I contacted this company 2 months prior to the day I needed transportation and scheduled a 4am pickup for a 5:45 flight. I gave the company my cell phone number with my reservation, and also confirmed the reservation 1 week prior. The morning of the reservation, the driver called my work number (not my cell, which was the number I put on my reservation) at 4:10 to say she was still 30 minutes away. Umm what? 4am reservation to arrive at 4:40? If we'd waited for her, we'd miss our flight. Oddly, when I called the owner to tell him about the situation, he offered to pick up my car from the airport later that day. I thought that was such a weird thing to say. If I can't trust you to pick me up on time, how can I trust you to drive my own vehicle? How about an apology instead, or an offer to make good on the situation? Since they didn't pick us up and we had to drive ourselves, we cancelled the reservation for the trip home from the airport. But low and behold, they still charged us for it anyway. The first time they were 20 minutes late and ended up calling an Uber to pick me up without telling me.This time they were 33 minutes late and then had the audacity get mad at me for not calling to tell them I found another ride. ZERO stars would be too generous. I'm reminded of the Seinfeld quote, "anyone can TAKE a reservation..." If you actually need a ride to the airport to catch an actual plane, call someone, anyone else. This is hands down the WORST company I've dealt with ever. I booked them for a 4:00 AM trip to MCI for a 6 AM flight, and they never showed! Luckily, I was able to get my son in our car and drive us to MCI at 95 mph. They were calling our names as we ran into the terminal. I've waited 6 weeks, they have never refunded my money (which they pre-charged) nor my 10 days worth of MCI parking charges. This is the worst limosine company ever. I've used them for my wedding and my service was phenomenal. So i decided to book them again for my birthday. There was a Amazon coupon for 176.00 for upto 5 ppl in a escalade round trip. I bought 2. Not only did they send me 7 different confirmations, but the supposedly ower JAZ called me personally to see what was the problem. AS i explained to him, if i bought these coupons i shouldnt have to pay amd extra 56 dollars 4 times for gratuity or a service charge for after 11pm pick up. If its a round trip i should only pay twice, which is for two seperate reservations that i made 2 weeks in advance. So he said it will only b 54 dollars per reservation...cool. Then he said since there booked we will get the escalade for the first pick up... Then a limo on the second pick up.. Even though i paid for a round trip in a escalade i didnt have time to argue on the day of my party. Not only did my parents get picked up in a personal tahoe... So did i. My husband video taped it because he thought the man was joking. Not only was it old.. But it was leaking oil. So i called jaz and told him he was wrong for sending what he wanted and that he can either sende my escalade or cancel my reservation. He was very rude and unprofessional. If i ever had a chance to meet him.. I guarantee he wouldnt talk to me like he was that night. I was so pissed and fustrated that we ended up driving to my party in our car instead. Long story short.. I had to cancel my debit card.. Amazon refunded both my purchases. Im disputing the hratuity charge that he immediately took out once i said cancel my service.. In car driver talking to someone on phone about how they couldn't find my original driver said "oh he is probably off drunk somewhere. Another time they were very late my driver told me, once again, they couldn't find my driver & she was actually supposed to be picking up someone else at airport. About 5 mins after we left that someone else called looking for her driver & they told her sorry they were going to be an hour late. Yet another time a very old man with 16 kids drove me, beware of this guy he drives 40 miles per hour on the highway & misses exits. And finally, one guy continued to text me asking me out for weeks. In the car I told him I was married with 3 kids & did not respond to his texts but he kept on texting.... Lots of other choices for car companies.... Save yourself the headache. read more

Booked this company to pick up a client of mine at the airport, and their flight changed the day before. So I called to change the time and asked for them to call me back to check if the same driver would be picking them up on the later flight, which they did call and say he was. Next day I received following feedback from my client's experience: "We landed early (yay!!!) But our driver wasn't there. I called Melvin and didn't reach him (left a vm) and then Sarah said that our driver Amir had called her. He said that he was having car problems and was "on his way". We got our luggage and went to the curb. I tried Melvin again and did get a hold of him (I think I woke him up) and at the same time Sarah was on the phone with Amir. Melvin said that he was taken off of the pick up - which is not a problem, just surprised all of us a bit and Sarah was wondering how they got her number. Anyway, our driver showed up 30 minutes later - rolled out of the car shirt untucked, no jacket on and loaded us up. He then said "do any of you have the address of where we are going or tell me how to get there - my phone is dead". So minutes into our ride he then said "sorry I don't have my jacket on". I asked him if everything was ok with the car and he said yes - we all think he was totally asleep and was running late. I'm not sure who you work with here in KC but you might want to look into someone different. There have been a number of other times where people in our group have not had a good experience. " Since we could not bill our client for this poor service, I called and asked for a refund since they essentially swung and missed on all aspects of the service aside from getting into an accident. Very much understand mistakes happen, but that was a lot of mistakes and problems for one airport pickup. After going round and round with the person on the phone, I come to find out I am speaking with Jazz, who is apparently the owner. He refused to refund the money, and his explanation was as follows: "you accepted the service by getting in the car, so you have to pay for it". Funny thing is my clients are not high maintenance whatsoever, and don't nitpick anything. Cannot believe the owner had this stance, admitting that any kind of service level at all beyond driving from point a to point b doesnt matter. On April 10th, I hired Corporate Coach's *limo* (i.e. Lincoln Town car) service from KC airport to KC downtown Marriott hotel. That night service was as expected (minus their driver showing up 10-15 mins late) and on par for a limo service and cost me $58 for a ride in Lincoln Town car. That night driver asked me if I needed a *limo* service on my return out from KC very next day in the afternoon. We agreed same service, same price. On April 11th, instead of sending in a *limo service* they sent a 2-door Saturn which was pretty filthy (i.e. dust on the seats n dashboard, dirt all over the floor, open candy bar on the passenger seat where I was to sit and the driver didn't even bother moving it - I had to pick it up and move it myself). I immediately notified the company via mobile text message about the situation. Their company representative responded to my text acknowledging the situation and apologizing and agreeing to "compensate" me on price discounting. After a few days, charge was posted for $55 - a measly discount of $3. I reached out to them and notified about the $3 discount. Their response was $10 discount on next limo service and nothing for the situation on hand. At best, they provided a regular taxi service and in no shape or form it was a limo service. Taxi services run about $35-40 from downtown KC to KC airport during mid-afternoon hours. I got a taxi service and I should only have to pay for taxi service rates - nothing more and nothing less. Additionally, at no point I was informed about what type of service/car were they sending over at all. Also at no point they sent over any receipts for either of those transactions. read more

Totally unreliable and unprofessional!!! I booked a reservation last night on the telephone for a 7:00 am pick-up and no driver showed up. I had even received an email confirmation but when I called to check where the car was, I was told that there was indeed a reservation but no car had been assigned. The agent on the phone put me on hold for over 15 minutes while she tried to find a driver. Finally a driver got on the line who sounded very unprofessional. He told me he was at least an hour away. I have no idea why the person in the office connected me to a driver who wasn't able to help me instead of getting back with me. The driver said he would see if anyone else was available. By this time it was almost 1 hour since my scheduled pick-up and I decided to call a local taxi service that was much more helpful!!! Someone from the Airport Car Service did call and leave a message to tell me the driver could pick me up but was further delayed and suggested I contact them if I still needed transportation. This was my first experience with a car service, and it was great. Both drivers were on time and helpful. Ejaz worked with me to meet my initially stated needs. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. My only complaint was that a call was made to let me know the driver was at baggage claim...but it was left on my work voice mail. There would have been no way for me to get this message. It should have been directed to me cell phone. I can't say why, but there was no problem finding the driver and we were quickly on our way. I have used this company twice for a round-trip to MCI. The first was in the summer of 2013 and was great. No complaints. The second was this summer in 2014. The ride TO was fine. The ride FROM was horrible. After spending a week long vacation in sunny San Diego, I get home to KC. The driver was a no-show. After picking up my luggage, I waited for 30 minutes. Tired of waiting, I called the company. They said they would call my driver. After a short bit, they called me back to inform me that they couldn't reach him. They said they would send another driver out and that it would take a half hour or more. Being as it was now midnight and I didn't want to bother friends or family, I continued to wait. My original driver calls me and says that he went to the airport and looked for me and then left. I told him that I picked up my bags and have been waiting at that terminal the entire time. He insisted that it was my fault and that he had went to the correct gate. So, he was on his way back to the airport to pick me up. He still couldn't find me even after reminding him of where exactly I was. I had to wave him down. Finally, I get in the car. The driver asks me how to get to my house. WOW! Just because of principle, I told him that I didn't know. So, he starts driving and is fiddling with his phone. We get on the highway and he nearly hits a concrete area/stop sign. He swerves violently to avoid it. I'm not talking about the swerve you make to miss a raccoon in the road. I'm talking the "in the movies, making a U-Turn at 60mph" swerve. We arrive at my house. He apologizes unsympathetically and says "shit happens." Obviously unhappy with my experience, I called the company and reached a woman. I explained my situation and that I wanted the $17 charge waived for the extra mileage fee. That's all I wanted because that's the only thing that they hadn't already charged to my card. The lady said she would pass the information onto the owner and that he would get back to me. He never did. I was charged the $17. I will never use them again. I'm a laid-back guy who understands that mistakes happen. However, as a business, they should make it right. They're getting 2 stars because the first experience was fine. If you're looking for a ghetto transportation company that's cheap, this is it. But don't be surprised if it takes you an hour longer to reach your destination. read more

I booked this company to pick up my boss and another Co-worker from KCI airport. I booked on line and entered all of the requested flight information. After booking on line, I called and made sure they received my reservations. Everything was correct, they sent several confirmations with the correct time and date of pick up. The day before they were supposed to be picked up, I once again called, and confirmed everything was in place for the next evening since it was an 11pm flight. I was assured that a newer, clean and well maintained Lincoln town car would be arriving the following night to pick up my boss and co-worker at the airport. They repeated the flight information along with the time of incoming flight, car choice and the address of where they needed to drop off my boss and co-worker. They showed up a day early and when they were informed it was the following night, they assured them that they would be there and were sorry for the mix up. The following night the car service did not show up! My Boss was finally able to reach the car service an hour later and the driver was asleep and couldn't make it there for another 30-45 minutes. The driver informed him that "he wasn't very close". My Boss and Co-worker had to take a cab at 1am after traveling for 15hrs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had I saw all these reviews that mirrored my experience I would have not chosen. In shock they have not been shut down. For 85$ to be picked up in an old car with squeaky breaks, something was not right. The driver had no idea where my end point was. Googled it on phone. What scared me was car had no official business license or markings inside like typical car service, or photo of driver. Nothing showed it was an actual business. Used a groupon for my first experience with this company, by the time they added their service charge, fuel surcharge (why with gas at 1.99 per gal?) and driver tip that I paid, it was the more expensive than other service's normal rates. Not sure why a company would try to attract new business with a groupon and then rip off a new customer. In addition, they sent their driver to the wrong terminal without my contact info. I finally tracked them down and got my ride an hour later. I had been billed for the full amount plus a 20% service fee before l landed! Also, I used an Amazon voucher and they illegally added a 20% fee to the voucher. They would not respond to my complaints or resolve the issue.
