I can never remember if I have been to this place or the truck across the street. It's possible I've been to both but without review there is no evidence. I do recall the experience as forgettable from the first time I went. This time I got the chile verde. I got it as a burrito. It's possible that I walked away before she could ask how I liked it. The burrito was wet but I think I might have preferred it the other way. Lots of tasty chunks of meat. Not sure how I'd order as a regular burrito though next time. My wife got the fish tacos. They were really juicy and not necessarily in a good way. The fish ended up with almost a ground meat texture. It tasted fine but the mouth feel was way off. Prices are on par with similar places. I cannot recommend this place enough, Coronas food cart is the best in town. You can't go wrong with anything you order. Decided to leave the hotel we were staying at and try Mexican food for late breakfast/lunch. It was delicious. Breakfast burritos are served all day. My sons and husband all ordered all breakfast burritos with sausage, bacon and potatoes and I ordered carne asada tacos. Everything was tasty and well seasoned with complementary salsas from mild to spicy. They boys ended up taking some of my tacos so we had to order more. read more

Six of us came for dinner because of high scores in Yelp and Google. We ordered the two daily specials: Steak Fajitas plate with dirty rice, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream and Pico de Gallo ($13.00) and the Chicken Quesadilla plate with dirty rice, refried beans, guacamole and sour cream ($10.00). The food was good, solid fare, generous portions, and excellent hot sauce, but nothing that would leave you pining to return. Service was fast and friendly, the food hot and fresh, and they do take credit cards. It is a food truck, parked on a lot on Second street (WA State Highway 14) and there is a porta-potty available. After a rough morning I decided I needed some Mexican comfort food for lunch. The gentlemen working completely understood the assignment! Not only was my burrito absolute perfection, service was quick and kind. Pricing was a stellar deal! Pretty good good truck set up in town! I was passing through Stevenson and decided to get some tacos and rice and beans (not pictured, my bad). ! The rice and beans were tasty and the tacos were solid. The salsa was great - I got both red and green, and they really pulled the tacos together and gave them the kick that I like. Service was good - the guys who run it are friendly which is always great - and they have a couple of tables set up under some shade. I'd come back! read more

Visiting from Washington, D.C., we decided to stop here after our hike up to Dog Mountain. We ordered the lengua (tongue) and asada (beef) tacos. The tacos were fantastic -- the tortillas so good. The tongue was cooked perfectly, and the asada had very good flavor. The salsas (red and green) were okay, not the best, but just okay. The service was great (guy taking orders was very helpful) and quick. We wanted to order the aguachiles, but they were out that day....next time, when we are back on this side of the country. Great tacos here! The guacamole is a thinner type with tomatillo I think, not positive though. Red and green sauce were both good. We stumbled upon this place by accident when we tried to have dinner down the road, and that place was closed. We ordered the Enchiladas Plate and loved the flavorful and moist chicken in the enchiladas. We also loved the rice and beans. Delicious! Now we have been to the Food Truck 3 times and have found the food to be very consistent. I've had the chicken tacos and pork tacos and have to say they have the chicken down to perfection! The woman who has taken our orders each time has been friendly and courteous each time. This has become one of our go-to places to eat after a hike in the gorge. read more

Don't waste your time folks. We got a Quesadilla and nachos, both of which were soggy when we opened the box. This led me to believe the food had been sitting for some time. I have never seen nacho chips so stale and soft in my life. I'm not one to complain, but this food was scary, people are going to get sick. This is my fourth time here and it's super yummy every time. I'm stuck on the veggie burrito which has tons of veggies including broccoli and mushrooms, and the tortilla is lightly pan fried so it's a little crisp and warm all over. Rosy is amazing at the front window taking orders. I had a lot of little special requests and she along with the cook where more than happy to make my order as I requested.
