Their pricing was extremely fair, especially compared to big brand names like Safelight, etc. They also come right to your home so I barely had to lift a finger! I had a few really small cracks in my windshield and the K&S team patched them up within 10 minutes. The next time I got in the car I almost forgot that they patched them because they did such a good job! 10/10 would recommend based on quality of work, pricing, and ease of communication.

The 1st trip, they replaced the windshield, broke pieces of the vehicle, that led to loud noise in vehicle from air rushing in. 2nd trip, same tech came out and just added more glue, & said it was because of the age of the vehicle. 3 trip out a technician discovered parts had been broken during windshield replacement, & then needed to order parts. The safelite tech never ordered the parts or told anyone that parts were needed for repair. After calling safelite multiple times to get a status, & finding nothing had been done on Safelites part, & ordering parts that had been broken, the parts were ordered. Parts were received, misplaced, multiple reschedules, not by me, the customer, but by email & text messages from Safelite. Next windshield replacement, my daughter waited a full day to drive the vehicle, removed the tape on the windshield, & weather stripping started flapping, peeling away on both sides of vehicle as she was driving down the highway to work. Multiple calls to customer service, & to the store that did the work in Concord NC, & Winston Salem NC office, for complaints. Called Safelite customer service for complaint. Lead tech from Safelite store in Concord NC called, said he would talk to Manager and call back, but no call back a week later. Now with rain pouring into the vehicle because the windshield was improperly installed, and no weatherstripping, did I mention the lead tech explained that weatherstripping was just for esthetics, it didn't keep water out. Now our vehicle is filling with water, so now we have water damage, & still no call from Safelite. I would never recommend or use Safelite again.
