Steve is the sloppiest contractor that I have ever encountered and I have encountered many. He left a huge amount of caulk on a bathtub edge with a joint adjacent to a marble tile wall. He left a huge amount of grit from grout on a marble tile wall adjacent to the bathtub. He also left a large amount of grit on the outside of the bathtub away from the wall. He left a pile of debris, including removed grout and caulk, on the travertine bathroom floor. He dirtied a white rug, in the bathroom, and folded the rug over to hide the dirt. In a separate bathroom he placed a very dirty pail on a different white rug and on a different travertine floor, creating a mess. A great deal of labor had to be expended to correct the preceding issues that Steve caused. He entered a clean environment and left a dirty environment. read more
