It's a laundromat, no edge of your seat action here. Bathroom available (ask for the key) soda & snack machines. Plenty of folding tables, laundry carts are indoor use only so you mule your dirty/clean things in & out. Little parking lot is rarely packed. Never seen any drama here, everyone keeps to themselves. read more

First time here during Covid-19 restrictions and the sign on the door says "face masks required." Evidently that doesn't apply to the staff! The worker cleaning the machines was not wearing one at all! And not using gloves to clean with either! I wore a mask but other patrons including someone who knew the attendant were not wearing any. usually the workers are Really cool and let You do your laundry in peace..... that wasn't tha case today The lady working wouldnt stop getting in My personal space. kept following me around. sometimes you have trash in your pockets and put it to the side and throw it away after your done doing your thing.... we'll I didn't get the chance today she acted like I was litering didn't give me a minute to throw it away. she's just been in my way so if you want to be harassed in an empty laundry matt and be questioned about the number of loads you are doing When The Place IS EMPTY!!!! this is Your place I've been coming here for years I would just avoid coming in the mornings . read more

I travel extensively and sometimes on the weekends. When I do travel over a weekend I rely upon various laundromats for their wash and fold services. I looked up this laundromat online and as it was rated a 4 star I thought it was a safe bet as one that could supply what I needed. Their on-line ad indicates they open at 8 AM. However, upon arrival, I discovered that 8:30 was their opening time for the wash and fold service. Fine - I waited until 8:30. 8:30 rolled around and the attendant, who had been there since at least 8:15 cleaning the machines etc, finally opened the door at 8:45. When I went to communicate with her I quickly discovered that she didn't know English - or at least - very little. However, we managed the conversation, worked it out, and I left. Then, upon coming back for my clothes that PM a similar situation with the time of the wash and fold being open occurred that had occurred earlier. So, another time delay. The price we negotiated verbally from the AM was honored and my clothes were all accounted for. However - they were not very clean. That is, although they smelled at least semi-clean, I could tell that they had not been rinsed well. Additionally, they did not fold them well and so semi-permanent wrinkles were set in thus diminishing the usefulness of wash and FOLD. To be fair: the laundromat itself appeared to be in good service and so I find no fault with that portion of the business, only the portion of the service that I used. I hope this review helps those who are looking for a place to do wash and fold. In that respect, I wouldn't use this business for that. I give the laundry facilities themselves a big thumbs up. However, as a wash and fold service: a big thumbs down. read more

It's very clean. As I was doing my laundry, the staff was disinfecting the machines. I really like this laundromat because there aren't a lot of frills. There are no blaring TVs or wifi. Bring your book, do your laundry and go about your day! read more

Immaculate floors prevent the ever inevitable tragedy that occurs when a freshly washed item of clothing (nine times out of ten, underwear) misses the basket. Empty machines appear as needed, even on the busiest nights. $1.75 for a traditional wash load and 25 cents for 8 minutes of drying time. The HOT dry setting on the glass tumblers will dry a medium load in 25 minutes (costing around 75 cents). read more

I hate laundromats. From the time spent listlessly waiting for clothes to the discomfort that comes with sitting in an uncomfortable plastic chair rather than a sofa at home to the dreary white walls and ultra-bright neon lights. It's much like a psych ward, except us customers don't get any special medicine. At University Laundromat, you probably wish you had that medicine because it's especially uninviting. The seats are the least comfortable ever imagined and their isn't a tv to draw keep you occupied (and to those that say to read a book, I can assure you it's next to.impossible on these seats). Still, the price of a wash and dry won't break your bank (although cheap it isn't either) and it's easy enough to get a machine. I guess I just wish laundromat owners would take a hint and try to provide some comfort to their customers; this place sure could use some. read more

This place KNOWS what they're doing. I've never had a single issue. Everything is cheap and gets done fast!

I used the XL washers and dryers and found them to be very clean. They used plenty of water during the wash and rinse cycles and were in excellent condition. The attendant was friendly and the entire site was clean - I would certainly return! read more

Dirty washer wrecked my sleeping bag, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, blaring awful radio station, limited parking, and panhandlers frequently walk through and ask for change- the staff doesn't care if they do. I wish it was decent, as it is the closest Laundromat, but I refuse to go there anymore. read more

Used the XL washer and it didn't even get my clothes wet, no attendant anywhere to found (because why would there be? this is NM after all). Waste of $6. read more
