My new X3 M without full PPF.
    Christopher J.

Inquired online about a an X3 M I was interested in. Dealership reached out and we discussed vehicle options and condition. Was told that is was in excellent condition (which is true) and that it had "full PPF". Test drive vehicle, opened the hood and saw PPF wrap and decided to buy. Unfortunately, once I got home I noticed the PPF was not on the full vehicle, but only on the front clip. Called them back and was directly lied to - claiming he said it was only on the front bumper (which isn't true either). Very disappointed with the deceit and lack of ownership of the issue. Asked to have the manager call me and no one has reached out 5 hours later. Please be wary of this dealership and get everything in writing if you do choose to buy from them.

Top quality products and first class service. They are the best in the industry. Thank you to Chris Cave for another exceptional experience with the purchase and pick up of my new 2026 BMW. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always been pleased with the above and beyond service. This is the third happy new car experience with Chris Cave at the lead to make it happen in a timely and accurate manner. Thanks for the VIP service, always.

I knew the brand of tire I wanted so I told them to make sure it was in stock and ready to be put on my car. There was only 1 person sitting in the waiting area with me when I got here so I don't know why they scheduled me for this time if they were not ready to service me.I only came here for a set of new tires. People that dropped their cars off before me have come and gone. I'm going to start looking at Mavis or some other chains that will offer faster service, good customer service, reasonable pricing and someone that values customer's time. My time is important to me and this happens every time I come which is not often. I am not happy this afternoon. I got off early to get this done and over 3 hours is a long time to wait on a set of tires!

I have a 2005 BMW x5, that I had towed to Bravo 4 Autowerks, due to it not cranking. They kept my vehicle for about 6 weeks and said I needed a new engine costing $9000 to $11000. Of course I said no and had my vehicle elsewhere, come to find out it was an crank shaft sensor, intake cam shaft sensor, and a exhaust cam shaft sensor costing $40 total in parts from amazon (after market brand). I am very disappointed in their handling of my whole situation!

Mark is a liar and will not communicate with you. Instead, Bravo4 kept my car for nearly 12 weeks without providing adequate updates on what they were doing or when it would be finished. I would call, and Marie, the desk assistant, would tell me she did not have any answers. Mark, the technician, was never there. He would be on vacation. My car sat there. I did not have access to what was going on regarding whether any repairs were done. April went into May. I would even go to the shop and appear in person to ask about the status of my car repairs, only to be told that they did not know and that Mark was not there. I made two or three appearances and called weekly about my car over the next eight weeks. April to May, May to June, BRAVO 4 had my car supposedly doing repairs totaling what I agreed to, $2,300. At the end of June, I told them I wanted my car back, repaired as agreed. When I got my car back, my stereo was no longer working, and the ceiling interior was falling out on my head because he left it out in the scorching sun over July 4, windows up tight. They closed the store after I called to say I was picking up my car, and I had to wait until Monday, July 6, 2026. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD.

The General Manager Mr. Romano treated me like a VIP all the way thru. I just had the IMS preventative maintenance done by the service department. Mr. Pellett, the service manager was knowledgeable and professional. Will look to do business with this dealership again.

On July 4th, my husband and I decided to check out the new Northlake Porsche. While we were there,…read morewe looked at what was advertised as a 2023 Panamera 4 Platinum Edition in Copper Ruby. Steve also gave us a tour of the new facility while we were there. We asked about the Panamera 4 that they had on the lot. He brought the car around so that we could look at it. Although we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, we were interested in learning more about the Panamera model. We currently owned a 2023 Taycan in Cherry Red Metallic. After a discussion and a test drive, we found the Panamera 4 to be a strong contender and decided to consider a potential trade-in, given recent trends in the EV market and concerns about future depreciation. The sales manager presented an initial trade-in offer of $50,000 for our Taycan, which had 10,631 miles, no interior or exterior damage, two new rear tires, and the Premium Package (valued at approximately $7,500). The offer was later increased to $52,000. While we expected some depreciation, the proposed value was lower than anticipated. We were informed that, due to their costs and market conditions, the vehicle would likely be listed between $62,000 and $65,000 for resale after their CPO cost. The sales manager met with us to see if a deal could be finalized, but we opted to return home to consider the offer further. After additional discussion, we informed Steve via text that we were prepared to move forward with the trade. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, July 7th. Before signing, my husband mentioned that reviewing the window sticker, did not identify the vehicle as a Panamera 4 (all-wheel drive) so we questioned the listing. Steve verified this detail and confirmed that the window sticker was accurate, that it was not an all-wheel drive as they advertised. When we inquired about a price adjustment due to this discrepancy, we were told the price would remain unchanged. We asked whether all-weather mats (valued at approximately $200) could be included with the purchase; instead, we were offered a $100 gift card toward the mats. We had purchased our last three cars with Hendrick Porsche and the all-weather mats were included without issue, along with other gifts. Our experience with Northlake Porsche did not meet our expectations. The vehicle we purchased was missing some of the options we believed were included, and the front bumper and hood had poorly executed paint touch-ups, which we plan to have professionally repainted. Additionally, we were initially informed that our trade-in vehicle, the Taycan, would be resold for $62,000-$65,000. However, it is currently advertised on their website for $75,896, which is significantly higher than what we were told. We felt that the offer we received for our car was below its expected market value. We have decided not to pursue future purchases with Northlake Porsche. Moving forward, we plan to service our vehicle with Hendrick Porsche, where we have consistently experienced a higher level of customer service and honesty. We now questioning the integrity of Northlake Porsche.

However, I don't think they do it on every car. My car had a fog light out, a broken windshield wiper arm, a loose something in the back, the battery will only charge via AC at home on a 32 A not 48A which is what I have, the dash cams aren't focused and can't read a license plate 20 feet away, the Hepa and cabin air filters had never been replaced in at least three years. There was mold growing in the cabin air filter. All those are on the checklist but were ignored. I love the car in concept and I think I got a clunker. Plus two other things that really set them apart. 1.) the car had been in an accident, small rear-end collision and was not disclosed and 2.) it was a rental and that wasn't disclosed. I would not have purchased the car knowing either of those two things. The lift gate was a little crooked when I picked it up. I mentioned it to the guy at the pickup location and they said, "no big deal" fill out a service request in the app and they will fix it. They actually made it worse. I was livid and so they sent it to Tesla collision since they do that better than the service department. I asked again had it been in a wreck and they assured me it had not been in one. It took a month to get to the collision center and they told me it had been in an accident. I lost my shit a little. They took it apart and sure as shit, it had been hit from behind. She pointed to the latch hook had all the paint rubbed off and there was rust on the side where the gate slid next to the body. I asked about the hook and she said it had been like that for a while since all the paint had been worn off. (at this point I had had the car six weeks and 4 of those days it was in the shop.) I contacted Tesla resolution department like the paperwork said on September 4th, the day after the collision department told me. As of this review I have not heard from them. I have tweeted, emailed and called Tesla support, I have talked to the service manager, he called because I was railing on them in the app. He called to "get information" then tried to sell me a new car since they wouldn't have the problems I have. I said what do I do with my car and he said we can trade it in. Mentioned the accident and would cost on the trade in value... He did tell me the manager for used cars would call me. As of this writing I have not heard from anyone at Tesla regarding this. Also, I have the windshield protection plan and I got a chip. I submitted for repair and they sent me a bill for $1,300 and change. I reminded them I have the plan and they apologized and blamed it on AI. The following week they sent me another estimate and this time it was almost $1,600 for the same work. So by now I don't trust these people for anything. I mentioned the battery charging issue, and I am still under ALL the warranties on the car. They want to charge me $305 to diagnose the problem. I asked what the charge was for since this is a warranty repair on the battery. Here is their response: "We require your approval to proceed with the initial diagnostic process. Once the inspection is complete we will be able to confirm if the repair is covered under the terms of your warranty, at which point the estimate will be adjusted accordingly. The suggested repair is warrantable so that could switch over but we do not know at this time." This came AFTER I told them to see if the rear impact damaged the battery. They keep avoiding me and not calling me back. The only reason I still want a Tesla, the car is a cheat code. The company is just another car company, take advantage of you and nickel and dime you to death. This is the first time in 20 years buying from a dealership and they are just like ford, chevy or any other mouth-breathing car company. They see you as an income source, not a client. So buyer beware and be diligent when you pick up your car.
