I have a background in dentistry, and this office reminded me why I wanted to work in the dental field in the first place. The quality of care they provide is truly exceptional. Camille was my hygienist. She was very thorough with my cleaning, took the time to answer any questions I had and overall did a beautiful job on my teeth. I greatly appreciated her patience and kindness. Rosie was extremely quick and efficient with the x-rays. She is very sweet and welcoming - a pleasure to talk to as always! Dr. Suhail took the time to answer my questions and addressed all of my concerns with care and knowledge. And her poor office scheduling skills.. I asked for an upcoming Friday and she scheduled me for a next Friday... I rearranged my whole week schedule to make that appointment happen and ironically they have a "broken schedule fee" of about 50$ and if they brake an appointment and inconvenience their patients that fee doesn't apply for them. I have an autoimmune syndrome which affected my teeth/gums/bones and was going to result in dentures. When Brightman was preparing to make impressions of my teeth, I asked if the dentures could resemble my given teeth (so I would look like myself). He laughed at me and said, "do you want them to be the same shade of yellow too?" I almost broke down crying in embarrassment. I must be sedated to undergo dental work and, at first, Brightman would send a prescription to my pharmacy. I would pick up one dose (1 pill) and the bill was 16 cents ($.16) through my prescription plan. At my last consultation, he suggested another procedure that would require me to be sedated. When I asked if a prescription would be sent to my pharmacy, I was told Brightman no longer sent out prescription requests. He would dispense the medication from his office. I asked how much one pill would cost. The answer? $230. (Two hundred and thirty dollars, just to ensure the reader I have not made a typographical error.) I ended my doctor/patient relationship then and there. To be treated rudely AND ripped off monetarily was beyond the pale. The office staff and hygienists were wonderful, and I hated to lose them...

The surgeons that worked on me had incredible credentials, they explained everything thoroughly, were patient with me kind and understanding. So is the entire staff at this location.
