As I was dropping off my vehicle, I told Mark that someone told me I should look into my vehicle's transmission due to a sound they heard. Mark himself drove my vehicle around the block after my maintenance service was completed to see if there are any issues. He later informed me that he did not observe anything wrong and that my vehicle was fine. Most mechanic shops would have tried to get me to pay for some expensive diagnostic and service that I didn't need. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else!

Upon walking in, I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff, which I appreciated. They were friendly and professional from the start. I was asked if I was there for tint service, and when I said yes, I was informed that they weren't able to work on my car that day. Apparently, an employee had recently walked out, which has impacted their staffing and ability to complete as many vehicles as usual. I was told they're currently operating on a first-come, first-served basis in the mornings only and are not accepting scheduled appointments due to being short-staffed. While I understand that staffing issues happen, it definitely left me unsure of what to think -- especially since we purchased a promo voucher with the understanding that I'd be able to use it at my leisure. Unfortunately, mornings don't work for my schedule, so now the value of that voucher feels a bit limited and of very little value. I left disappointed but not upset. The staff was kind, and I do appreciate the honesty. I'm willing to give them another try and see if I can make it in earlier one morning. Hopefully things smooth out for them soon because customer service-wise, the initial impression was good -- it's just the availability that needs improvement. I'll give an update when I get my car. They were very professional and did the job pretty quick. Tim, the owner took care of me immediately when I went in for my appointment. Value? I definitely cannot complain. There were other shops that wanted to charge me double and even triple for what Import Auto Services did for me. One company I wouldn't recommend going to unless you have lots a money or only own a Mercedes or BMW is "Minsky Mercedes." When I asked why they charge so much more, there answer was quote, "Our name suggests we specialize in BMW and Mercedes, we can work on other makes but it would be the Euro pricing." Unquote. It is funny, Import Auto Service specializes in Euro vehicles as well but they did not price gouge me! Thank you very much Tim & Cindy. You guys are great!
