitor is very inaccurate and misleading as it informs you in real-time what approximate wait time is. The problem is that is was way off. I was not called into the office until 1 hour and 18 minutes. Then it took another 19 minutes for the physician to see me in the exam room. Dr was friendly and I diagnosed and exited the room after 2 minutes after being seen. A couple observations were made from this experience. 1. You are better off getting a better wait time but reporting in person and returning. 2. Just go to ER. I did not see the benefit for making an online appointment. Total waste of time! This is so sad because the VA contracts with this establishment and after this experience I am writing to the VA to inform that they should not renew and future contracts if this is how they treat veterans! I literally could have waited less by driving to the VA hospital ER and getting a better treatment. read more

DO BETTER ALEXIS If your first interaction with a healthcare facility is the receptionist, that person should know how to treat patients with basic respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Alexis during my visit on Tuesday 8/4 I hadn't been to this urgent care in years yet as a mother obviously my kids are grown and I thought I would feel comfortable coming back to this location. I wasn't familiar with the check-in process and Rather than offering the slightest bit of assistance, Alexis' response was she was busy and when was the last time I came. I explained to her I hadn't been here in years. She said "I need your insurance and ID" If helping patients is an inconvenience, the front desk may not be the right place for you. After I explained that I didn't have insurance and handed over my ID, Alexis told me they keep the credit cards on file "if you think you can leave without paying." Imagine implying a patient intends to skip out on their bill before they're done yet or even seen the practitioner. I did nothing to suggest that. It was presumptuous, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. Everyone has stressful days, especially in healthcare. That doesn't excuse speaking to patients with contempt or making them feel like they're a burden the moment they walk through the door. Management should seriously consider whether Alexis represents the level of professionalism they want associated with their practice. One rude employee can undo a great deal of trust before a patient ever sees a provider. I certainly won't be returning, and I hope no one else has to experience the same treatment. I let her know I was uncomfortable and I left. I have lived in norco for 30 years and yet drove to Eastvale. Obviously Alexis' job is very difficult with being at the desk and all, however Patients come to urgent care because they're already stressed, worried, or not feeling well. They deserve to be treated with respect, not met with assumptions or dismissive remarks. I called to speak to someone other than her while I was still in the parking lot and Alexis answered and then no one ever came to the phone. Strange. Again DO BETTER ALEXIS. read more

This urgent care is top tier when I moved I was hesitant to go somewhere new but this urgent care is too close for me not to go to. Don't bother - I have gotten better use out of a shoe that's full of dog shit than the SHIT staff that works here. No eye contact - the receptionists are watching tv in the lobby - they WILL call your insurance ON SPEAKER and provide YOUR medical over the phone for EVERYONE to hear. I went in incredibly sick and vomiting - the nurse said that seeing an actual doctor would take over another hour and they would only give me Benadryl I say this with as much disrespect as possible - get fucked and I can't wait for this bullshit place to crumble read more

I went to the Norco Urgent care last week. When I was signing in I heard a women's voice say "I am whipping the La Sierra office into shape. They won't know what hit them". I looked up and saw a woman with long dark hair talking to another awww woman with a smirk on her face. I asked the receptionist who she was and she said that's Gabrielle our office manager. It seems very unprofessional for a manager to be talking about another office in front of patients and other office staff. It left me feeling very unsettled. This place will not tell you if they take your insurance unless you physically visit their office. They will not allow you to even state the name of your insurance over the phone (I have a PPO). So if you're in an emergency, and you do your due diligence and call ahead to avoid surprise bills, it is their policy to tell you to go in and physically show them your card to get an answer. This is wild to me because it means you need to put aside time to visit this place just to tell them insurance info you could just have easily done over the phone. Please change this ridiculous policy. Edit: There is a reply below about my insurance being uncommon, but this is not the case. They do not allow folks to even share what insurance they have over the phone at all, so this is not about rarity. You can assume your insurance might be covered if popular, but again, their policy prevents you from being able to confirm. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. Not only did they fail to notify us about the abnormal testing, but when I called back to discuss the results, we were simply redirected to see a primary care physician since they couldn't give us any answers. Is this really what an urgent care is for? We expected prompt, professional care and clear communication, but instead was left in the dark and forced to schedule another appointment with a PCP. I was seen there on Sunday with symptoms of a UTI , was prescribed antibiotics. I was told I would get a call once my culture was back . My results were posted online with Quest on Wed . It turned out to be a serious infection and is antibiotic resistant. I have called them for 2 days now without a call back . I'm very concerned due to my age . I'm very frustrated at their lack of any of follow up with me.My Dr was out of town for Christmas. This is not acceptable practice whatsoever! read more

She took the time to address my issues, listened and I felt like she was my primary care doctor in how she skillfully diagnosed the problem, prescribed a holistic treatment protocol that resolved my issue.
