ACTUALLY WORTH THE 3 MONTH WAIT??? Ok uh wow, I'm no business savvy person but to think I would wait for about 3 months to replace some parts is crazy but there's a reason behind this. Niko explained to me about how the computers specific serial numbers can like make a huge difference or something for the parts to fit. In this case, my computer is basically a pain in the butt due to limited parts or whatever so he had to search it up abroad so that's why it took so long. One thing that made me falter my trust for them a bit while waiting is that their communication can be really vague at times but courteous at best (BIG on the courteous part lmao [laughing my ass off]) so I had this impression that I got scammed at first because I always reach out first (also my very first time on trusting a very valuable item so it was anxiety inducing :'D). So be sure to reach them out on a routinely basis if you like to have consistent updates. Price can really depend on what your problem is. But for $350, it doesn't seem too bad on my end (or not. Maybe I did get scammed XD) as they do this initial inspection sort of thing which charges you $49 something dollars(??). But what took me aback is that he cleans inside the computer too in the process of repairing it?! He even mentioned of replacing the thermal paste too so wow. Pleasantly surprised about that. (:o They also offer you a 6 month warranty so another wow on that. Whohoo!!! Nico is the bomb. My IPod Classic stopped synching with itunes about six months ago. I took it into another computer repair place and was told that I should download itunes again. I did. Nothing. Here I will say that I depend on my IPod for all of my music. My hobby is making playlists for events, moods, and as an audio diary month to month. So I was pretty desperate to get back the ability to purchase and upload music and then craft playlists. I took my laptop and IPod into the Apple store. They told me that the IPod is no defunct and Apple doesn't want us to use them anymore, just our phones to stream Apple music. I don't want to!! I called Apple. They told me, after around an hour of being technicians . . . that I should take my computer and Itunes back to factory settings. I was afraid doing so would lose all of my playlists. Finally, I called Nico. He sat with me for three hours, trying everything he could think of. He found the culprit, a broken app that somehow blocked Itunes from recognizing my IPod. My experience was 5 stars! Nico, the owner is great! I was referred to him by the geek who fixed my Mac but doesn't do phones so he gave me Nico's number.) My iPhone 7 needed a battery. The wait time and appointments with Apple & other authorized repair businesses were too long and inconvenient. We called Nico on Thursday. He asked us to check the battery health and agreed it needed a battery. He ordered the part that night. Next day he received it and called me. I came in on Saturday in the am and was out and fixed in an half an hour! He cleaned the charging ports too and now I have a good working device! My puppy knocked a drink over my MacBook Air and it wouldn't turn on or charge. It was fried. Dead. Apple store quoted $799 plus tax for ANY liquid related damage-- and that quote didn't include the cost of anything else. I reached out to Craft Computers and dropped my laptop off the next day. Niko fixed it and got it up and running like new the same day the new motherboard arrived. 100% recommend this business! The Apple store wanted to charge me $700 to send my computer off for weeks (after already waiting for 2 weeks for the "genius" appointment) because they couldn't get it to turn on at all.
