Jin's Dental Care was my first dentist visit in 3 years and I was extremely satisfied with my visit. When I came in, I thought I was going to get x-rays and then come back at another appointment to get dental work done, but we went ahead and got it done after the consultation. I actually had work in a couple hours, but he assured me that he would get the procedures done before then and surely he did. I got cleaning done, 3 cavity fillers, and a filler for my front tooth that was fractured and it looks great. Like others said he has a light hand and he is really nice. I've never met a more caring and professional dentist than Dr Jin. So much so that I am willing to drive hundreds of miles for him to finish my root canal. I don't have much patience, I have a lot of medical trauma from past surgeries, so when I found him I had to stick with him. Sad that I have moved out of the area and are unable to ever find a dentist like him. He genuinely cares for you, texting you to make sure you are okay after having left in pain. My husband was suffering from major tooth pain one night and was scrambling to find a dentist who was opened on a Saturday. I called and they got us in immediately! My husband went in and Dr. Jin examined his tooth and discovered major root problems. He was extremely humble and speaks in a soft tone. He talks time to explain the repair process. It took over an hour but my husband was a happy camper. His pain was gone and Dr. Jin explained he would have to return in a month to finish the repair process. After my husband went in, my father in law was suffering from pain, but is a Medi-Cal patient and wasn't sure he could help. But this office DOES accept Medi-Cal! My father in law had a cracked tooth removed in a matter of 10 minutes! The office is clean with modern equipment. So surprised we JUST discovered this office in the Riverside area. To setting the appointments to getting the actual work done my experience has been a 10/10. I had braces for over a decade and while my smile looks nice and straight I had a ton of neglect caused issues on my part. I had 4 appointments since about march and was able to get 3 wisdom teeth removed , deep cleaning, idk how many in-between teeth cavities filled as well as an almost root canal. I have seen 7 other dentists about the same issues in the past 18 months. They would do X-rays and give pain meds and antibiotics and put me on schedule for up to 4 months out just to be told I would have to start over with X-rays and wait for an open appointment again. I was fed up and in so much daily pain I skipped calling my insurance for referrals and came straight to yelp. Dr. Jin was the first office that had great reviews and I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. Thank you Dr. Jin and to your entire office. Dr Park and staff were welcoming, caring, attentive and helpful when I took my mom for an appointment this morning. Dr Park appears to be genuine and caring towards his patients. His staff even made phone calls to make an appointment with an oral surgeon for my mom. They followed up with a phone call to get an update on the oral surgeon appointment. I like how accessible Dr Park is and he doesn't try to hurry you along. I like the intimate atmosphere rather than the large dental offices with multiple dentists. This is the best customer service I have received. I'm so glad I found this place for my mom. Just visited the dentist after a 4+ year hiatus LOL (I don't recommend) Dr. Jin is my family's dentist and we have been going to him for well over 13 years. He is a well trusted dentist and he is not the type to "scam" someone for money. He tries to do as least procedures as possible, and never does unnecessary procedures (one of the reasons my mom loves him) He is very thorough and you can tell he respects his practice and patients. I visited this time because I thought I had a tooth abscess. Turns out my teeth are fine, except some of my root is exposed; which explains the sensitivity. Dr. Jin recommended I try Sensodyne toothpaste. The assistant (sorry I don't know technical terms) is super sweet and calming. I love love love going here. And the accountant (??) gave me a free kit!!! I'll probably be coming for yearly cleanings, at the least lol read more

Wow, Doctor Jin is the best dentist I met . I went to see several dentists , They always told me that my teeth need crowns which need cost expensive fees by myself. But Doctor Jin fixed my teeth and filled in but the fees will be covered by insurance and he told me after fixed my teeth, if I want , few teeth can be crowned . He is so honest and has excellent professional skills . I brought My daughter about brace her teeth. Other doctor all told me that she need brace her teeth which not covered by insurance. But doctor Jin checked her teeth then told me her teeth has problems that need be fixed by other orthodontist at first then the fees can be covered by insurance. He is so nice kind gentleman . This is probably the best dental office I've been too. Everyone is so kind. Doctor made sure I had enough anesthesia and along with the dental assistants, they all made sure I was doing okay the entire time. Doctor also told me what he was doing before he proceeded. Sadly, it's rare to find a dentist who communicates with the patient what he/she is doing. But Dr. Jin made sure to communicate what he was doing all along. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Jin through yelp! I wish I can rate them 10 stars :) I haven't visited a dentist in over 10 years because of a traumatic experience as a child (on top of insurance deprivation) and because a visit to the dentist can be very costly. But anyway, I finally made up my mind and decided I need to go this time because of this one specific tooth has been bothering me over the past few years. I basically had a root canal in 2008 that cracked and decayed over the years because I didn't get it crowned. I originally went to Dr. Jin's office thinking I needed a filling/another root canal, but he was very informative in letting me know the tooth isn't restorable because it's been damaged for too long. Dr. Jin was so knowledgeable in showing each tooth on the x-ray and explaining what the damages were. So the only option to get rid of the discomfort on my bad tooth was to get an extraction, and so I did. He was so calm and gentle the whole time of the procedure, letting me know every move and task he was doing the whole entire time. He really made my fear of dentists go completely out of mind! His assistant, Kesvia, was also very lovely and helpful throughout the whole process from the x-ray to cleaning my teeth, and assisting with the tooth extraction. The front desk lady was so nice and welcoming from the very moment I called for an appointment to when I arrived at the office. (Btw, I got an appointment the same day I called.) On top of it all, she gave me a follow up call the day after to see how I was doing and checking up on me! (So awesome!!) I will definitely look forward to coming back and getting my teeth taken care of by Dr. Jin and his staff, they are amazing! read more

Amazing dentist. Called and got an appointment to remove an erupted wisdom tooth on the same day even though I was a new patient. Clean and calming office. Even more calming dentist. No painful x-rays, just a machine that rotates around your head. Dr. Jin was so gentle and applied so much numbing agent that I didn't even realize that he had already pulled the tooth out. I called Dr. Park´s Dentistry because I had an inflamed gum from my wisdom tooth.I got my appointment for the next day already. When I got there I was welcomed and treated friendly by the receptionist. Second time she already called me by name when I arrived. After I filled out same data, Dr Park came and greeted me and asked me about my pain. Long story short. Following things were done: 4 Fillings, Deep Cleaning and an extraction. All of them very, very professional. Dr Park and the Assistant always asked if I am in pain. They were ready to give me more anesthesia anytime. I was at a lot of dentists in my life, but he was the best. I definitely recommend him to others and actually already recommended him to my family. I really hope that his business is going to grow and that he gets a better location and a better office, because I was at Dentists out there who have nice offices in good areas but are really bad Dentists who are just interested to scam people. read more

I have been taking my family for treatment with Dr Park for a couple of years now. My wife needing quite a lot doing but that was not me until now... Basically, I really needed some extensive treatment done consisting of replacing an aging front bridge and two crowns so a span of six upper front teeth in total. Being from the old era of UK school dentists in the 1970's, I was very worried and dreaded what I thought was going to be an extremely painful and expensive experience. My thoughts were unfounded and I can clearly state that he was incredibly gentle, thoughtful and thorough. The result has been beyond what I would have ever imagined based on past experiences and the one hour drive to his clinic each time is more than worth it. I thoroughly recommend Dr Park and his staff for their care, understanding and technical ability to do outstanding work at very reasonable costs.
