Corporate Color Printing does short runs of booklets at a competitive price, which is why I used their services twice! However, the second time, there were a few misprinted books that were missing pages. At least two people brought to my attention that their copies were misprinted, and I'm sure there were many more that I didn't find. The binding is also not the best quality, many of the pages were slightly off. I'd caution against printing booklets here if you need top quality and reliability. read more

We needed a book printed with limited copies. We researched several places in the Westminster/Garden Grove/Santa Ana area and chose this place to be our printer. They did a good job printing and binding although the price was more than what we wanted to spend. There was one major problem though, their accounting system! We paid in full when we picked up the books. But, soon afterwards, we were charged on our credit card for an even higher amount. After we notified the printer of what had happened, we were told to show proof of payment (shouldn't it be the other way around?). After showing proof of payment, our credit card was credited back, not the full amount, but $22.20 short to be exact. This amount appears to be arbitrary to say the least. The disputed amount is not much, but it caused a lot of inconvenience and time wasted for us. Their work deserved a 5 stars; but their accounting system deserved a minus 2. If you choose this printer, beware of the charges. If you get a quote, make certain that is your final cost. read more

I engaged this group to prepare a five page direct mail piece to mail to 2,000 businesses anywhere in the U.S. that had more than four employees and less than 500 employees, in other words, U.S. Small Businesses. For that job, they charged almost $5,000. While that was quite high, they seemed to know what they were doing. Boy, was I wrong!! We got NO orders, going on 300 returned packages, and everyone of them had trashed salutations and many of them had no return envelopes for their orders. In short, the job was totally botched. Little children could have done better. When I tried to discuss this problem with Mike, the CEO, he said, (I am paraphrasing here), "I looks to me like you got screwed. Now go away and don't bother me." Now I have a suggestion of anyone who has $5,000 to waste. After writing two books last year, I was very intimidated by the self-publishing process, but after doing much research, I chose to have my first book printed by CCP. The result?
