Koszo is a wonderful company with stone and tile cleaning/resealing! They corrected an uneven mosaic floor installed by others by grinding and honing the entire floor surface to a new floor as it should have been in the first place. The unevenness wasn't visible to the eye but really noticeable by catching one's shoe or toes on the raised edges. They also worked with me to get my other bath white mosaic floor back to white. The installer had left "haze" on it, then stripped the haze and discolored the white grout in areas so it didn't all match. Koszo are the best at these issues and any other for stone and grout installations. WE will be using them from now on! PS I am very picky as I am in the design business. read more

This company hardly needs another 5-star review, but no business can ever have enough, right?! I found it on Yelp. Krisztian, the owner, was very efficient and pleasant to deal with; I texted him a couple photos of my shower stall with natural stone which was very discolored after 10 years of no cleaning. He didn't promise me the moon but said it would look at least 50% better. He showed up as scheduled, cleaned it on all sides and floor, and left a fan to dry it. He returned in a few days and sealed it. He checked back with me during the entire process to make sure I understood each step and approved. I find that a very admirable quality in tradespeople - good communication. The result is really terrific; I am very happy with the appearance, like 100% improvement. I don't know about value for the price as I didn't get other quotes; I just wanted a good company as I was nervous about someone damaging the stone. Price was not my main consideration. read more

Due to the depth and look the crack, the epoxy filler repair is noticeable, but maybe that's the best that could be expected. Christian was professional and explained the repair to be made. Krisztian and KOSZO tile restoration did an amazing job on our pavers, bathroom tile, brick, and Saltillo tile. Our Saltillo tiles were severely water damaged and had been neglected for 18 years. The tiles had a gray hue to them, but at his first meeting with us, with a little bit of cleaning and the sealant that Krisztian applied, we could see the orange starting to come through again. Krisztian said our job would take 2 to 3 days to complete. At the end of three days of nonstop work, Krisztian said he wanted to come back to apply more coats of sealant to the Saltillo and pavers because he wanted to make sure he got the best result possible. He and his crew,Kevin and Ben, found other things that they wanted to work on, even though it was not in the original quote. They filled in grout that was missing in the Saltillo tiles and in a bathroom; they cleaned the brick along a pony wall, and sealed the front entry brick. Krisztian said there was no charge for the extra work. He and his crew are perfectionists! In reading Krisztian's bio, we learned that he trained for three years in a tile and stone installation trade school. This professional training has allowed Krisztian to run a very successful restoration business since 2008. Krisztian was punctual when he came for the quote and every day of work. He and his crew were professional, respectful, and communicated with us during all phases of the work. We did get quotes from other companies that would've done a fraction of what Krisztian did. One company said our pavers and Saltillo tiles needed one coat of sealant. Krisztian ended up applying three coats of sealant to the pavers and four coats of sealant to the Saltillo tiles. Another person who gave us a quote said he did not restore pavers. He asked who we had gotten other bids from, and when we told him KOSZO restoration, he said, "Oh yeah, he is great." This is the 2nd time I've had Krisztian do work in my home, and as before, I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. As other reviewers have said, Krisztian responds quickly and is on time for appointments. He's professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and takes pride in his work. Krisztian was very responsive and did a great job on all the things we needed (re-grout three showers, re-caulk a sink and a tub, and re-caulk several baseboards). He even scraped the soap buildup off the marble walls in the master shower, which will made it look like new. We had no idea that there was any buildup originally, but Krisztian made a video showing how much came off while he was working. My husband and I were thrilled with the job done by Krisztian and his workers. They were wonderful to deal with, thorough and my floors look like new.
