The manager answered me about my noticing 2 different prices for motorcycles. But when 1st going to website your eyes are caught by initial price. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago, they had my vin and so they knew what was coming in. Trailered my atv over, called me 3 hrs later to pick up. They said they could not find a wiring harness for mine (totally avail online) or reconnect wiring. Also stated they could not place a new belt because clutch assembly was missing a piece. I asked why not replace the assembly then? Girl stated there are none, also avail online everywhere! This can't even be called a shop, such a joke! Funny reply from the owner, much of what you said is not true at all! I had the video running on my phone when I returned to pick up my machine because I definitely wanted to record the conversation and lack of ability of your organization when I was called and got the whole conversation. I have been to several motorcycle shops ranging from one brand to a complex of several brands. This shop, by far, has been the worst. My wife and I were not greeted, yet there was not a single customer in the shop. We walked around the Indian Motorcycle side for 15 minutes and had to find someone to help us. My wife looked at one of the employees and without getting out of his seat said, do you need help? Seriously? I could have been there to by a bike! All I wanted was a dealership T-Shirt, he said sorry, we are waiting for them to get in. The options for apparel was dismal at best. The shop was devoid of any give a poop. Even the woman's bathroom was horrible, from what my wife said. The employees were talking about what club they went to, not trying to help us or make the shop better. To say this is what paid by the hour looks like is an understatement. If you are looking for a good dealership, go see Woods Cycle Country in New Braunfels. They know what customer service is. Indian Motorcycle needs to pull their brand from this dealership. read more

$398.04 for an oil change is insane. If you are okay with robbery the service department will still give you the runaround. They will change the service date and won't give you a straight answer. Almost $400 for an oil change! I wouldn't recommend to anyone read more

Just bought a new Polaris 450 Sportsman. Sales people were ok. No problem selling. If a customer wants to buy. Problems start when the unit is took to the service department for its final inspection. The one tech that was in charge of my unit did a horrible job. 1. outside appearance: the wheels had thick coating of goo. Tech knew about this. and didn't clean it. 2. oil levels were over the full mark. 3. coolant level was below min level. 4. that's as far as I got before writing this review. 5. 6. 7. Wit 2 days of trying to get the break in process going. I haven't even got the unit off the trailer. Service manager is very nice. offered to help. At this point I'm low in trust. Having to buy fluids and equipment. And not enjoying something that you work hard to purchase and enjoy. Advice. Either don't buy here. Or ask to meet Joe the service manager before you signing for the unit. read more

Took 2 bikes in. Provided the oil and filters. All they had to do was change the oil. They drained the oil. Called me to pick up. Both engines seized up because guess what. They didn't put oil in either bike. 100% the worst experience I've ever had with a shop. Manager said the guy who did oil change doesn't usually make these kinds of mistakes. Keep clear if you value your machines. These guys are the worst!!! read more

Problem solved -- thanks CCCP for the change in your policy. According to Cycle Plaza they now service equipment that was purchased under warranty at another source and/or will work on equipment not sold by them and not under warranty. That was the problem with this dealership back in 2011 but they have assured me that the problem is now remedied. Just make sure you call first and fully explain how, when, and where you purchased your equipment before taking the time to haul it to their dealership for repair. That way you'll know in advance if service is available or not. If they refuse you service, then write an appropriate review to warn others. read more

I want there to look at a ATV got a good first impression however I left stating what I wanted and the sales guy stated he would email him a quote. I called back and he acted like he didn't want to follow up on his verbal commitment to send me a base quote with add on's.. I would never recommend buying from some business when their sales people don't follow up on what they say they will do..... Service STINKS!!! My wife's scooter was difficult to start. When cranking, you could smell unburned fuel. When it would start, it would die when braking, accompanied with the smell of unburned fuel. Took the scooter in twice to get the problem fixed. Twice, I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. It started for them. Instead of listening to the symptoms and investigating, they just gave up because it started for them. It cost me $100.00 each time! So, $200.00 poorer, I took the scooter to another shop and a real mechanic. He listened, diagnosed, and fixed the scooter! Runs like a top!!! It was the induction coil. Cycle Plaza, if you don't want to fix the scooter, why do you sell them? My wife wants to upgrade to a motorcycle now. From whom would you guess that we WON'T be buying??? This is without a doubt the worst dealership of any kind that I have dealt with. The sales people lie to you. They are obviously not knowledgeable about their products so instead of admitting they don't know, they choose to lie. I had done my research before going there and when I asked detailed questions they gave me conflicting information. I pointed out that their information was different than what I had researched they said I was wrong. I researched further and determined that I wasn't wrong. Since then I have talked to multiple people and have heard many horror stories regarding this dealership, a couple stories were very unethical in nature. Absolutely will never go to them again not even to buy a life jacket i took my ski in to get a low oil pressure light checked and the mechanic told me my oil pump was out it would run me 3800 to get it fixed then said I'm better off buying a new ski. I took my ski to velocity in Victoria to find out it's just a sensor that went out and got it fixed for under 300$. So I went ahead and asked how much they change oil pumps for and they said 1000 cycle plaza was trying to charge me not only double but triple the amount insane!!!! read more

my wife and i recently purchased an Indian motorcycle from Jim at cycle plaza. the entire process was outstanding. Jim, our salesman, was very through and patient with us. Tim and Jessica, in parts and accessories, were extremely helpful and friendly. Brian the service manager personally showed us how to use the features on our new bike, again very helpful. he also clearly explained the warranty and maintenance process. we have purchased many motorcycles over the years and this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. good job guys...keep up the good work. read more

Purchased a 2021 Can Am Renegade xMR 1000 from this place last week. Drove 8 hours away because it was the only place I could find one. They had to put it together from the crate. When I got there I did not fully inspect it I had been driving since 2 am. Loaded it up headed back to Oklahoma. The next morning I went to take it for a spin. First thing I noticed was the fenders were missing clips and coming apart. Not that big of a deal things happen. Then I notice plastic frame cover was busted that held the brake line. Next I go to hop on it and put it in drive the gear indicator was showing the wrong gear and would put it in limp mode. At this point I'm pretty irritated $17k four wheeler that they slapped together without care. So I sent a list of things over with pictures. They text me back all defensive saying they talked to their tech and he said he noticed no damage and did a test drive and everything ran perfect. So I figured I would give the manager a call. When he got on the phone he was a complete ass acting like this is all my fault. I told him all I wanted was for them to send me the parts in the mail so I could fix it myself. He started speaking over me and telling me I'm more than welcome to take it to another Can Am dealer. That ended the call. At this point now I'm furious brand new $17k machine that has 5 miles on it is completely broken and the dealer I bought it from is no help. I loaded it up in my truck then noticed the whole damn brake assembly and roter is missing of the back left tire. I called a local Dealer and luckily they were so amazed at how Corpus Christi cycle plaza acted showing them the text and recording of my phone call with the manager. They called their contact with Can Am and are working with the local dealer to properly reassemble my machine and get them the parts needed to do so. Absolutely 100% would never recommend buying from these crooks!!!! read more

I purchased an 05 r6 from CCCP In October of 2015. The buying experience went well. The sales person, Jennie, was very helpful in answering any and every question I could throw at her. I purchased with no warranty option because of the age. After having the bike for about a month one day I went to ride and I had a flat tire, took it in and the issue was fixed free of charge because I was within the 30 day window. Come to find out my rim had wear on the inside which was causing air to leak out. The service department cleaned it up and I haven't had an issue with that since. Approximately 2.5 months into having my bike it starts acting up. As I ride the bike it would start bogging down out of no where. I bring it back to the service department for them to check out. They cannot duplicate the issues I was having and refunded me a portion of my deposit I paid for them to look at it. On the ride back home it gives me the same exact issue for which I brought it in. In my mind I thought I had maybe got a tank of bad gas. I ran through 2 tanks of gas without the issue ever clearing up, so I bring it back once again. I did not have to pay a deposit because again, I was in the 30 day window of first taking it in for that issue. A week goes by and I call to check up on it. Once again they cannot duplicate the issue, so I ask them to hold onto my bike so it can be retested. Finally about 2 weeks after taking it in I stop by the shop just to find out that there has been no progress. I ended up taking my bike back that day, which on the ride home it does it again! The shop tells me that they cannot do anything about it and advise me to ride until the component finally fails completely so they can see what it is. At this point I am left to my own devices to figure out the issue of my bike with no help from the professionals. After countless hours of browsing forums for similar issues I get the idea the check the battery. I pull it out and discover that the battery in my bike is not even the same part number as oem. I then have to take the battery down myself to an actual battery store, interstate batteries, just to find out that the battery was bad. Issue fixed. My complaint is that the shop didn't catch that I had a bad/weak battery when they did an inspection upon first receiving the bike. Furthermore, the service department only test rode my bike without investigating possible sources of the issue leaving me in the dark "waiting for the part to completely fail". I commend their efforts on the tire issue that was resolved, but I am extremely disappointed on the way my second issue was handled. read more

My earlier bitch was that I THOUGHT I was buying a bike with ABS because on the phone that's what they told me. When I picked up the bike it looked like like it did not have ABS. What do I know? After a bit of a confrontation where they made excuses for telling me on the phone that it had ABS, it really didn't and it wasn't their fault. Once I got the bike home and did more research it turns out the bike DOES have ABS, but they didn't even know it!! Know what you are buying, because these people sure as hell don't know what they are selling!!! read more

I ordered an Indian wallet to be shipped to store on December 9, 2016 as suggested by the sales associate, Tim McInteer. I had originally intended to have it shipped to my home but he insisted to have it shipped to the store would be quicker (5-7 business days) and free shipping. I agreed assuming that he was an expert in the sales. However, I called them myself on December 16, a week after I had placed the order and paid for the item, and asked for a status. A female sales associate had informed me that the wrong item had been shipped and they are waiting for the correct item. I was not contacted regarding the issue. Were they hoping for me to just forget about my order? She then informed me it will be ready the following Tuesday, December 20th. It is now Wednesday and still did not get a call. I contacted them myself (AGAIN) today and asked for a status update. I spoke to a gentleman (did not get his name) and he informed me that the item is currently in transit and will arrive tomorrow morning. However, the problem is I am leaving town tomorrow morning and I had made it aware to them that I have a scheduled trip and would need the item before I leave. The salesman I spoke to told me there was nothing he could do. I then asked him if someone else can pick up the item since I will be absent, and he told me I could just as long as they say who they are picking the item for. This is really shocking to me because it literally means anybody can pick up the item without my authorization, verbal or written. How unprofessional this store is in dealing with customer orders. I will not recommend this store to my friends and family and I will never come back to this store again. read more

This place is full of crooks! My Sea Doo would not start after a day out on the water. I had left my key on the truck bumper where it fell off and then got ran over. My guess was that I had damaged the key. Turns out it was not damaged at all. I took my Sea Doo in to have a key made and the first question was, "Did you buy it from us?". No, I bought it from an individual. They took it to the back and after a few minutes, the Service Writer said, "We have bad news. Your wiring harness is bad and needs to be replaced. We can't communicate with the on board computer otherwise. Somehow, your wiring harness got wet and shorted out." They must have thought I was an idiot because their repair estimate was over $1200.00, and they didn't even want to give me a copy of the estimate. So, I brought the Sea Doo home, removed all of the fuses, sprayed Contact Cleaner on all of the fuse contacts associated with the "wiring harness", and put a blower on it for a few days to completely dry. I then replaced all of the fuses with new fuses. I used my Learning key to try to start it, and it started right up. So I went back to Cycle Plaza, told them that it starts now, and would like the key that I purchased, programed. Well, mysteriously, their "Watercraft Tech" was not going to be in that day. So now, I'm taking all of my business Kent Motorsports in San Antonio and I will NEVER step foot in this place again! I live in Corpus Christi. read more

Would have been 5 stars but for the curmudgeon manning the service department phone. I was passing through when a rock destroyed my radiator. The service manager and techs are awesome people and provided me with excellent service and hospitality. The sales staff were likewise very friendly and supportive while I waited for my parts to be overnighted in. It's a very nice shop with great people. Just bypass the old guy at the service desk if he isn't willing to help you because everyone else there absolutely appreciates your business. read more
