I had to show up at this facility to get some IV fluids because of severe dehydration and weight loss. My doctor called in a prescription for the meds and now I have a standing order to show up when I am dehydrated and feeling very weak. I've been sick for 18 months and they just finally gave me a diagnosis. Luckily it's not cancer. Worst experience ever. Short Asian doctor with cross eyes is an embarrassing excuse of a Doctor. He barely even examined me before trying to write up a prescription. He was beyond rude and told me he can't help me. I went to a different urgent care and they told me the exact opposite advice he did. He gave no explanation of the problem or anything. I went two days ago to get a solution on skin bumps I've been having since 2025 that haven't gone away completely. I had previously gone in 2025 and the doctor Tim Doren prescribed me an ointment and antibiotic pills. I was seen again by Tim Doren around 11am on Wednesday and I had attempted to describe my discomfort and pain. He cuts me off telling me the same things he had told me on my last visit. I asked him well I'd really like to find a permanent solution to this (which isn't unreasonable it's not like I'm asking for a solution right now), but he proceeds to raise his voice at me telling me that he can't magically make it disappear and ends up summarizing what he prescribed to me and left without even letting me speak. During this visit two days ago he raised his voice at me twice for no reason. Everyone at the front desk and the people taking basic vitals are much more professional with handling patients. Tim Doren had no reason to treat me as rudely as he did. It's not normal to already be so rushed and disrespectful to a patient after only treating patients for 1-1 1/2 hours of being open... The pictures of the building on Yelp are the wrong building. There's no urgent care even tho there's giant red letters. It's a new building behind. They DO NOT DO X-RAYS on weekdays. So five out of seven days, you can't get X-rays. So you drive across the street for a two hour wait for X-rays, then go back to this urgent care for results. Not fast. Not fun. Not efficient. The doc was nice and quick. But if you need X-rays during the week DO NOT GO HERE. It's a waste of a day. Checked in at 9. Finally was done after X-rays and coming back to office at 1pm. read more

I took my 90 year old mom here and they went above and beyond to take care of her. She had a very challenging situation and they went beyond the call of duty to treat her with dignity and kindness. I've never been so appalled by an Urgent care before CITRUS VALLEY @308 W. 6th st Corona. They absolutely seemed to have no medical experience whatsoever I took my 84 yr old mom there complaining of severe abdominal Pain on her left side. When she was called back there was no vitals taken nor any of the pte-appointment procedures. Then the PA came in Tim Doren, whom seemed like he was on some sort of methamphetamine seriously!!! He said to my mom "Oh so your having left abdominal Pain. And she responded Yes & started explaining other concern since this began & he decided it was diverticulitis because there was no other organs in that area to to be concerning. EXCUSE ME??? I'm not a medical professional nor do I need to be to know that there's a kidney, pancreas, intestinal tract & more. He never felt the location to see where the pain could actually coming from. He didn't refer her to an x-ray location for which they're allowed to do according to her insurance Company. He just decided it was diverticulitis & put her on 2 different antibiotics & that was it in 5 minutes, speedy! He did nothing more. She spoke of the dizziness and his response was "Oh yeah everybody has dizziness. I f someone stubs their toe they're complaining of dizziness. & continued to disrgard what my mom was saying & said "Well your walking out of here w/2 antibiotics & walked out the door Upon leaving we recieved no paperwork on the visit absolutely nothing!!! I picked up the prescriptions I I asked the Pharmacist did it mention what it was for? And he looked & said no he never put down why it was prescribed. Won't go here again. I sat there for 2 hours before they told me they couldn't find that we had proof of insurance. Our pediatrician has been closed because of the holidays but my child's cough is horrible. The doctor saw me, didn't even check anything, asked me to blow on a tissue paper, and sent me on my way to take vitamin c and zinc. Horrible! I hadn't been to the new location since they've moved. It's nice, bright and clean. A separate waiting room for sick, and one for well visits or injuries. Front desk still isn't super friendly but I kind of get it...waiting room full of sick patients with at least a 2 hour wait...patients get frustrated and take it out on them - I get it, but with that said - front desk gals please show kindness it really doesn't take much to show kindness and compassion. Once seated in a room it took a bit longer. Doctor was super friendly, efficient and took care of us. Three hour wait all in all for a maybe ten minute visit with the doctor - not sure why the wait is so long since they don't spend long in the room lol. Bottom line for us - we expected a long wait, the doctor was nice...what more could you ask for. Side note - there was a patient vomiting in the waiting room, another was sweating so bad from a fever you could see it beaded up...neither patient was wearing a mask...come to think of it not one single patient other than us was wearing a mask in the sick area...not cool, definitely should be enforced this time of year with flu ramping up. Based on Reviews I see maybe this is the place to go if you have a broken anything in your body. But this is not the place to go if you have a severe fever or any other sickness. Patients rooms were clean and a little small. As far as the waiting room, it's small and no one wears a mask, not even the nurses! There was even a couple of the nurses coughing like they were sick but still didn't wear a mask. The only time I saw a nurse wear a mask was when one specifically was asked to test me for the flu. The doctor I saw (Dr. Pham I believe) also didn't wear a mask even after he confirmed I "have a bug going around with the same symptoms". He was very quick about the visit and didn't test my throat for strep throat even though I have all of the symptoms. If you haven't gone to this place before, beware the wait time is horrible. I hadn't been to this place and was seeking immediate help as my fever hit 104° but it took about about 45 minutes to fill out the paperwork with all my insurance information and home information on there. Their insurance checker was also down so there was delays in the wait times too. Then they put you into the queue only after you turn that paperwork in and that wait was at least another 45 minutes. Then the nurses call you in, ask for your symptoms and tell you the doctor will be with you shortly. 15 minutes later the doctor shows up briefly asks about your symptoms and in my case tested me for the flu. He left and came back another 20 minutes later just to tell me I am positive for the flu and prescribed me Promethazine and Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules. Overall this place wasn't too bad but if you really do need immediate help for a sickness, just go to an actual emergency room. read more

I came into Citrus Valley Urgent Care earlier today. This is my second time coming to Citrus Valley Urgent Care. The first time, which was a few years ago, I had twisted my ankle and had swelling. I didn't have any issues with my visit and was prescribed something for the pain and swelling. Today, I was experiencing symptoms that indicated an infection. I woke up at around 3am and was in lots of pain. Felt dizzy and sick. Had burning, swelling and was urinating blood. So I looked around the area for a 24 hour urgent care. Unfortunately I couldn't find any local that we open. I called Corona Regional and they told me the ER is for trauma and life threatening issues. And they directed me to go to urgent care. I called the on-call Physician for Citrus Valley Urgent Care and was told that they open at 8am. So I got to Citrus Valley at 7:30am to be early. I figured I wanted to get there early to be first in line. When I arrived the sign on the door said they opened at 9am............... If they don't open until 9am then WHY did the on-call medical staff tell me 8am?! This was extremely frustrating. So I sat there, in pain and uncomfortable, for an hour and a half outside the urgent care until they opened. They finally opened. Front desk is definitely lacking personal skills. I understand that it is urgent care and you gotta get people in and out quick, but some kindness would be nice. Anyway, I was just honestly happy to be inside and one step closer to seeing the doctor. Medical assistant was nice and worked very quickly. She took my blood pressure, took my urine sample and had the room setup in no time. She definitely was rushing me through the process. Which is fine I guess, but my fear is that something might be forgotten or mistakes can be made that way. Doctor David Pham came into the room after looking at my urine sample and asked some questions. He was nice and very straight forward. But also seemed to rush the process and try to get me out of there quick. Which again, I understand. I guess I was just surprised that he didn't want to look at the infected area. I asked if he wanted to look and he said no because he could see that I have a urinary tract infection from the urine sample. He sent over an antibiotic and steroid to the pharmacy. He was quick about that too, which I did appreciate very much. In the end, I got the medical treatment I needed. And I'm thankful for that. Was the customer service great? No. It was short and to the point, get ya in and get ya out type of vibe. Which is fine as long as they don't miss things or diagnose wrong. I can look past the lack of warmth and empathy, as long as I get good medical treatment. Thank you Doctor David Pham. I hope these medications clear up the infection quickly. read more

The exam by the PA was to ask me to blow a tissue paper four times and sent home to take zinc and Vitamin C. I continued to get worse and final decided to go to a real urgent care. Severely hurt my arm. First, they were open on Thanksgiving- THANK YOU! They have a new location, and their staff was very helpful over the phone (yes, I got to speak to actual human being when I called), to help me find it. Office and patient rooms all clean and new. All staff were friendly and helpful. Then I saw PA Suhr (that's his last name). He was a fantastic help. Straightforward, knowledgeable and balanced matter-of-fact info about my injury with friendly banter. Really nice guy. Did not "baby" me, but was very sympathetic and patiently answered my litany of questions. More importantly, very experienced and knowledgeable- diagnosed my issue straightaway, based on his experience and background. My injury is bad (torn bicep). I'm in a lot of pain at the moment. But, PA Suhr was incredibly helpful about the prognosis and saved me a TON of unnecessary expense and trouble. My injury sucks. I'll likely have this the rest of my life. I went in with a tough situation. I had fallen and hit my face, and my teeth almost went completely through my lower lip, and the meat was flapping. Sorry lack of a better word, and he came up with a way to resolve my problem. I saw Dr. Hugh, he was amazing. Patient answered all my questions can't be more grateful for the guy. This was my second visit they're both of them have been difficult and both times I came out fixed, and happy with the doctors that I have seen. I would definitely recommend this office always clean. I'm on the fence with this review. I've been here about 3 times, and each encounter is totally different. This first positive I will say is that the front has always been pleasant. No issues at all with them. The wait times are sometime excruciatingly long, but at least you can check in and come back. Avoid the waiting room, if possible. So many hacking, coughing sneezing people. Just try to wait elsewhere if you can. Now for the Dr.s, or should I say PAs, because that's all that's there. No MDs on premises as far as I know. I think there should be at all times at least one there to consult with. The first few times I saw Tim Dornen, who seemed pleasant enough at the time. I felt he did the right thing for my needs. I was having EXTREME pain after a fall in my rib area, so I went in and saw Hugh Berkley. He was really thorough and nice. Sent me in for an x-ray, but it was on the Friday before Christmas, so no chance to follow up until after Christmas. The pain just got worse and worse, to the point I almost went to the ER. I decided to go back to the Urgent care to read the results. This time, Tim Dornen was there to treat me, as Hugh was off that day. I don't even know what the x-ray says, and he walks into the room, and says "Before you even ask, the answer is more time and it's gonna be painful". Huh? What are you talking about? " Well, your rib is broke, and I hear a bunch of crap from other patients, so I'm just cutting you off first". Gee thanks. So I asked to see the x-ray, well because wouldn't you? He got kind of nasty, "Oh, you're going to point out a bunch of stuff and keep me here forever". No, I just want to see where it's broke. His answer was, where does it hurt, that's where. I had a few more questions for him, and he treated me like I kicked his dog. Example: does heat. Icing or compression help. His answer: See, this is why I don't show people the x-ray. They bombard me with questions. I don't think my questions were out of line at all, considering the pain I was in and HE is the Healthcare provider. Literally, I only had a few questions, and it's not my fault what other patients do or don't do. You can't take that out on me for simply having a broken rib, for God's sake. I really hope I just caught him on a bad day, but in no way, shape or form should you treat a patient in this way. I guess I'll just pray for him. read more

I came here for a second opinion, because originally I had went to TotalCare Corona on foothill. And the doctor at Citrus valley Urgent care was much more thorough on inspecting both my ears, which turned out that I have an infection on both. He was also very sympathetic and caring. He prescribed me the correct medication to help me heal and feel better. The front desk lady was friendly too. read more

I took my daughter and I the other day, front desk is always rude so that doesn't surprise me, we got called back & a doctor I have never seen there before came in, Daniel Suhr. Something seemed off about him the second he came in. I told him all of our symptoms and he tried to downplay them all. I told him I saw white spots on my throat & he said "well what do you need me for". He told me multiple times that my sore throat is just tonsil stones and that the debris will come out. Whole time I can't swallow and am extremely sick with a cough, sore throat, headache. My daughter and i both. He also had me & my daughter blowing at a tissue paper 5 times each for no reason he said it's "just his thing" like what??? He did not listen to anything I was saying. We left and when I got to the pharmacy there were no prescriptions for our cold so I called and spoke directly to Daniel, I asked him why he didn't prescribe anything for us, I explained how sick I am and how doctor David ALWAYS prescribes me something because that's what they are supposed to do I go in to get HELP to get BETTER and Daniel had the audacity to reply with a laugh followed by "well if you wanna poison you and your daughter" I didn't even let him finish I hung up the phone. He should not be working in medicine. Our visit was 2 days ago I have gotten worse. The most unprofessional doctor I've ever encountered do not waste your time coming here. read more

I have been going here for yrs when I cant get an appt soon with my PCP for whatever illness im experiencing at the time I aways get an appt for telehealth say day to be seen or walk in to be seen. The Doctors listen and give medication accordingly. The staff are all professional, family oriented and attentive. I recommend this Urgent Care and will continue to go here in the foreseeable future. My two boys were just not feeling well , I had never been at to this urgent care , and they were not having it... she was super kind and patient and not once seemed frustrated. This place is a bit absurd. Our kid got a bead stick up their nose as kids do and they didn't have the equipment to get it out. They sent us to the emergency room across the street where there were really sick people rightfully getting priority. But we waited for four hours. Urgent care should be prepared to handle these types of minor things so that emergency rooms can focus on people with real issues. read more

Once we got called in, Carlos, the medical assistant was also very nice and attentive. Once the PA came in to exam my wife, she offered a couple different treatment options, she was very professional and listened to all of my wife's complaints. April 8, 2024. I had to come here because I had a problem with my neck. I had to get x-ray. I thought I don't have a doctor in corona but I have excellent insurance and PPO. Let's see if I could find somebody.. office is extremely clean and neat. The girls are very professional.. at the extremely long. I think I was concerned why I was in here for almost 4 hours. I got to meet the doctor, Dr. Danielle what an ace. What a great guy the girl came in. She told me I'm gonna take care of you do the x-ray and they did.. corona Hass to get up with the times there's no reason why you have to go to different places to get an x-ray when you go to your doctors office. there was an issue on my neck recommendations. I made an appointment with doctor doctor. Dr. Danielle was amazing.. yes, after speaking to him and realizing how busy they were, I had no idea they were shorthanded like everybody else. he sat with me for 45 minutes. What I could do I will highly highly recommend this office.. it's hard when you don't have breakthrough barriers. People didn't have their insurance card. People had Medi-Cal kids screaming I felt bad for the staff.. the nurses were great the girl who did my x-ray. Oh my God thank you so much. There's no word of gratitude.. I took the advice and made another appointment over by sprouts for a chiropractor to help align my neck. I'm not gonna say, but when I walked out of the office, there were 30 people in the waiting room.. sad to see such a broken system. FIVE + STARS...I swear this place deserves more than just five stars. I cannot express your words how much I seriously love and APPRECIATE THIS PLACE. I'm sure like everyone else, you have been through some really terrible urgent percenters but this place is literally the best urgent care I can even imagine they're being. Prepared every single experience I've ever had here was great. But this time just like totally blew my mind. I literally walked in here 8 minutes ago 9 minutes ago. I just walked out the door to leave, saw the doctor got everything I needed and I'm just shocked. The doctor not only gave me some good advice, but made sure he answered all my questions - everything. This is on top of the fact that he (the Dr.) remembered me from over a year ago, with all the people they've seen I'm sure - thats crazy! I have been here many time for my kids. Stitches on the chin, stitches on the arm, stitches in fingers, pink eye, reaction to med from the pink eye and I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly and the doctors are always nice. They always are fairly quick to get us in and get we're usually in and out in about 1.5 hours. Not really bad. If the issue was super bad I would have gone to the ER across the street. Only once did that happen and that was when my son needed a staple in his head but it was considered a head injury so across the street we went. Not a big deal. I really like this office. read more

Went there today (a Saturday) because my daughter had a worsening cold. First off, the Urgent Care is no longer at 760 6th Street - someone really needs to update that! It's now in a white building behind the 760 6th street location. It looks bigger, cleaner, and newer than the old location. We waited about an hour to be seen (it is cold & flu season). I've been to this urgent care several times over the years, for a broken leg (they got me a quick referral across the street for an x-ray) and for persistent migraines. If they are busy, yes sometimes there is a wait, but overall the staff has always been very efficient in giving the help needed and quickly. They also usually offer to lower the lights, etc. for migraines which is appreciated! read more
