Man was I hungry when I came here. I was really looking forward to eating here since I seen they had vegan options. To start they do the temperature checks and then usher you in if your temperature is good. Once at your seat we waited awhile for our server. It truly seemed like at least 5 minutes or possibly more. We were given a QR code to scan to get to see the menu. They don't really have a selection of meals, it's mainly everything al a carte, which as we know gets very expensive quick. I choose the vegan pancakes and fruit with a mimosa. Also order a all egg white omelette, one regular and one with shrimp added ($5 extra) and a side of French fries. The vegan pancakes were light and airy like I like them and their maple syrup was tasty. The omelette was decent but nothing to rave about. I haven't had eggs in a long time so it was a great adventure for me! The mimosas were delicious. Ended up ordering 3! The French fries were crisp. Our waiter wasn't very attentive so if something was needed we would have to get his attention. All in all this was a $100 meal, and was not worth it for that price. The waiter was also very admit about knowing how much his tip was going to be before we even paid. Very strange in my opinion. After completing this review my stomach took a turn for the worst! I could not stay out the bathroom on my flight back home. During covid that's the last place I wanted to be but once all this food was out I felt fine so maybe something was not cooked properly. This has got to be the shittiest place we ate at during our entire trip. What a way to end leaving Mexico. Granted we all know airport food can be overpriced but $82 USD?? We ordered: Tacos corona 3 varieties $425 Sarteneta corona $545 Hamburger corona $379 Bottled water $110 The food was okay but the service was completely disorganized. We couldn't tell who our waiter was and had two different guys come to take our order. Maybe they should try the QR code order online for more efficiency. Seemed like there was a wait for everything and maybe that's why they bring out the chips and salsa appetizer. There's also a mysterious surcharge of $17 per person tagged on our bill and I wonder what the hell that's for. I didn't have time to ask because I wasted enough time trying to flag my waiter down to hurry up with my bill. "Give me a second" is what he tells me and I watched him go to other tables to put silverware and napkins down for people who were still looking at their menus. There is a per person convenience fee here, something I have never previously heard of at any other restaurant at an airport. The seats were comfortable, but that's about the only highlight. They even charge a per person e tea fee for chips, even though my spouse didn't eat any. Nope, save yourself the aggravation and skip here. Don't think that way because if you walk further there is a food court with other American franchises. We didn't really want to eat here considering how busy it was. Someone was rude by just hanging out at a table when there was a perfectly good bar attached to the restaurant. It was that packed. And it made us question if it's safe COVID wise. The tables are definitely not 6 ft away from the booths. There's a lot of people not wearing a mask cause they're obviously eating or about to eat. The food was actually good. This is one of the only restaurants in the Cabo airport, but it's worth the visit! I'm surprised this place has such low ratings because my sister and I had a great experience. The restaurant runs quick, and they really know what they're doing. It's also very clean, so even amid COVID-19, I felt fairly safe eating here. Our server Martin was amazing. So prompt, quick and kind. I was shocked at how elevated the customer service was at an airport restaurant. Most definitely better than the airport restaurants in the U.S. that I've been to. The chips were so good! I can't really explain it, but it had such a great thickness haha. My sister and I both got the Corona tacos, since we wanted to try a variety of the taco options for our last meal in Mexico. Our final stop on our Cabo trip. This was the only spot in the airport that wasn't American fast food, plus they had TVs. They automatically serve you chips and salsa for $1 a person, after I dipped my first chip in, I pulled a hair out. I ended up eating the rest of the chips without any salsa. When they asked you what you wanted to drink, it was basically alcohol or bottled water which they charged $3.50 for. The menu has basic Mexican food, but it really didn't seem authentic. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and my girlfriend got the Chicken Quesadillas. Food comes out pretty quickly, but you could tell there was barely any thought put into it. My Huevos Rancheros was basically a tortilla, with 2 eggs on top, drenched with a bland tomato salsa. My girlfriend's Chicken Quesadillas were in the shape of tacos. I think I found another hair in my food, but I didn't want another one anyways. All in all, the meal came out to $36. Sad that you can't find decent Mexican food in an airport in Mexico. Out of all the restaurants in the Los Cabos airport, this restaurant had bar seating, drinks and more options. However, they have a standard charge of chips and salsa which each person has to pay when you dine-in. We had the Alaska airlines food coupons to use so we decided to purchase food here. when we had to pay the difference, the waiter demanded my husband to put the tip amount upfront. Average overall. You easily spend $50 for two people in this place. Keep in mind that they charge you for something called 'cubierto un' at $14 pesos per person. I am not sure what this is, but it's what I saw on the check - and according to my brother - he read it on the menu that this will be included. The food we ordered was a Sarteneta, a pasta with tomato and bacon, and 4 virgin pina colada. Overall, the price is 798 pesos or $50 usd. The food was okay but nothing to really rave about - it's just the better option compared to everywhere else in the airport. One of many things to love about Cabo is that the airport has a great bar. Friendly bilingual bartenders and a large selection of tequilas and beers, along with flavored vodkas and rum. Unfortunately, they are a little funky with the bill. One bartender told another patron that they only accepted credit cards if the bill was above 30 US dollars. The bartender serving me told me that they don't accept credit cards at all. I paid a $11 USD bar tab with a $100 bill. I realized later after counting funds on the way to the hotel (after leaving a generous tip), that I had been billed $18 usd instead of $11. Be aware. read more

While we were waiting for our flight home, we decided to find something to eat and ended up choosing Corona since it looked like they might have a couple things on the menu that I could eat. I'm vegan and must eat gluten-free due to an allergy, so I was hoping there might be something or some sort of a modification they could do. I ended up with chips, salsa, and guacamole. I like these things, so it ended up just being a snack for me, so it was fine, but definitely not a meal. Plus our flight home was less than two hours and I had brought snacks with me anyway. My boyfriend had no trouble figuring out what to order since he can eat anything and he seemed pleased with his food. They have drinks and TVs so there is definitely entertainment available, but seating can be slow sometimes because of how busy this place can be. After looking at some of the other reviews I think pointing out that this is an airport restaurant is a good starting point. It's a bar and grill. In an airport. The airport has wifi --wifi that neither my wife nor I were ever able to get to work. We overestimated how much tine it would get through security and any customs, etc and had a little time for lunch. The service was very good. Our waitress, Paola, was very good. We speak Spanish and English and Paola was fluent in both. The restaurant is kind of cute and is beach themed. The food wasn't bad -- I had the Corona Cheeseburger with French fries and it's not something I'd write home about (but I'd write Yelp!), so to speak. It was cooked to order and was good and the fries were good. My wife had the veggie burrito and she thought it was very good and she had it with French fries too. She had water and I had soda. Water was bottled and I had two cans of soda. When you sit down they bring out chips with a spicy sauce, jalapenos and pico de gallo. The menu had a lot of options, crispy chicken tacos, burritos (including a vegetarian option), hot dogs, burgers, they also had nicer dinner type plates but we were there for lunch. Our bill with a $6 tip was about $37 (after conversion from pesos to USD). They had an extensive drink menu but I'm a nerd and stuck to soda. All of the other reviews: the airport has Subway, Carl's Junior, Sbarro's, etc. This is really the only place to sit down to eat. They've definitely cut corners on the quality of the ingredients, but at least the kitchen made the best of them. The shrimp was the best, though a touch over-cooked, beef the worst with stringy, tasteless meat and chicken was a something in the middle. Each of the tacos really could use something like grilled onions or fresh + cilantro, though they provide a grilled onion and Serrano chili on the side. The beans were surprisingly good. Pretty underwhelming, frankly. My husband got a burger and fries, which he said was decent. He thought a sauce was supposed to be on it, but there wasn't any. I got the chefs salad and it was laughable. STRIPS of bacon, not chopped, just strips all up in there. LARGE STRIPS of turkey deli meat, and not chopped up. A huge lump of cheese and some whole green olives. GREEN olives??? I could have sworn I didn't see any green olives in the description. There was a whole egg sliced in half and it didn't look too awesome so I just skipped that. There were also two wedges of tomatoes buried deep in there. I picked through it. Ate all the lettuce and was left with a huge pile of shredded cheese on my plate. The dressing was delicious, though! The chips n salsa they put out on the table was quite delicious. My fiance has been VIOLENTLY ill since getting home from Cabo yesterday. For a $90 Bill for 2 people, and NO Drinks, what a cost to pay for getting food poisoning. My fiance had the chicken tacos. We stayed at a 5-Star Resort (Esperanza) while in Cabo, and only had breakfast at 9 AM the day we left. Our next meal was here at this restaurant at 2:45 PM before boarding our flight. My fiance was SOOOO Sick all last night, throwing up all night long and was in bed all day really, really sick with Chills and dizzy. We should have read the reviews. Also now that I am seeing what others say about the checks being incorrect with the exchange rate, I'm kicking myself for not asking for a copy with the USD and Mexican Pesos on it, as I am sure, I, like others, most likely got overcharged.
