It's really up to you and your preference. Overall, I was in-and-out in a matter of 15 minutes. Note that the mail/pickup area office is small and there is no real sitting area to wait except for one chair. The entrance to the parking is narrow so be careful when entering because only one car can pass through at a time on Fern Ave to get to the parking for the mail/pick up/passport office.

So they find the package that arrived there just this morning and said I had to pay these thieving MFers 23 dollars to get that tiny package! I have done this before with an 80 lb large lithium battery that cost 1500 dollars with no further charge but my tiny 1/2 lb package cost 23 dollars! I guess some there are so decrepit that it really took some effort to receive it. Do not ever use this shithole as a FedEx ship center even though it is listed as one or you will regret it!
