I've used Jose at least 3-4 times in the last 5yrs. Always prompt reasonably priced service. He take great care to make sure my couch looks amazing no matter what. He'll do extra passes to try to remove stubborn stains. He recently corrected major damage from another company. The other company came 3xs and just made it worse each time. I told Jose the last treatment was yesterday and he made time to come today to ensure the damage didn't become permanent. I was so grateful. He took my couch from the damaged yellow bleachy stained photos to the normal couch looking photos. He did the best he could with the bleaching discoloration, but that wasn't his fault. So I put a post on my community page asking about good quality carpet cleaners and was given Cortes carpet cleaning company as a reliable company. So I decided to give them a chance. So I had booked for a Saturday due to only being available only on weekends because I work full time and my husband is active duty and also works crazy hours. I did have to reschedule once and notified them 5 days in advance. We ended up rescheduling for this Saturday May 2nd. I received a call on Thursday. I answered the call with the guy on the other end saying "Hey, hey... can we change the appointment to Monday?!?" Very unprofessional in my opinion... 1st start off with letting me know who you are and why you are calling. I made it clear I wasn't available Monday but can do it Tuesday afternoon. Then we hung up. 2 mins later I received a call from the same number/person saying never mind. We'll still do it on Saturday so I agreed. Now it's Saturday, I had moved everything the night before to be ready for them to clean. 10 AM which is when they should've been here... nothing! I txt both numbers that they were communicating me with and no response. To me this company is very unprofessional and not considerate of customers time! I rarely do this but this was unacceptable!!! Just a note, this was my first booking of a carpet cleaning for my property to rent out, I didn't know to include a walk in closet for the description (I guess I just assumed), but Jose was great to waive the extra charges and include in his flat rate price for my ignorance!
