Not specific to this store. I had a chip, made the appointment online for the next day between 8am and noon. They did not show. Around 1:30 I reached out. After dealing with Ai chat bots for a bit I finally got a person. They reached out to the tech and said it would be soon. Long story short. At 6pm safelite canceled my appointment and gave me a refund. Keep in mind I did not request a cancelation. Next day I called asking if they could fix it that day, u know to make things right. Im still willing to pay. They said no. So I took my business to a much friendlier place in Mooresville. Im sure most the time safelite is fine. But if its not its very easy to see thay dont care about you as a customer or a person. The dont recognize how hard it is for a normal person to move things around just for a no show. I highly recommend this business. The tall young woman who answered all my questions at the front desk had an amazing personality and was extremely efficient and professional with setting things up. They definitely take care of their customers. I had to get my jfront windshield replaced at the end of last year. Everything was fine until a section of the gasket around the top of the windshield came loose. I was unable to state the problem on the website because they only allow you to schedule a repair or replacement of a window. Yet, I was able to explain the issue once I got to the shop. NEVER will I do business with safelite again! Appointment was November 1st, the technician brought out a broken windshield to replace my broken windshield! They rescheduled for November 3rd, Charles, never called, emailed, texted, nothing to let me know he was on the way. When he pulled in the driveway my dogs alerted me by barking ( keep in mind, they were inside my home behind a locked door.) Charles never once rang my door bell or knocked on my door, instead he left and canceled my appointment!!!! I called their customer service and they couldn't get anybody from the local shop to answer the phone. Customer service had to put in a request for a district manager to call me... we'll see if that happens. In the mean time i live 5 miles from their shop, so I drive there to get this fixed, but they closed early. SUPRISE SUPRISE! I called their customer service again and demand a supervisor, thanks Jessica, for refusing to get one, nice job there! Finally get a supervisor and they are useless. The only thing the supervisor could tell me is the technician canceled the appointment but doesnt know why! USELESS! BUT, because the technician canceled my appointment it automatically refunded my $500 payment that will take 3-5 business days to receive. However they wanted me to schedule a 3rd appointment but would have to make the payment upfront again! I will be disputing this claim with my insurance as well as letting them know what is happening. read more

At 12:30 tried to contact Safelite to find out the status. Endless phone tree circles web sites sending me to different numbers that ended up with the same call tree. Very happy with this location. Had my windshield replaced by this location about 6 mo ago. There was an issue with my windshield spray. Somehow the tube came lose during the repair. I brought it back the same day and they fixed it. A day later it happened again. I brought it back and they attached it again. Well about 6+ months ago it happened again. I brought it back today and they immediately brought it in and fixed it again (permanently). They easily could have said no (after 6 mo) and sent me on my way. The manager pulled me right in and fixed it again. I will be bringing my vehicles here should I need my glass replaced. Ty! read more

I needed a windshield replacement. From beginning to end, I was interacting with Kamrey. She was friendly and helpful with each interaction. There was an issue with needing to order a different windshield (causing me to schedule a second visit). However, Kamrey took care of the issue right away for me and made sure to get me scheduled as soon as possible to have the work done. I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service I have received at this place. In addition to Kamrey, the technicians work quickly and efficiently and were polite and friendly with me through our very brief interactions. I hope I don't need to return to Safelite, but if I do; I will not hesitate to come to this location. I can't say enough good things about the Safelite AutoGlass on Branchview in Concord, NC. The girl at the desk was kind and funny and helped me understand the way it worked with my insurance. Additionally, the waiting area was very clean and had various types of coffee, tea and water if I needed it BUT even with all the cars that were there I was barely comfortable in the waiting room when my car was done. In fact, I got a text saying my car was being started and less than 5 minutes later I got a text saying it was done. We've had to use Safelite a few times before and always had great service but this location surpasses them all. Thanks! read more

The technician was friendly and service was prompt. HOWEVER, I'm soooo disappointed at the repair on my car. I had gravel hit my windshield and leave a crack before and I could barely find the crack after insurance company sent a technician (different company). This crack was pretty much same size and it's still unbelievably noticeable. I'm so upset. My car is brand new and this crack looks god awful. I will never use this service again for any windshield repair. I can't stop being upset with how bad it looks. I'm actually debating paying a huge deductible to get the windshield entirely replaced. Well I didn't have a very good experience with them the first time they came out to my house with my windshield it was damaged and broke the second time the tech never even showed because I was at work and he didn't want to travel 50 minutes to my location which is what they're supposed to do he said I'd be his last stop and he never showed the next day they after I first and had a fiddle on the phone they came out the next day and finally fixed my windshield but give me no discount give me no nothing for having to put my life on hold three times I was told by the text I'd get $150 off they charged me the full amount so if you go to safety like glass do not trust them because they like to just get your business but don't follow through I had a 2015 Ford fiesta that they could have very fixed on the first time but they brought me a bad windshield so I'm out I get pulled over three times by the police officers and they give me no compensation so they kind of suck so good luck to anybody that uses them I'll never use them again read more

I had (2)chips in my front windshield. Unfortunately the second incident happened while I was on my way to Safelite the get the first spot repaired. I made an appointment online. At this particular location I was able to get a same day appointment. When I arrived I was greeted and assisted by Daniel. He walked out with me and assessed the damage. Told me that the soots would not totally disappear but this repair would prevent the windshield from cracking / spreading further. He stated that the repair would be taken care of it in about 45min. Showed me where the waiting room was and offered me a complimentary beverage. This repair job took approximately 20min. When the work was completed Daniel pulled the car in front told me to take look at the results. He did an AMAZING JOB!!! I was standing there literally having to look at pictures trying to relocated the damage. A seamless repair job and the best customer service experience that I've had in the area. Service was delayed multiple times and the work wasn't finished well. They didn't clean out all of the glass in the door. Now whenever I close that door, I can hear all the broken glass still inside. I'll have to hire someone else to come out and remove it again to vacuum. Everyone was always nice about things, but they definitely don't know what they are doing. read more
