Bill's a great laid-back kinda guy who'll make sure one of his hard-working staff is always on whatever you need. His business is actually pretty ingenious, as a lot of these gorgeous homes go unused most of their lifetime thanks to the busy schedules of their owners, it makes a lot of sense to have someone like Corporate Mansions take care of them and make sure they are more often than not occupied with clients who are also quite interested in taking care of their home away from home What it means for someone like me is when I'm in a place like Las Vegas, I can choose from a significant variety of properties, and rent anything from a room to an entire mansion with nightclub, and though my own tastes tend toward the more modest (and my bank account), at every level CMLV offers something significantly more than you'd expect for the price. To those complaining I can only presume you're employed by the competition, because my experience has been one of great customer service, prompt and effective staff, and very much one of luxury beyond what I thought were my means. I would recommend giving this business a try if you're looking for something more unique and less costly overall for what you get than the average casino experience. My family had a family reunion during the holidays, and we got so lucky that we found this mansion. We contacted Bill Lyons and he was very quick to get back to us, getting us the Cirque du Soleil mansion. We had twelve people at the reunion, and the house had enough room for everybody, thanks to its five bedrooms and four bathrooms - we didn't even fight over bathroom space! The master bedroom was especially gorgeous, with a huge four poster bed, and a giant bathroom with a divine bathtub and the most amazing giant shower. In the evenings, we'd chill out on the array of long, comfortable couches in the big living room, and watch TV, or sometimes we'd just gather around the fireplace and relax. In the mornings, we'd either gaze at the Strip from the stunning upper balcony, or we'd hang out by the back pool, where we sometimes got to see the acrobats from Cirque Du Soleil practice on the trapezes a short distance away. The mansion is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, even though it is very close to the Strip and downtown. We had a great family reunion with lots of fun and made awesome memories. The Cirque Du Soleil mansion is a great place to stay if you are in Las Vegas for the vacation or business, family reunion, or just simply want to get away for a couple days. read more

I remember when we were looking to book thsi place and there was so much on the web about some...castles place or something...tiny castles? I have no clue, all i remember is nasty pushy salespeople and that whole used car sensation. No thanks. Thankfully we sobered up and googled a bit more, and I'm so glad we did, Bill did us quite a deal on our party and its been absolutely wonderful. We've had like no problems, I mean we're not rockstars swmashing the place up, but we're not a church group either and its ok, like, they can handle that we want to have fun but its not a big production either way, just...so much more laid back, an air of respect I'm not used to in any kind of rental property you know? Like they actually recognize we're adult human beings with brains, not just potential liability and profit. Maybe next time we can talk the staff into joining the party ;) read more

Thank you, Corporate Mansions, for making my wedding day truly the best day of my life! Me and my husband were looking for a place to celebrate our wedding in Vegas for a very long time, and ran into corporate mansions website. We contacted Bill Lyons, and he was willing to show us all the mansions available, so we could pick the best one for us. We rented the Grand Villa Estate, a huge 15000 sq. ft. mansion, where we could comfortably fit all our guests. They also had limo services for a better price than actual limousines companies. They took us to the main Vegas' attractions and views for a photoshoot. Executive chef was also a part of their package services, so by the time we got to a mansion the food was fresh and ready. We were pleased and would definitely recommend this place for a stay or for a celebration of any occasion! read more

Well I mean...I can't remember *everything* but its been awesome, and I mean I don't think we've ever been somewhere so perfcetyl suitedd to partying all tnight and all day, all without having to leave if we don't want to. I guess it helps there's so many of us, but still, you'd think with a crowd tihs big it'd gest crowded....oh well, somehow PLUR. The club's leader, Ruby, is a Taiwanese woman with a terrifying personality. She has a volatile temper and a penchant for revenge. She frequently bullies members, using her English proficiency to threaten to sue Chinese members. Everyone's been scared away; we don't dare go. We were among the first group of members, and now we've all withdrawn. A small loss of money is fine. Stay away from this horrible club. I stayed at the Paradise resort home for 5 days with my family who came from all over to celebrate our parent's anniversary. The property inside and out was immaculate and beautifully furnished, the pool was sparkling clean and any requests we made such as having a daily maid service were handled promptly. We spent most of our time in the fabulous back yard, it was just gorgeous! We also rented the limo three or four times to party on the Strip and the driver was courteous and picked us up from several locations without complaints. We all felt right at home and comfortable the whole time. None of us wanted to leave! read more

The Grand Villa Estate was the best. It was a birthday party surprise that my buddies put together and everything just blew me away. It had everything... like, literally everything... nightclub, theater room, pools & jacuzzis, even a bowling alley (not a bowler, but hey). This is definitely someplace you should go for at least a weekend (or longer if possible; I'm sure one of the other mansions would be enjoyable too). I'm staying in one of their places now with the girls, we get wild in Vegas a couple times a year if we can, and the party always ends up going better here, there's tons of room and its nice and private, security isn't looking at us all sideways for being wide awake at 4am like they would be after we spent twice this much on the strip. We rented the Paradise Estate for a week before our senior year and it was the best week of my life. We jam packed the huge 7 or 8 bedroom house and partied hard every night. The mansion was clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. The people who rented us the place were really nice and gave us good tips for navigating the Las Vegas strip like pros. Plus, when we split the cost up it wasn't bad at all. SO WORTH IT! I can't wait to have my bachelorette party here one day! read more

My best friend got married in Vegas, and I was her maid of honor. We were able to rent out The Dean Martin Estate and have both the ceremony and reception at the property. The best part about it was the price we paid. Had we rented hotel rooms for all in the party, plus one of the Halls at the casinos, catering, etc...... we would have paid out through the nose! CMI have been renting homes to us for many years. All the homes we've used have been well equipped and spotless. The one with the pool and mini-golf on property is fantastic. You even have a chance to see the homes before renting. They have free access to a limo for transportation around town. My firm had a party in addition to staying four days at the grand villa this past weekend and the experience was nothing but great. The staff worked their asses off and came through time and time again. The Villa is a bit tacky looking at first glance but it definitely served its purpose. My friends and I all got together and rented The Paradise Estate for the weekend, and it was the best time. I hate staying at casinos because they are cramped, unaccommodating, and noisy. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This business is a scam. They are leasing the property from the real owners and then subleasing to people who travel to Vegas for even more money. The gated communities absolutely hates them, and they never give you the property you rent. Horrible business. read more

I had a wedding at the Grand Villa, it was awesome, my grandmother loved the bowling alley, the caterer was great, the service was awesome. Totally worth it, especially considering we had several people spend the night. Would recommend to others and have another party there. read more

This company does not even pay its employees, or at least i have heard from two of the staff, though its hard to tell who is in the wrong there, I've heard rumors people were vying for some kind of takeover too, all I know is it added up to ridiculously poor service. read more
