I took thee guys an 4-year-old HP laptop that had been slow and eventually refusing to turn on. I came into get the machine when it was done and I had the memory replaced with some fast little stick of much newer technology and the computer is lightening fast not. It boots up super quickly and is probably fast than it was when I first got it. Between this and the new battery that replaced my apparently somewhat exploded battery my computer has had a good bit of life injected into it. It was also really cheap although the figure escapes me- the fix was last summer. I found them through yelp and told the guy fixing it I would post about them. Finally found the time. These guys are solid. They diagnose computer problems and give a good estimate of the repair and cost. I had dropped a beverage on my laptop which caused some keys to malfunction. Geeky gave me an estimate and I chose not to repair and get an external keyboard. Three years later my motherboard went down. They replaced it with a board I bought within a day. They also fixed a power issue. They are trustworthy. It is better, I've found, to find out from them what part needs to be replaced and buy it yourself (ebay etc). I've used Geeky Clean for several jobs over the past few years. They put a new hard drive in a DVR that is part of our security camera system without any issues. I was unfortunate enough to be referred to this business by my IT guy that was moving away and going in a different direction. I have a simple at home business with a couple of remote employees and only needed assistance with remote desktop and continuous backups set up. Scott came to my house to add software so he could remote in to my computer and get everything set up before my services ended with my prior IT guy. After multiple attempts to make sure things were on track for a seamless transition I didn't hear back.
