Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. Super 5 Stars for DC Computers! They care about their business and customers. So glad I found them.

Before we could even negotiate, the employee, a tall Hispanic man in a blue shirt, became incredibly aggressive. He falsely claimed my MacBook was bought outside the US and had a "Spanish keyboard," which is a total lie since I bought it at a US Apple Store. When I corrected him, he scoffed, literally threw my MacBook back at me, walked away, and snapped, "I ain't interested." Throwing a customer's expensive electronics is completely unacceptable and borderline violent. Management needs to check their cameras and handle this employee immediately.

They charged me more than $1,000 to add memory to my Mac, repair a disc drive and speed up my functionality. They assured me all my software would work with the operating system upgrade they sold me. They told me this without actually pulling out my CPU to test it, and claimed that I damaged it by installing my cooler wrong, and there was only a 50/50 chance my processor was still working - I don't know how they could've possibly known that without actually touching the processor at all. When they returned my computer, it was missing the card rail clip, the velcro straps that I use to manage my cables, and the front panel header had been unplugged and rewired incorrectly. This store made an already incredibly stressful situation twice as stressful and last twice as long by giving me wrong information and leaving my computer in a worse state than they received it in.
