It's been a few years but it's necessary to say, they sold me a misrepresented vehicle "as is" that didn't start the moment I took it home. They Just cleared the codes. Wanted a lot of money for it which I paid. It needed vacuum lines, both front axles and suspension as the suspension broke on me while driving, it needed control arms, it needed quite an overhaul. And I'm not a mechanic, couldn't detect the fact it had major issues but it had a check engine light they offered to fix (cleared codes), didn't fix it after I took it home and it didn't start after gas was put in it for weeks before the dealer fixed it at my expense. I was told that it was in good shape. And even test drives revealed some noises but they were not transparent about the massive dangerous suspension issues and other issues they knew. They knew the car didn't start after gas was put in it. Cleared codes and let me take it home. Didn't communicate with me after I brought up it had to go to the dealer. I've had to pay over 10,000 to fix the car they sold "as is" from their "dealer", it was not road worthy and it has caused me so much stress and time and extra money. I have ALL the receipts from what it's needed and the dates the work was done. I don't want compensation or anything. I just want people to not get ripped off while shopping for a used performance car in Glendale. (The worst place to buy a car.) I literally wish I lawyered up and checked for overall blatant issues, lemon laws and all that. read more

Steer clear. Went to look at the 2012 Infiniti G37 Coupe Journey they have for sale. My son made arrangements to view and test drive the vehicle a couple of days ago. I had him call about 10 minutes prior to our arrival to make sure someone would be there at the mutually agreed upon time and also to let them know that we were bringing a mechanic to inspect the vehicle. Upon hearing about the mechanic, everything changed. No one was there upon our arrival. My son called and the guy said he must have talked to someone else (it was the same guy) to arrange the viewing and that someone would soon be there in 20-30 minutes but that the car wasn't really ready for a test drive since some brake work needed to be done (website stated that the brakes had already been replaced). As of today, the vehicle had been sitting on the lot for 140 days. Since the car was parked on the street and the doors were unlocked, the mechanic that met us there (who has 100% 5 star reviews on Yelp) started inspecting the car. Not good. For all the supposed work they had completed on the vehicle (according to the website), it was just enough to fool the inexperienced buyer. Timing belt could have easily been replaced when they performed their "work". Engine showed signs of severe wear and tear and the boots on the front axle were in bad shape. Rear brakes were extremely worn. Multiple other red flags came up. It was evident to our mechanic that the car had been driven hard and that the stated mileage was questionable. The CARFAX we had been given (had to request it twice) was dated from 2023 and, therefore, provided no info. on how the car had made it from Florida to California or what had happened to it from then until now. Our mechanic's fee was worth every penny, even though he provided only a cursory inspection, since no one was there to provide a key and we weren't able to test drive the vehicle. We left before anyone showed up, with the likelihood that no one even bothered to arrive when they said they would since they knew what our mechanic would find. And, of course, they didn't call to find out why we weren't there 30 minutes beyond our originally scheduled appointment. Don't walk, RUN away! Update: We scheduled the appointment to view the car TWO days before the appointment. It's not like this was a last minute appointment. We called 10 minutes before our arrival and we actually arrived 10 minutes early, so our call was about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and they clearly weren't prepared for our arrival. If someone was going to be late, why not call us ahead of time? Some work had been done on the car but not everything that was stated on the dealer's website. They had 140 days to do this work. Why were there parts sitting on the passenger side floorboard.m? Why were the rear brakes clearly not replaced? Why all the crud on the bottom of the engine block while the top looked clean? Upon arriving, I was happy to see that the vehicle was in great shape, aswell as had very tasteful mods that are quite expensive, yet George and Anthony were able to help me get a great trade-in value for my C63 AMG, aswell as working with me on price despite having the vehicle already very aggressively priced. I went through basic papers with George and Anthony and the process was amazing compared to any dealership experience I've had anywhere else. They took the vehicle that very instant to go get smogged for me while I filled out paperwork. By the time I was wrapping up paperwork with both of these gentlemen, another member of their team, Richie, had brought the vehicle back from smog with all 4 tires changed for me with brand new set of tires, aswell as replacing brake pads and front rotors for me completely free of charge. I had a very minuscule issue that I had noticed upon driving my vehicle home to which I had texted Anthony, notifying him of my find. It seems like nowadays there are two kinds of auto dealers. The first kind is Internet saavy and knows how to do a deal by phone and email efficiently, presenting you with all of your options and telling you exactly what you need to do to move to the next step of the process. They can accommodate requests for pre-purchase inspections, give you warranty options, and in some cases even deliver the car to you - you'll do your paperwork right on the front seat. Then there are the other kind, whose business model is basically to just get people into the showroom and then the sales office, and then they'll figure out what they can do for them. Not only is it incredibly inefficient, but that's also where you get bait and switch tactics, last minute price changes, etc - gee sir, it turns out that car isn't available but here's another one that's just as good, etc etc. I've been buying my cars the first way since 1995 - even before there was an Internet - and its a real pleasure when I can work with a dedicated rep who really understands the buying and selling process and its clearly trying to make the best possible use of my time and theirs. Corsa Galleria seems to be the second type unfortunately - the first thing they said to me was that they didn't have any assigned reps for online sales, and then it just went downhill from there - no delivery, very limited pre-purchase inspections, no detailed information on the car or warranties available, no clear overview of the buying process, etc. Their answer to everything was "just come to the office" which basically means that they can't be bothered to figure anything out before I've wasted an hour of my day, and I'll probably need to go to the office a bunch of times just to get one deal done, assuming they can even get it done. I ended up just ordering from Carmax - it wasn't quite as good a deal as Corsa and the car was in a nearby city and required delivery, but what they did do is give me confidence that I would actually end up with the vehicle that I wanted at a price I could live with without wasting hours and hours of time. If Carmax and Carvana end up dominating the industry it's basically the fault of guys like these. EDIT: Today a representative from Corsa Galleria called and asked me to take this review down, saying that it's not a good faith review and its not fair to them. He then sent me a lengthy text message asking me to "find some good in your heart". Also today, someone has also added a new five star review for the company which specifically mentions my review and calls it "the most whiniest thing I have ever heard of" and "haters gonna mf hate". As a result, I am changing my rating from two stars, "could have been better", to one star, "not good", based upon their phone call, text message, and this insulting counter-review. Yesterday, I would have said that Corsa's way of selling cars may not work for someone like me, who prefers to do as much of the deal as possible over the phone and in email, and avoid unproductive office time that is often used for high pressure sales tactics, but that it may work for other people, who are specifically interested in seeing lots of different and interesting cars in a showroom. But based on today's immature and unprofessional communications, I don't think anyone would be well served doing business with Corsa Galleria and I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere for your next purchase. read more

Complaining about not having a online sales rep is the most whiniest thing I have ever heard. If you wanna buy something , go check it out and make sure you like it. but to be honest, if you go to corsa and don't like a car there, are you really a car guy? Whether it be Anthony or any of the other reps, they are very knowledgeable on their cars and offer some of the best prices in the car market.
