I would also come to find that one of the menu items I tried to order in person was not available. The website had the solid red color as the thematic color. Wait Time: 5/5 I experienced no interruptions or delays when awaiting my order. Ambiance: 5/5 The establishment has a decent vibe, with the Christmas music playing over the radio and the Christmas decorations let you know that the establishment keeps itself seasonally aware. The tables had space evenly apart and having enough space. I never felt out of place while eating within the pizzeria. There were two games playing in the background, though none of them had an obnoxious noise to them. Food: 5/5 I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, which had the buffalo chicken, bleu cheese, lettuce, and tomato underneath a wrap, all of which were well-cooked. It manages to have that distinct buffalo spice taste, while also complementing it well with the bleu cheese that provides the warm texture. It held its form until the very last bites. Service: 5/5 When ordering the Corsi's Wrap, the owner patiently let me know that it was not available. The staff served my meal without any issues or interruptions. Worth The Money?: 4/5 I will say that the Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and the other menu items from the pizzas to the strombolis to the paninis, perfectly represent Corsi's Pizza for its Italian cuisine. The website provides a large catalog of these types of meals, ensuring that a lot of choices present themselves to you. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap perfectly fit within the ambiance of the upbeat pizzeria, and the service got the order completely right, for the wait time was appropriate enough for the preparation. I personally recommend updating the website to include more images and to remove any menu items no longer available, at least at every quarterly. The greatest highlight of the establishment has to be the ambiance pertaining to the brand, since its interior does not need any further changes, since it works within itself. The website does the establishment justice at a bare minimum. The ambiance itself did not trouble me while waiting for my order, and nothing about the ambiance bothered me throughout my meal. The service exemplifies the ambiance, since it looks they take care of it. With its large menu selection, I would definitely say that I would consider Corsi's Pizza a second choice, and the Buffalo Chicken Wrap was worth the price just slightly. This small restaurant is located in a strip mall in the Ramtown section of Howell. They seem to do a good business because they are the only game in that section of town. And they definitely can rest on their laurels. Their staff is very friendly but not super helpful. It's the little things they lack. For one, the place is very dusty. Lack of management here. Secondly, servers don't know how to serve properly, one has to ask for napkins, silverware, and ice. Lack of management again. I think management would rather concentrate on take out/delivery only. When not busy, staff just "hangs out". Having been in the food business for over 20 years, they could do so much more with staff, like clean the damn place for one. The food is honestly nothing special. It is mainly close to were I live so it is the best option. But the bbq sause they put on the wings are A+. the subs from this place are pretty good. Stopped in today and got a panini and a sub. The turkey sub was huge and was a pretty standard sandwich with turkey, lettuce, tomato, onions and was overall tasty with nice and crunchy bread. The panini had chicken with red peppers and cheese. It was pretty good but could have used a condiment or something to give it a little more moisture. The pasta salad that came with it was cooked well but could have used more seasoning for my liking. Overall it seems like a good place to stop in for a decent bite to eat. read more

I really love their pizza but sometimes the rest of the rest of their food can be hit or miss. If you order after 6pm, they never have any food left. 3 stars are just about right for this place...actually 2.5 would be more accurate. "OK" is a good way to describe the pizza. Mediocre would be another. Technically, the crust is doughy and somewhat undercooked. The sauce is too sweet. Cheese is ok mozzarella. Put it all together and you have an OK pizza - still definitely better than the Pappa John's option, Brick has gotta to have some of the most pizzerias per square mile in Ocean county, and not a single one can be called great, or even really good. One would think that if you were going to open an eatery here, all things being equal, the obvious choice would be to start something OTHER than a pizzeria. On further reflection, however, my theory is that pizzerias are so ubiquitous because pizza is the ideal food to make if you have little to no cooking skills. It's a hard dish to screw up. Unlike many other dishes, even if it's bad, it's good...well, not actually good, but at least usually edible. So if you live in the Ramtown area of Howell/ Brick (which BTW is kinda boondock-ish), don't want delivery, and are too lazy to drive an extra couple of miles, this'll do. read more

I hate to give low ratings, but this was terrible. We ordered a chicken salad which had like 2 tiny pieces of chicken and a buffalo chicken wrap which had like 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it. The salad was tiny and barely had chicken, would have been a good side salad. The wrap was huge but filled with lettuce and sauce. Also the chicken was very rubbery...never again. This place takes me back to my childhood. This is a Ramtown icon and the pizza hasn't changed in 20 years. The only thing that's changed my ability to eat 2 large pies in one sitting. I'm ashamed of that but it's that good. I was trying to take in less carbs so I ordered one large pie and a few orders of meatballs and the meatballs were really upsetting. They are not like Nona's or even my momma's! They were shaped like a cylinder like it came out of a can. It also tasted like it came out of a can of something I'm not going to mention. We ordered from here because we got a special offer for football. It was supposed to include a large pizza and I'm pretty sure we got a small. Pizza was decent, not bad and not great. The wings had a good flavor but were not very meaty and were a little bit chewy. The special came with fries and they looked very sad, I didn't bother to try them. I ordered garlic bread with cheese and it looked delicious but didn't have enough garlic or cheese and too much dry bread. Bottom line. Corsi's catered a 275 person event for my organization. The food was exceptional! They arrived on time, organized, and they knew exactly what they were doing. The food was exceptional! Sausage and broccoli tab, chicken Frances's, steamed vegetables, teriyaki pork, chicken Murphy, eggplant rollatini, stuffed shells rolls, and the most beautifully designed and delicious salad. Pizza's consistently "pretty good" and in-store & delivery staff are all nice enough. Dinners and such are better than decent, though not as appealing as you'd typically find at "date night" places.
