Smoothest car buying process I probably ever dealt with and ever will. Vic was able to get me into a super clean e92 M3. He also referred me to a couple maintenance/performance shops for anything I were to need, and the shop NOLimit in La habra was one of them. Great people all around. Vic made sure and still does to this day that I'm taken care of. My wife is on the hunt for an M4 and we're definitely going back to him if he ends up w the spec she wants.

I just would like to let you know the wonderful experience I had with a car dealership called CarCity. I've been searching for many months for a certain car and I ran across the car at CarCity. The only trouble is CarCity is 3,000 miles away from where I live. I talked to Adam the salesperson there and had many conversations with him, I felt he was very honest straightforward, and trustworthy so I decided to buy that car sight unseen. I didn't even test-drive the car. Adam told me the high points and the deficiencies and defects of the car and I thought I would take a chance and trust him. I also had a little trouble getting financed on the car because of the make and the year of the car. I could not get financing from any other dealer but somehow Adam and Carcity were able to find me great financing at a great rate. No other dealership could do that for me. They shipped me the car from California to Florida and upon arriving here in Florida, I naturally did test drive the car. Now I've been driving the car ever since. I will have to say that the car was the best purchase that I've ever made from a dealership. New or used. Everything that Adam told me that was right with that car was right all the minor defects the car had that he discussed with me on the phone were correct also I never knew that I could trust a car dealer or a car salesman like I now can trust CarCity and Adam. He did not leave out any minor details of the vehicle that I was buying. I am totally happy with the choice that I made by buying a car 3,000 miles away without even seeing it. (Of course, I did look at pictures.) When I buy my next car instead of going down to the local dealership the first thing I'm going to do is look at CarCity website and see what kind of cars they can ship me because I know darn well that they will send me a beautiful car and they will be truthful to me about the condition of the car. I had a fantastic experience at car city. From the moment I walked in, Vick and Adam were welcoming and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions(and trust me I had a lot). I went in for an e92 m3 I saw online and they gave me a full rundown of the car, as well as let me test drive it immediately. They were truly both amazing through out the process. I don't review much but this place deserves it and more! My review comes because of my personalized and amazing experience with Vick. I've been searching for my dream car but always struggled with independent dealerships and the many "schemes" such as last minute parts being forced on to you. At Car city sales I found the e92 M3 I wanted! Vick was crystal clear and upfront of the pricing, the process to buy and zero surprises were to be expected. Of the many experiences I have buying from large retailers, this independent shop was by far my favorite experience. He went as far to retint the windows because he didn't feel it was okay for me to take a car home with damaged tint. Do not hesitate! Do not Recommend. Unprofessional. While I am hoping that this one experience is not reflective of the dealership as a whole, our encounter with a sales representative here was disappointing to say the least. We drove here all the way from the Bay Area only to find out the car we inquired about had already been sold. No one informed us that it had been sold and we were in constant contact with the sales representative even setting up an appointment to visit here at 9am. read more

Purchased an Audi July 12, 2021 as you can see I had to buy motor mounts July 24 2021 because they were cracked. Had to buy new tires & breaks. By the end of December the engine is out. Do not recommend now I'm stuck with a payment for a vehicle that didn't even run for 6 months.. horrible!! read more

Would rather give -5 in customer service and communication. I was planning on a vehicle from this dealership, please look at all reviews apparently this one when you go in person rapes your rear end- no date or lube.- It's been exactly 1 week as of 09/15/20 and they still can't find out how much that vehicle would be out the door with all of the fees. Obviously I'm not interested in purchasing from this location. I'm doing Bussiness with a ~legitimate car dealer~ Toyota I'll be out the door within the hour including the time I spent going over my vehicle options. read more

Came in with a bad credit with hopes of getting a decent vehicle as well as low interest and affordable payments, cause that's what I had heard about this place. And guess what??? That's exactly what I got!!! Both the owner of the place and the salesman were highly knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. They took their time to offer me a car with the best options and newest features. Financed a car with them 3 months ago, after the rain storm on Aug. 21 water leaked into my car from behind the glovebox . I am almost positive the car filled up with water before, and that's why there was white weblike mold between the passenger seat and the center console ( Adam said it was just dust when I pointed it out during my first looked at the car). Looking back now I know I should've not trusted Adam. I was in need of a car bad so I trusted he was being truthful. Wrong mistake. Car is now deemed a total loss and is salvaged. But that was after I went to a body shop recommended by Adam to get it "fixed" for $490. (That's due to me not knowing that I should have immediately made a claim with my insurance instead of going to Car city and asking what I should do). My insurance paid the car off and the amount of the settlement I got is less than what I paid as down payment for the car. I'm sure a lot of the other cars on the lot have issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I would like to share a 5 star review and especially compliment Adam the Salesman at the dealership . I found a 2006 CLK 500 AMG convertible of which needed a minor repair on the top . Adam worked extensively and went over and beyond to meet our needs . He returns every phone call and answers every question the customer has . He was also patient and respectful with our timeline and never once pressured us to purchase until we were comfortable . We agreed on a mutually beneficial price point and were able to purchase our vehicle with a 48 hour window to bring to our personal mechanic . I bought a 2006 c6 corvette here 11 months a go and 2 weeks in to my car it broke down. so i took it back and they took it across the street and said it was fix but still had same problem when I picked it up .took it to a MACHANIC and he said the whole engine was done I would have to spend 3,500 to fix the problem that's after buying it for 24k I would not recommend this place to no one please stay way from this place they are just are selling bad cars !!!! read more

It's not pushy sales pitches here. It's honesty and making sure the customer is 100% satisfied even after the sale. They told me the tires were all brand new and I saw a plug in the rear tire from a nail repair, and there was clear wearing on the inside of all tires from it needing an alignment. We agreed they would take care of the repairs before purchase. Since I had already driven five hours round-trip twice to look at the car and pick it up, they agreed to deliver it to me at my expense, even though they were negligent in having the car ready to go. To top it all off after confirming with them at least five times to clean the car, they delivered a Maserati to my home, dirty not washed or vacuumed with oil stains in the backseat, old air fresheners in the pockets, and I even found a little kids glasses in the middle console. Not a good shop to buy an exotic or a high-end luxury car. Who in the world would want to buy any type of car and receive it dirty with the previous owners belongings in it???

Eventually I spoke with a salesperson, who looked around the lot and then told me the car was in storage and would take about 40 minutes to retrieve. When I pointed out that I had scheduled the test drive in advance, the response was simply, "Nobody told us." The issue wasn't that the car wasn't ready. Mistakes happen. The problem was the complete lack of urgency, ownership, or interest in fixing the situation. No apology. No effort to make things right. I genuinely felt like retrieving the car was more of an inconvenience than earning a potential customer's business. I even mentioned that I could drive to another Subaru dealership in less time than it would take to bring the car over. There was no response. If you're offering scheduled test drives, there should be some communication between the person making the appointment and the sales staff. My impression was of a dealership with poor internal communication and an even poorer customer experience. I hope management takes notice, because this was an easy situation to recover from--and instead, they simply let a customer walk away.

Nothing here just unfriendly staff. Even lady at the customer service counter had unfriendly attitude. At least try to pretend to be friendly to customers. The customer service started before I even got there. I received a call from a young man name Aaron and I was told the car I was interested in was still available, then he asked me if he has my permission to send a walk around video of the car I was interested. At the time i was dealing with 4 other dealers and none of them offered to do that and I think I was really awesome getting an all around video of a car that you want to drive an hour to purchase. Things got even better when I got there, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about cars, he took the time to explain all the questions I had about the cars, including things like gas mileage and safety features. overall it was clear that this dealership truly cares about their customers and they want to make sure customers have all the information they need to make a smart long term decision. After test driving 2 other cars at their dealership, I finally found the perfect car for me. The entire process was very smooth and I felt confident in my purchase.
