Came in for a drink and appetizers in the late morning. Ordered a Pina colada in a coconut. They served it in the coconut and sat a glass of coconut water next to the drink. Good Pina colada. Ordered Guacamole, salsas, and chips for the 3 of us to share and we each had an order of shrimp ceviche tostada. Guacamole was amazing. The ceviche tostadas were very tasty as well. We hung out on the covered sand and enjoyed our food and drinks. After we finished our drinks they took the whole coconut away and brought back the cleaned coconut to eat with chamoy and tajin. Had a completely comical experience here where my order was for some reason not taken by the server & one of the 5 people I was eating with had his order taken completely wrong. We ordered in Spanish but either way that shouldn't matter. When my order finally came it was still partially wrong (even after a long clarifying conversation) and there was hair in my food. Orders took so long to come out that at this point everyone else in my party was completely finished with their meals & I was not about to wait around for a third attempt at getting my order. I liked this place! it is directly on the sand with spectacular views. We had drinks and a Mango Shrimp Ceviche, which was FANTASTIC! They made my very favorite cocktail of my entire week in Cabo (which is saying something, because there were many). The drink was called a Cocojito, which had rum, coconut, coconut flakes and I think pineapple. It was so refreshing and delicious, plus the little coconut pieces came up the straw and give a nice snack while you drink. YUM! I certainly loved the mango shrimp ceviche as well, what a delicious breakfast! The only thing I was leery of was the fact that the upstairs portion of the restaurant is a massage place, which I do not understand. To make it even more cringy was that every time you went in the use the bathrooms, there were a bunch of Massage workers in the restroom watching over your every move(?) Go for the massage! Great price. I was taken care of by RAUL for ninety minutes. Very good massage therapist and I highly recommend him. When I go back, I will ask for him again. This unique spot near the beach was perfect for our group and offers free parking if you dine here. As my group was a large group of 9, they accommodated to us very well and gave us a tequila shot while we waited for a table to open up and took some of our orders down. The food did take a while but we managed to get appetizers out first which was the chips and guac and shrimp ceviche. Chips and guac were addicting and the shrimp for the ceviche was raw so I couldn't review it. I ordered the crab ceviche instead and it was very lime-y but refreshing. My favorites were the Spicy Tuna Roll and Molcajete with shrimp, scallops, and octopus. Not so favorite was the Lobster Roll as it was incredibly sweet. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for pretty views of the beach and all the excursions you can also buy at a discounted rate if you eat at Omega. The food was overall tasty although you do have to try multiple stuff to find something you like as some of it was hit or miss. Service was a bit slow, but the staff is friendly and not hard to flag down. read more

A fantastic spot on the beach to go to for relaxing and just sitting, eating, drinking, and getting massages! Service was outstanding and the staff was all kind and checking in whenever we needed. We had a great beachside meal with our feet in the sand followed by massages. We got a smoothie which they put inside the coconut for us and saved us the coconut juice, guacamole and chips, and tacos. You can get a variety of meat cooked in different ways so I got cajun shrimp, crunch fish, and grilled chicken. The crunch fish absolutely stole the show and that one taco alone was so satisfying and filling I really didn't even have to get more even though they were all great. The margaritas were also good. The massages after our meal and drinks were amazing. We wanted to go back every day just to start our day with it. The prices are great and you can even get an hour long couples massage in a private room upstairs for just $100. I know there's a lot of beachside restaurants and massages to choose from but this one is a must try. read more

When you're in Cabo, it is pretty hard to rank which place has the best tacos. Unfortunately, this place was just alright for us. The mango margarita was bomb and will come back for it. Their mojito was just okay. Their fish tacos was pretty good but not as good as the others I have experienced in Cabo. The price is also not bad for being in front of the beach which is the touristy-area in Cabo. Came to Omega Restaurant and Bar on July 4th and there was a sweet holiday deal of two fish tacos and a drink (beer or soda) for $6 total. I choose the crunchy fish taco and the Cajun fish taco which came with salsa, pico de gallo, cabbage, and hot salsa on the side. The crunchy fish taco is a must try! However, I would not recommend the nachos- Naturales which came with beans, cheese, and guacamole. Overall, it tasted pretty lackluster and I had a lot better guacamole at other restaurants. Seating is nice since it's right on the beach but you will definitely have to deal with pesky flies trying to get close and personal with your food. Also, there's plenty of vendors who will come up to you to sell their products. However, you can just say no and they won't bother you again. We paid in American cash for the food and tipped 13%. Not a bad lunch spot and I would come again for the crunchy fish tacos! read more

Omega is really stepping up their game right now, even in the midst of a global pandemic. The girls in my family and I decided to do a massage on the beach and we heard that this was the best place to do it! These massages are heavenly. They cost $39 USD and include a drink of your choice after. This could be a vodka soda or an orange juice. We all have agreed that this massage was probably the best any of us have ever received! A women named Diaz gave me my massage and I would recommend her to anyone. Truthfully, not one person had any complaints in my party. The atmosphere is relaxing and they give you a tub to put your stuff in that never leaves your side so you don't have to worry about theft/people going through your stuff. We each tipped our people $10 USD and they were so happy -- They definitely earned it. After our massages, we ordered our drinks and went to sit at a table that is literally on the beach. We grabbed a late brunch and were pleasantly surprised by the food. They had a deal going on that was 2 fish tacos cooked to your choice + 1 beer for $6 USD. You cannot eat this cheap anywhere else on the beach! Our server recommended the coconut fish and we were so happy. They were possibly the best things we had ever experienced and decided to come back to Omega everyday for lunch. It was also like getting 4 tacos on one plate because of how massive the pieces of fish were. To die for. The breakfast ordered was also great. No complaints whatsoever! The only reason Omega is not getting 5 stars is because due to the restaurant being on the beach, venders come and try to sell to you while you are eating and it got quite annoying. This place is so underrated. Me and my fiancé have been coming here for years. It's not as glamorous as other beach restaurants that have lounge chairs, but it's still great. They have pretty good drinks and decent tacos and the staff is nice. The only thing I wish they had were beach towels. Other than that, give this place a go. They also have their own jet skis and boats if you're looking for activities. read more

This place was on my "to do" list in Cabo and I'm certainly glad I went. Wife and I started our taco crawl here and it set the bar incredibly high. We had a long day of tacos ahead of us so we only ordered the coconut shrimp taco (flour tortilla) and the grilled chicken taco (corn tortilla). I am really, really not a fan of anything that comes from the sea, but let me be the first to tell you that the COCONUT SHRIMP TACO WAS ONE OF THE BEST TACOS I'VE EVER HAD. Granted, I'm certainly not an expert on fish or seafood tacos because that isn't my expertise, but I will go back every time I'm here and recommend it to everyone who asks. I didn't really taste the shrimp, so if that's what you're hoping to get, you may be disappointed. It seemed pretty heavily coated with coconut which I am a fan of. The chicken taco was good, the spicy salsa is really good too. The flour tortilla is very good and the corn tortilla was average. I got a mango mojito and my wife got a mango daiquiri. They could have both been virgin, but I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt. We sat in the middle-ish of the seating in the sand. At one brief point, all the tables in front of us were empty so we were front and center and all the vendors were looking right at us as they were trying to get our interest to look at the products they were selling. It didn't bother us, but if that kind of situation makes you uncomfortable or if you have a low tolerance for that kind of salesmanship, maybe try to sit towards the back.
