Dr. Liu is our primary doctor but we have seen Dr. Davari for last minute visits due to unexpected illness. Dr. Liu has always been very thorough and conservative in care. She would rather be safe than sorry. After each birth she makes it a point to check in with me as the mom and offer advice and always takes time to answer ask our questions. Dr. Davari has always been very comforting and reassuring each time I have spoken with him on the phone and also when we saw him in person. I feel good knowing that I trust with doctor with the care of my children. I am also very grateful for their after hours answering service. First I paid $120 which is a little steep but I knew my daughter was going to be in great hands. My daughter and I were placed in a room and one of the nurse gave me a placard of all of the earrings that I could pick for my daughter. I picked the smaller gold earring for April's birthstone. The doctor came in and explained everything to me. She gave me an ear cleaning solution to use on my daughter at home and she showed me the earrings and then I realized they were too small. I asked the doctor if I could get the bigger size and she got them. I really appreciate that. The doctor cleaned my daughter's ears 3 times on each side and used a marker to mark where the earrings would go. I was happy with the placement and the doctor even asked if I was comfortable holding my daughter and I was. The doctor pierced the 1 ear and my daughter started crying and then switched to the other side and pierced the other side. My daughter was crying for quite some time and she was very angry at me on the ride home. Almost a week later her ears and piercing looks great. I am thankful for the staff here for doing such a great job on my daughter's ears. I would definitely come here again for my future daughter's ears. Thank you Dr. Liu and staff.

They made sure that I understood the test they needed to run and that I got all the referrals I needed. Ms. Jocelyn Ramirez PA is very kind and gentle and takes her time guiding me through the exam. The very first time I met Jocelyn Ramirez she made sure that I was cared for in every way. She provided me with prescriptions that was necessary and also followed up and called me back the same day to make sure that I received them. She did the same thing the second time we had an interaction and she wanted to run more test just to make sure that my body is working as it should be. I appreciate the care of the Angeles doctors and nurses at this clinic. They provide such wonderful and exceptional service and care. I am so grateful and thankful for the care they given me. Here's my take after trying them as my primary care for the past year: -They put you on hold for 30-45 minutes on average and usually hang up a few times before picking up and speaking to you. -On more than 3 occasions, nurses would take me to the room, and their first question would be "Are you American?" Why that matters toward my health care is beyond me. When I said yes, they'd just go quiet. Again, I do not understand why that was a pertinent question for a patient presenting insurance and ID. -I came in for pain in my knee. I chose to make an appointment with them rather than the ER in case it was simply a strain. When I saw the doctor after waiting for an hour, he was clearly annoyed. When I explained my issue, he scolded me for taking up his time, where he could be helping other patients, and that I should have taken this issue to the ER so they could deal with it. I explained I did not want to clog up an ER, I was walking okay, and just wanted a look at it. He threw me a prescription for muscle relaxants and told me to leave. I got a referral to an orthopedic surgeon in the mail weeks later, but the doctor's bedside manner was deplorable. -The biggest negligence they displayed was toward my partner. He has a pacemaker that is due to expire. He needed to see a cardiologist but couldn't without a referral. They made making an appointment like pulling teeth. Weeks and weeks later, we finally get one for a physical. They see him and say they will get him sent a few different referrals. Weeks later, he gets referrals but no cardiologist. We call them to ask, and they say no one with the information is available and to try back. This goes on for months. Calling, inquiring, sometimes they'd say they are working on it, other times, no one was available to ask. After over 8 months of this, we finally had enough and pushed them hard on this. Their response? "You need to make an appointment to be evaluated by the doctor before seeing a cardiologist." WHAT? He was evaluated in the physical. Nope, they denied he ever mentioned his pacemaker. So he goes in for another evaluation by the doctor. She barely believes him in the appointment... mind you, he works out, and the pacemaker is visibly raised on his chest. He and I both pushed for more urgency, and they finally complied to get him a referral... after another month or so. Unbelievable how they handled this and beyond negligent. -Now he currently has a quickly spreading eye infection. I called to get him an appointment. They have me on hold for 45 minutes to an hour, then when they answer, they tell me he can't be seen for days. I explain that the eye infection is getting worse quickly and that he simply needs antibiotics. I know offices leave space for day of appointments. They said there is nothing they can do and that I should try somewhere else. Basically, my last straw with this place. I have many more examples, but these are a few that stood out for people to be aware of. So, I urge anyone looking for a decent doctor's office to steer clear of this place. They clearly don't like to actually practice medicine but simply bill insurance companies for it.

They have also failed to send in blood work and other specialized reports to experts to have read. We were with Dr Shaw for over 10 years but I just cannot take the mistakes of the front office staff any longer. They're just an absolute nightmare!
