I live nearby. I love their pizza but after seeing their chicken parm hero go viral, I had to stop by and try it. The service was friendly and the sandwich lived up to the hype. The toasted roll was the star but the chicken cutlet with buffalo sauced topped with caesar salad and lots of fresh parmesan cheese was great. I will be back for more. read more

Cute little pizza place with sicilian style thick crust pizza. We picked multiple slices from the pizza counter. I enjoyed the chicken parm and sausage, peppers and onions. Some of the other slices were slightly dry. I would come back and maybe try a whole fresh pie of something but other service was good. read more

3.5 stars which is overall ok in my book. Qua has really good reviews, but overall I really didn't care for their pizza. It wasn't bad, but I didn't think it was great. I ordered a half Margarita and half Parmigiana pizza. The Margarita Pizza I thought was bland, but the mozzarella cheese was good quality. The Parmigiana pizza was good. The pizza dough is airy on top and crispy on the bottom. I personally didn't care for their pizza dough, and I thought their sauce was bland. They don't put enough sauce or cheese on any of their pizzas either. I wouldn't come back, but I still say try it. Everybody likes a different style pizza. read more

My boyfriend brought home a buffalo chicken pizza for dinner tonight from QUA. I've never tried Roman pizza - this pie was beyond amazing. Flavorful big chicken cutlet chunks amongst celery and a blue cheese dressing drizzle. The pizza is long and rectangular, with a thin crust on the darker side (almost burnt). I personally enjoy my crust like this. Truly thought it was perfect, and can't wait to try their other menu items. read more

My family decided to order out from our local QUA pizza in Manasquan. I will say we have never had Roman style pizza before. However we wanted to see what all the rave was about. Food: I will say the online menu is not very user friendly. There's no pictures online and no sizes etc. My husband actually winded up going there to see how everything works and to get a better idea. We had ordered Jersey Boy, Americana and Diavola as well as a Caesar salad. I wouldn't classify this as regular pizza because it's more "fancy" but it was good and flavorful but most of it was over cooked and burnt. I wouldn't say that this would be a favorite place for my family because my kids did not care for this style of pizza. However it was something "different" from your typical pizza place. I will say the chicken Caesar salad was delicious and filled with lots of flavor. Great portion size and overall my favorite item. Service: There was nothing really great that stuck out. The staff seemed frazzled and confused. There wasn't a lot of people there but they definitely seemed overwhelmed. Ambiance: Its a glorified take out joint. There isn't really a lot of ambiance. I've been meaning to stop in to grab a slice for years. I wish I stopped in sooner. My mouth is watering as I think about describing this perfectly crafted pizza. The light airy crust was the perfect thickness and had a soft yet toasty crunch. It was not greasy, like most pizzas. The quality of sauce, cheese and spices are way above average. A lot of the ingredients are sourced from Italy - non-GMO tomatoes, the flour used is quality wheat that contains no additives or added enzymes. The toppings are sourced locally or from Italy. I typically have a reaction from dairy and gluten but I had no issue with this pizza. This is probably because most of it is sourced from good quality ingredients from Italy. It's also kid approved! My daughter absolutely loved it. This is the best pizza in this area and maybe even the best in Jersey. I can't wait to go back for more. Update: We have been back for more multiple times. Along with the pizza, we ordered Penne Vodka and chicken cutlets with prosciutto. The meal are consistently great! read more

Newbie claiming to have Roman style pizza, which looked and tasted really good. Additionally nice salads and the ability to concoct your own pasta bowels if you so desire. Clean, neat, organized and friendly staff make this store a nice addition to downtown Manasquan. Overall: probably our new favorite pizza joint along the shoreline. Everything Qua Pizza offers is OUTSTANDING !! Qua Pizza has catered numerous parties and events we have had including our daughter's bridal shower. They actually catered an event another one of our daughters hosted just last week. Their pizza is unlike anything you've ever tasted and they even offer a TAKE N BAKE version you can pick up that is par cooked. Just pop it in the oven at 425 degrees for 12-15 mins. It's like you just left their place. The chicken parm, any one of the pastas and their greek salad are my personal favorites. Make a plan and give it a try. You won't be disappointed. We live on main street within walking distance to Qua. We consider ourselves very lucky. We love everything we get here! Tonight for the first time I had rigatoni spicy vodka with smashed meatballs and ricotta on the side. OMG heaven. Portions are large and pasta cooked to perfection. The pizza we ordered was a crispy chicken with vodka sauce... needless to say we went off our diets but it was worth every calorie! Love this place read more

Really delicious Roman style pizza. We ordered lunch from here during the lockdown and were really blown away with the quality. We ordered the Margherita and another one with arugla, procuitto and burrata. The Margherita in particular was amazing - the sauce was fantastic and overall it was about as good Roman Pizza as I've ever had. The other pizza was good, but nowhere near the Margherita. I'm so happy that QUA decided to open up in Manasquan. Everything about this pizza place is enjoyable. There is good service, good food options, and most importantly, great pizza. It is important to note that this is Roman style pizza--that is, it's similar to a Sicilian slice but lighter!!! If you are looking for a regular triangle slice, this is not somewhere I would go. However, if you're looking for something different with fresh ingredients, I suggest coming here. My favorite things to get are the Americana slice and the Pomodoro slice. If you're going with another person, I enjoy getting two slices and splitting them... the workers will do it for you and it's a good way to get a variety. I also like their salads! I really enjoy the Panzanella which is light and includes orange and shaved fennel. QUA also has weekly specials that they keep on a board easily visible from where you order. I love this place!! Definitely worth checking out if you are in the Manasquan area. read more

My family and I were down the shore for the week and toward the end of the week, the NY pizza craving kicked in. After looking at pictures of pizzerias nearby and reading reviews we decided to give this place a try. Very very good pizza. I was skeptical because I didn't want a heavy Sicilian slice but even though it was a Sicilian slice it was light and airy which was a nice touch. I love a great slice and trying a new place. One out of two isn't bad. I love the photos in the reviews, but I am not a professional photographer and mine looked nothing like those images. We ordered a plain pie with extra cheese because I stick with simple before investing in more complex flavors; clearly this is not the style of ordering. Their style of pizza is Sicilian, call it what you will...The bottom of the pie was black, a sign of poor attentiveness in preparation, a bitterness that overpowered the fresh ingredients. At $21 for a quarter of Sicilian; was in my opinion, very expensive. Everyone has a different experience so I wouldn't recommend skipping it, but rather try a slice and decide for yourself. read more

I would have appreciated dressing on the side as shown on their pictures for doordash. For me, way to many large chunk tomatoes - I threw out 3/4 pf them but they were fresh. Hard to find onions, cucumbers and peppers. Feta cheese was very fresh. I don't think I would order this salad again but will order again from Qua. I ordered a greek salad read more

It may have been an off day, but our waitress didn't seem too happy to serve us and would often cut us off mid sentence when ordering / asking a question. There was also a guy cleaning plates and he was quite personable talking about the meals. With a slower then usual Friday we at in an area with probably only 8 other tables. We started with the rice balls as an appetizer, and they were absolutely outstanding. The very first bite instantly brought me back to my Nonna's kitchen. ~ the same comforting, authentic flavor I remember growing up. It's the first time I've had rice balls in a restaurant that truly tasted like hers. Our waiter, Riccardo, was attentive, informative, and incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. The food was fantastic. My husband had the Sunday Sauce and said it was outstanding, and I had the Cavatelli and Broccoli, cooked to perfection! Everything about the evening exceeded our expectations. Do yourself a favor and order the rice balls ~ you won't regret it. If you're looking for authentic Italian, that taste like it came straight from a Nonna's kitchen, this is your place. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed this spot in the past. Owners must not know how bad it is now. Loud horrible music plays the pasta is raw and sauce n cheese smother the chicken dishes. The chef ( owner must be gone) It's no good. Pizza is worth a try but all else is down hill. Except the waiter. He is super nice and helpful. Too bad it went down hill.
